I thought I had gotten around to posting a review for this place. Meadows is a solid local pizza spot. I actually prefer to try to go to the local pizza places over the big chain spots. I have ordered here more than a few times with no issues. The pizza is pretty good and my go to is the Mamas Favorite. This place serves up a bit of everything but I mainly stick the pizza and wings. The wings are good sized wings and not like those little nubs of overcooked and over sauced you get from places supposedly specializing in wings. The only issue I had was that if you were to order via Uber/Grubhub is that they use their own drivers. This makes it hard for you to track your order once it leaves the place for delivery. In all actuality just use their app where the prices are cheaper and there are coupons. I would give this place a solid four stars in the local pizza shop category. read more

I ordered from Meadows Subs & Pizza today and I went and picked up my order. Meadow's is a neighborhood food place and the food is not great but okay. The reason I am writing today is because you have to watch folks or they will mis handle your food. The man was outdoor cleaning the windows and the came in, went behind the counter and starting handing customers food orders. The food was in containers however, I don't want you touching my order period without washing your hands first. This should have been something he did automatically but he didn't and this make me think that this is common practice there. No more food from this place for me and this is why a lot people don't order or get food from places. Nowadays. The people handling the food in some way or another do not practice good hygiene when preparing food. This is my personal feedback. read more

Got the NY Style Large Double Pep with garlic sauce on the side. Their garlic sauce comes with an extra charge but is is WAAAY better than that other pizza place that offers garlic butter sauce. So glad I took the time to go inside to order and experience the vibe. My last visit was during the lunch rush. The place wasn't too crowded but the business was steady with pick up orders. I find it amusing that I've actually eaten at this place before but never wrote a review. When I finally decided to do so, I couldn't remember how the food tasted. While I knew it was good, I just couldn't recall whether it deserved four or five stars. So, I decided to go back today and ordered a personal pizza to ensure my review would be accurate. I really enjoyed it! I called in my order, and it was ready in just 20 minutes. This is one of the few places where I genuinely enjoy the pizza and the crust without needing to dip it in blue cheese to enhance the flavor. I gladly give it five stars! read more

We had this place for the first time and it was decently good. It was a little bit on the pricer side but let me start with the pizza, it was decent and not bad. The supreme pizza was packed with toppings but the crush is a little bland. The highlight of the show were the wings. We got the wings naked with sauce on the side and it was very crispy and juicy. The sauces were good but unfortunately you can only order 2 sauces for 30 wings which doesn't make sense. It should be 3 sauces for 10 wings and they let me do that before but who knows (I don't make the rules). Will give it another shot again in the foreseeable future. read more

The pizza was $18 for large and they charge $1 for some garlic sauce. The pizza was but it lacked favor. I was dissapointed probaly will not get the pizza again. I will say the place was clean and they were friendly and they have large menu or other things. read more

They cut a burger in half and put on the sub you can barely taste the meat and if you want two whole burgers on the sub it's $5 bucks extra,if that was on the sign I would've never gotten the sub. Meadows you have to do better for your customer because it's not like it's a good quality of burger they are frozen patties, not freshly made burgers. Although this location is listed in Upper Marlboro, they recently opened another place in Brandywine, and I am so glad they did. They offer so many choices. Other than pizzas, they have hot and cold subs, pasta, salads, breadsticks, and so much more. I loved the pizza and the BLT sub had enough bacon on it to make another whole sandwich. The meatball sub was a teeny bit salty, but everything else I have tried so far was delicious. read more

The place is Clean. The people have been nice. The delivery team is nice. And the pizza is very good. Solid solid pizza. We always have to feed large groups and we keep finding ourselves going to Meadows! Everyone who eats it always ask we're it's from and compliments the food. Nice local pizza joint with New York style slices. The cheese blend that's used is really delicious and tastes higher quality than most pizza places I've tried. I didn't love the appetizers and would recommend you skip the cheese sticks. Nice service and fast delivery as well. read more

I couldn't makeup my mind...so I ordered pizza and a steak and cheese sub, I had absolutely no complaints both was beyond delicious.

I placed an order for both Supreme Pizza and a Chicken Steak & Cheese. While my delivery order took way way longer than anticipated, as the apologetic delivery driver promised me, it was definitely worth the wait!! It was absolutely delicious especially the supreme pizza! It came heavy on the toppings and didn't sham on the cheese, it was the best pizza that I've had in years. For context, I came into this venue already feeling extreme disappointment that The Rolling Rib across the street was unceremoniously closed. That said, my expectations were met, if not exceeded. It appears that Meadow's does mostly take-out and delivery business. There weren't many tables for seating inside, and of those tables, nearly all of them were empty upon our arrival. I simply ordered a plate of buffalo wings, which were completely acceptable. I would have preferred mine a bit more crispy on the outside, but they were cooked through, with a hefty amount of meat on them, and the buffalo sauce was totally fine. I ordered my sauce hot; while it carried some flavor, I felt nary a tickling of sweat beading my nose. Caveat emptor: if you're looking for some real spiciness, you might need to ask for something off-menu. The staff are efficient, if not terribly warm and fuzzy. Frankly, our meal got the job done, but I wouldn't be thrilled to make a return visit if I were passing through the area. read more

Took the long drive from Burtonsville to Meadows. Was it worth the drive? I will say the wings were pretty large and the mambo sauce on the wings was pretty tasty. - I came in here yesterday and the manager Jimmy took my order. I order a steak and cheese with banana peppers and hot peppers with a side order of fries. Then I looked over at the ice cream! Oh what a TEASE! I had to order me a small order of the graham central station. I love any type of ice cream with graham crackers. I wasn't a big fan of the honey comb that was inside of it. But I'll be back to try a different flavor. Overall, the steak and cheese was good. I'll have to ask for extra hot peppers because it was little bit in my sub. The fries were fine. I noticed while waiting on my food. It seemed that they were understaffed. The female worker who took my order was doing her best to accommodate everybody by grabbing food, taking orders, and ensuring everybody food was right. The manager Jimmy was on the phone taking phone orders, he kind of made me uncomfortable with how he was talking to her in front of customers like she wasn't doing her job. Maybe have 2 or more people at the register during peak hours? Overall, I'll be back to try something different. I'll be in this area for the next few weeks for training.
