I got a Hawaiian Luau pizza and it was good. The mix of ham, bacon and pineapple was nice. I also got apple pies. The pie filling was thicker than it should have been but the crunchy cinnamon sugar exterior was delicious. The 5000 fly greeting squad when you walk in the store was disconcerting and they need to address that, but beyond this disturbing scenario the visit was worthwhile. read more

I don't as cooling in the house and seen the new tavern Pizza Hut commercial. Why not try it? I also threw in the honey bbq boneless wings and garlic Parmesan wings for the razzle dazzle so I can forever have a big back. The pizza was surprisingly amazing and I am not a fan of Pizza Hut. The boneless wings were awesome. Garlic Parmesan wings not so much. Took an hour and half to get my order. Pizza was good but cold. Which makes me think they probably don't have enough delivery drivers.

This location has the friendliest staff. They get the orders right and the pizza is always good. I stopped going to one closer to me because service was so bad. Now I only order from this Pizza Hut because they value the customer. The pizza is always ready on time and hot. I have never had a complaint or problem with this location. Good job! read more

We have ordered from this Pizza Hut numerous time. Tonight we had an issue with online ordering processing our payment properly, in ability to get ahold of us to confirm the order, and then a missing item. With all of this I have to give props to the staff and drivers here. You can't be perfect every time and this is the first time it hasn't been. Everyone I talked to from the guy answering the phone to both of the drivers, everyone was courteous and were working hard to fix the issues wether it be their fault or not. I appreciate each one of the staff that I interacted with. Oh yea, the food was great as per usual. Only reason for 4 stars is because of the payment problem and the forgotten breadsticks. read more

They have always been fast, friendly, and accurate. I have visited the location several times and the taste has been consistent. The food is fresh, the environment is clean, and I would highly recommend them. They are conveniently located next to Giant in the Rosewick shopping center and if you have to make a run to the grocery store why not place an order on their app while you're shopping and then pick it up afterwards? The manager is from India and he is friendly and speaks English clearly. I usually see him around lunch time. But they have a well trained staff to handle operations adequately when he is not around. Called in an order at the Pizza Hut at Roswick Rd. gave my name and they repeated my name and order.Waited 15 min.s and drove there. When I got there, They told me there was no order under my name! So they said they would re do the order,which I told them what it was! After waiting another 20 min.s, the order was not right! They said I could have it for free! We have been regular customers of the La Plata Rosewick Crossing Pizza Hut. However, over the last 3-4 months, the wait time for delivery has steadily increased and tonight we waited over two hours for our delivery. When it finally arrived everything was ice cold and one of the pizzas didn't have a complete topping on it. When asked why it took two hours to deliver a pizza approximately 4 miles the delivery guy stated that the manager short staffed the store. We really prefer Pizza Hut pizzas but will now order from Dominos or Pizza Hotline who can get food delivered in a reasonable amount of time. read more

I had stopped ordering from pizza hut a while ago because it just wasn't good anymore. I saw that they changed the menu a bit and they added new recipes, so we ordered again tonight. I was disappointed. They have new drizzles and I ordered the honey siracha one. I was excited for that alone. The pizza came, no drizzle and they didn't put my spinach on. We also ordered the waffle fries. Don't. They taste okay if you can get past the rubberized microwave feel.... So I couldn't get past it. I called to complain and they said that they were really busy so that's why they missed it, ( they are teenagers but that's a horrible excuse) and offered a free pizza on our account.
