Let me tell you, everything we got was so good! This was our first time visiting Savylicious, and it definitely did not disappoint. We tried the Oreo Egg Rolls, Oreo Red Velvet Cupcake, and Oreo Funeral Cake, and every single item was delicious. The service was excellent as well. Dylan and Samantha were so patient with us while we decided what to order and answered all of our questions since it was our first visit. Their customer service made the experience even better. I also loved the music they were playing--it created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I left happy and impressed. I would absolutely make the trip again and look forward to trying even more items on the menu next time! read more

Drove 30 minutes to go to this place and when I get there, no one was there to assist us. We rang the bell up front several times and even waited around thinking maybe someone went on break. Wound up going to Cinnabon instead. Embarrassing because I was taking someone that I bragged how good the cupcakes were... read more

Really delicious cupcakes! I have seen several reviews of this place on my Instagram feed so I decided to check them out. The cupcakes are made to order, so go browse some of the other shops while you wait for your order to be finished. I came in the middle of the day, on a weekday, and my order was ready in about 10 minutes, as there were a few other orders in front of mine. The cupcakes are $6 to $7 a piece, depending on the flavor. I ordered the Butterfinger, lemon crunch banana pudding, and cinnabon flavored cupcakes. The cake itself was moist and spongy, just like a good cupcake should be. The frosting was perfectly sweetened with a generous amount of the respective namesake toppings. The cinnabon flavor even had a little mini cinnamon bun on top. If you're not paying by card, it might be a good idea to bring exact change. They didn't have exact change the day I visited and seemed to assume I wouldn't mind the difference, even though it was close to a dollar. I ended up leaving a few extra dollars, plus that change, as a tip, but if you prefer to receive your full change, it's something to keep in mind. read more

As soon as I walked up I was greeted by the cashier. She was kind and double checked they had what I wanted in stock - always banana pudding! Then she checked in with the owner to confirm toppings. I paid for a banana pudding cupcake. However, it took me a moment to realize I've seen the banana pudding cups online. So I asked the owner if she was the creator and she confirmed. So I asked to ask be rung up for a banana pudding since it's the last one I need to try from all the small business owners in the area. The ambiance isn't exciting - it's a spot in the mall but it's CUTE! Listen! This is my new spot. The cupcake was so delicious. I had one bite and I was SOLD! I had to try the pudding. I tasted a spoonful of the banana pudding and felt like I was back in grandmas kitchen. I don't wanna hear about anyone else's banana pudding! I've been looking for that perfect bite since I got here 5 years ago! This is it. read more

I placed an order a few days ago and confirmed it with the owner on Wednesday. The day before pickup, I also texted the order details and was told everything was confirmed. When I arrived, she initially said she had no record of the order and didn't remember it. After I showed her the messages, she acknowledged it and asked for 30 minutes to prepare it (around 12:40 PM). I explained I was on a break from a pediatrician's office and needed to be back at work by 1 PM. She offered to deliver the order instead, so I paid in full and left trusting it would be handled. There was no communication afterward, and my calls went unanswered. The order was eventually delivered at 2:47 PM, over an hour and a half later than expected, with no prior update or apology. The cupcakes themselves were very pretty and large, but not worth $58 in my opinion. Most of them tasted like box mix, with the banana pudding flavor being the only one that really stood out. Between the poor communication, disorganization, and underwhelming quality for the price, this was a very disappointing experience. read more

Like a lot of people, I saw this place on social media and wanted to support. The young lady behind the counter was nice & helpful. I ordered a cupcake and a banana pudding, which totaled $19. The banana pudding didn't have any bananas (which made me happy), but had banana flavoring, probably the pudding. It has both Nilla wafers & Chessman cookies. I liked the banana pudding. Now the cupcake I was not a fan of, very dry. I'll return for the banana pudding and maybe try the lemonade. read more

I was excited to try this place. I love cupcakes, I heard an awesome review on Nextdoor and went to the IG page and my mouth was watering. I decided to swing by Tuesday evening. I walked right up and began eying the cupcakes. I was greeted immediately and asked how I could be helped. I asked for a recommendation between two different cupcakes. When, I clarified that I only wanted one, I noticed a change in demeanor. I've never tasted the cupcakes so I'm not going to buy two and not even like them. Secondly, I'm currently a furloughed employee, so I'm only spending almost $7 for one cupcake. I highly doubt I will be back. There were others waiting around for their orders but based on the customer service and the cupcake was just ok to me, I won't be back. But highly encourage others to try it out. read more

My sister showed me a video on Instagram of this bakery and everything looked so good, so I was excited to try it. St. Charles Mall isn't too far from me so I went today. I ordered a selection for everyone in my house to try. When I walked up, there were several people standing around waiting for their orders. The lady at the counter was calling out to her staff to hurry in getting orders ready. She was writing orders down on a piece of paper, but they seemed to be mixing things up a bit. I ordered an oreo cookie, 2 white chocolate cheesecake cupcakes, a cookies and cream cupcake, a strawberry crunch cupcake and an order of banana pudding. The board only shows the price of the cookies ($5 each) and she wrote down $10 for the banana pudding, so I asked how much the cupcakes were and she responded,"$6 or $7". I thought it was odd that she didn't give a specific price. Also, eventhough she wrote down $10, I was charged $11 for it. None of the desserts were what I was expecting. The oreo cookie was a large sugar cookie with an oreo on top and some melted candy drizzle on it. My husband said the strawberry crunch cupcake was really good. My dad said the banana pudding tasted ok, but it had very little banana and was mostly custard and cookies. The cookies and cream cupcake was just a yellow cake cupcake that was topped with very sweet icing and an oreo. The white chocolate cheesecake cupcakes were yellow cake cupcakes with a little icing and what looked liked small slices from a grocery store cheesecake sampler pack. I don't think I would visit again. The price point doesn't match the quality. read more

