I've also heard of similar experiences from family members who have gone here... extremely light on meat, getting incorrect orders, etc. I will not be going back.

I got a bacon cheeseburger, onion rings, cheese curds, and a fountain soda. They had the fun fountain sodas you often see in movie theaters, where you get to pick the soda and then include flavor add-ins- I did a mix of orange and vanilla diet coke. I ordered the food for dine-in, so they brought it out to me after just a few minutes. Everything was delicious, really good for fast food (I am normally not a huge fan of fast food). I was particularly excited they had cheese curds, which you don't often see! I also ordered a mini reese's peanut butter cup blizzard for the road, also was delicious. The staff was great- I spilled my soda and one of the workers cleaned it up for me and was incredibly nice about it (I felt so bad!). Another person came up to me after I finished to ask me how my meal was. They were really busy and clearly working really hard to try to stay on top of everything.
