To make it right he has offered me a replacement combo of my choosing. Which speaks volumes since my initial order was an entree. He will be in the store tomorrow and Wednesday and suggested I stop in to meet in person. I believe that I will take him up on his offer. Also, the store has been in this location for 3 years, and not just the 1 year that I happened upon them. With customer service like this... in my Terminator voice, "I'll be back."