I had the privilege of checking out this place. I love the signage very cute and inviting. I ordered 4 different flavors the biscoff , lemon crunch, French vanilla, banana pudding. My favorite were the biscoff and lemon crunch which were so moist and delicious. I would certainly go back to order those again and add a few new ones that I saw on display. The customer service was great and you can get $5 off if you sign up via text. But overall it was a great experience and the cupcakes were excellent. read more

The customer service was excellent, the owner was very friendly and greeted me as soon as she saw me looking at the menu. There was a ride selection of cupcakes and other desserts to choose from. After looking at the cupcake display I decided on the strawberry crunch and the as not disappointed. The cake was moist and fluffy and had just the right amount of strawberry flavor. I will definitely be back to try other flavors! read more

I placed an order for a funnel cake at 2:00 and was told it would be ready in about 10 minutes. After waiting longer than expected, I checked on my order only to find out that it had never been made. I was told that the staff member who took my order had left, and the next employee was unaware of it. My order was then prepared, and I finally received it at 2:30. While the food quality was decent, the customer service fell short. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused by the delay. Experiences like this make it difficult to fully support businesses, even when we truly want to. I hope the management takes this as an opportunity to improve staff communication and training, especially for younger employees, so that future customers have a smoother experience. read more

My wife and I went here to try some cupcakes after hearing about this place on TikTok. The service here was great. The young lady who took our order was very nice and was very attentive and patient as we were not sure what we wanted. She made sure to check in the back to make sure everything she told us was actually available and everyone was very friendly. This seemed like a family run business and I am always down to support a family business. The cupcakes themselves were great. My wife and I ordered 6 cupcakes and they were all excellent. We chose the Airplane Cookie (Biscoff), Strawberry Crunch Cupcake, Cookies & Cream Cupcake, 1796 French Vanilla, White Chocolate Cheesecake Cupcake, and the Birthday Cake/Confetti Cupcake. The Airplane Cookie (Biscoff), Strawberry Crunch Cupcake and Cookies & Cream Cupcake were my favorites. If you are looking for some great tasty cupcakes please give this place a try and support this family run business! read more

Had the butterfinger cupcake which was moist and great. The banana pudding was also fantastic. Lemonades very tasty.

Oh Savvylicious ... y'all have perfected the way to catch people's eyes by the creativity of the presentation of your sweets. Although I would like for y'all to have a menu board with the correct prices. To me as a consumer, that looks like you are dishonest about pricing of your products. The Quality of the couple of items that I picked up did not match the pricing. I went on a Wednesday around noon. There wasn't a lot to choose from. I feel like the top sellers should've been available. Customer service was lacking. I was very excited to try this place via the rant and rave on TikTok. I'm starting to realize on how much social media taste buds are not the same as me and my family. read more

Kind of disappointed. Like everyone else I've heard some great and some not so great things about Savvylicious Arrangements. I was looking forward to trying out a few cupcakes. When we asked the associate for two strawberry crumb cupcakes, they replied the "ones that they were currently making was for the next day." They did not have any more available. It was kind of shocking to me because it was only 5:30 PM and they closed at 9:00 PM needless to say the customer service was poor and I would not be going back there. read more

Savvylicious Arrangements - A cupcake stand with no employees but an open sign - Custom Cakes Near Me - Waldorf, Maryland

Amazing! I got cupcakes from here for Christmas and my family loved them. This is our new go to spot for all of our family events now. My personal favorites are the sweet potato, blue velvet, banana pudding, Oreo, and strawberry crunch. They a lot of flavors to choose from and they rotate the flavors so if you want to ensure you get a specific one I would place an order for them. I saw some bad comments about the service, I will say that I found out it's a family run business and the son and daughter are at the cash register sometimes, they aren't always the most attentive (not uncommon for teenagers) but they are as sweet as the cupcakes I would say give them a little grace and continue to support small business. read more

The customer service here is terrible! Visited this place Saturday afternoon and the two workers were too busy on there phone to greet me, a potential customer. The young man working was too busy looking at TikTok and mentioned a video on their before even looking up to address me. I am and will always be in support of black business however I will not partake in businesses that lack integrity. I asked the baker if the requested cake was possible for them to complete. Provided that I wanted a lemon filling, for the cake to say "Happy Birthday" and my sons name on top. What I received was a lackluster attempt where the baker was in fact not able to successfully complete the cake as illustrated. There was no lemon filling and quite frankly the cake tasted like a box replica that can be purchased from the store. Customer service and communication is not a priority also the business practices of this establishment are quite shady. The owner demanded payment in full prior to completion of the job, even when a deposit option was suggested. There also isn't an option of a refund if you aren't satisfied with the cake. On pickup there was no guarantee to ensure accuracy of the product. Ultimately for what was received, the cake was overpriced and was provided a lackluster effort where multiple flavor/cake errors were committed. read more
