Great Chicken! I highly recommend this place, the service was quick, I cannot speak to the in-store experience as we did a pick up, but Hands down better than all the other chain chicken places. read more

Well run, clean, very efficient and tasty food across the board. Great service as well! Perhaps the best Slim Chickens restaurant I've ever eaten at. A+ read more

SNAP-SHOT: Overall 4.0 | So far, the BEST chicken tender basket spot in the State of Maryland!! THE REVIEW: Their freshly cooked chicken tenders (10/10) reminded me of Canes Food Chain. The fries (8/10) reminded me of Steak-N-Shake fries. Sadly, the Texas Toast (3/10) was not thick enough for me or any Texan I have met. I love that they have about a dozen flavors (11/10) to dip your chicken, fries, or bread in. Cayenne Ranch was good. I definitely will be coming back for more. Everyone working there was very friendly!! MY RECOMMENDATIONS: Either actually serve TX (thick) bread or rebrand the toast as buttery. read more

Slim chickens which is usually good but tonight they screwed my meal up because they didn't give me my HONEY MUSTARD

We had a WONDERFUL experience. From counter to first, then last bite. We were greeted with a smile, offered personalized recommendations, patience since it was our first time there, and welcomed request to return. The food tasted fresh and of quality, and the options of sauces for both dipping and having your order tossed in ranged from sweet to heat. And was what we were hoping for. I'm a foodie, and don't mind driving for what I want when and if it's worth it. Slim Chickens will definitely see us again. He had the 10 piece bites tossed with Garlic Parmesan, with real parmesan, not powdered, cheese and the buffalo bites. I had the Slim Tenders 5 piece meal tossed in Spicy BBQ sauce. Our dipping sauces were ranch, Slim sauce, mango habanero and buffalo. The meals come with Texas toast, and fries with a drink. I was able to eat about half of my fries and 2 tenders before becoming full. We also purchased the banana pudding jar that we haven't tasted yet. But it's on the agenda for this afternoon for sure. The meals and dessert came up to $33, which isn't bad for 2. I highly recommend you stop in if ever in the area. read more

I am going to be honest, folks. I don't like the logo. The crow in a hat feels antebellum/share cropper/perhaps a little "Jim Crow-ish" to me. Maybe I am reading more into this image than I should, but this is my review and thus, my feelings. With the name "chicken" in the title, I wanted the chicken to be SPECTACULAR or at least good enough to make me forget that logo. It's "good" in a I-am-making-air-quotes-with-my-fingers-when-I-say-good kind of way. But that potato salad and fried okra...now that is SPECTACULARLY AMAZING. The sides really are like nothing I have ever had before. There is a definite unique taste with that potato salad Well done on the sides. read more

Went to the drive thru during lunch and ordered an 8 wing meal and a club sandwich. Received order and drove all the way home. When I opened the boxes it wasn't what I ordered. I got an 8 piece wing meal with fried mushrooms. The other box (same box as sandwich come in) was ANOTHER side of fried mushrooms! You can say it was my fault for not checking before I left but there are checks and balances that should be established before actually handing it to the customer. The receipt is on the bag with exactly what was ordered. read more

My order was prepared at the time I ordered it not sitting on a heat rack. The taste was superb. I enjoyed my meal very well.

I was double charged for my lunch. The register locked up so I paid again because it appeared that the initial charge did not process. Prior to leaving the restaurant I let the manager know that the second charge was pending. I was assured the second charge would not go through. Unfortunately both charges processed. I contacted the manager who offered me an opportunity for a refund if I returned to the store. I live out of town so let him know this wasn't possible. I have now been ghosted..... I don't appreciate the lack of response or failure to refund me for the extra lunch charge. read more

The food is very fresh, tender and hot. Service is quick and always polite. I've tried several items there and liked them all.

Service was great and the drive thru was quick. I had to wait about 3-5 min on my food but it was super fresh when I did get it. Food presentation was also so really good for fast food. I got 3 tenders with cayenne ranch & slim sauce. Plus fried okra. Will definitely be back!! read more

First time trying slim chickens and was impressed. Everything we had was very tasty and portions sizes were quite large. Also the packaging of the food was nice for eating in the car on the go. Only negative and why they didn't get 5 stars was when I picked up my sandwich there was a large pile of grease under it and covering the wrapper.(I'm assuming from the pickles not being drained properly???) had to ditch the wrapper and use the napkins to soak it all up. read more

I once had a female employee get super smart mouthed with me over the intercom in the drive thru.... Then another employee, male, and to deliver my order and apologized. I am a frequent flyer at this place, their food is bomb, but customer service like that will surely end any and future transactions by myself and many other people as well. read more

Food is fresh and delicious. I had the chicken club meal and it was one of the best sandwiches I've had in years. The fried okra was perfectly cooked. The fries looked good but you should try some fried okra. Again it was some of the best I've had in years. And I have had fried okra in so many places south of the Mason Dixon line. Excellent customer service from the counter to the table. Indoor and outdoor seating. But at lunch time the place was packed. It is not about the decor, but rather the quality of the food and service which was excellent. Carpool is recommended because tiny people are still compensating with supersized vehicles. read more

What's up's good people! It is I and I have a new review from a new place I just visited! You know how I do, rating is Service, Atmosphere and of course FOOD! Atmosphere (4.5 Stars) it was nice and chill, a bit crowded, with all that's going on in the world I avoid crowds if I can but the setup of this place it's hard not to be crowded. Service (4.5 Stars) the young lady that took our order was ok. They were friendly but not helpful, we asked about several items that seemed like common items they sell and they didn't have an opinion on anything. They said they haven't tried anything yet, but they were not new -_- Food (3 Stars) this was your average, mixed of food and just ok items. It's edible but I wouldn't go out my way to stand in line. It would be I'm hungry tans I want chicken tenders and there's no line and my other choices are closed. I had the Chicken Tender/Fries and my wife had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. read more

Hey what happened to the chicken wings? I'm confused, they're really tiny. I ordered Togo. It wasn't like this the last time. This is so disappointing! I paid $12.99 for this meal. I couldn't even enjoy it to be honest! 1-12-2023 at 7:42 pm read more

I would give it more if one the chicken is a bit dry and it's not the best but it's okay

Slim Chicken is my family's last resort. When we get home late and don't want burgers, Slim Chicken is usually where we go. The food is OK. The chicken is unseasoned but their sauces give it a lot of flavor. I haven't gone inside the restaurant so I don't know what it's like in there. The service is usually from someone who sounds like they are over it and ready to go home. But again, I usually go about an hour before closing so it's understandable. I've never really had any issues with my food so I'll continue coming back. read more

The food was so good and service was incredible. Would definitely come back here again and I love the many options of sauces!

We pulled into the drive through about 15 minutes before closing and we were still served hot food and received great service.

Slim chicken is the best spot for wing. I love the simplicity of the menu not offering to much not to little, wing always came out very well dressed, many options of sauce for on the wing and dipping. The service was alright like Mc Donald their here to take your order. The place was clean neat and great place to watch football. read more

GOOOOOOOOOOOOO TO SLIMSSSSSSS RIGHT NOW. it's so damn good i swear. milkshakes chicken fries mac n cheese. everything.

Heather s was our server and she was so sweet. Like seriously normally drive through employees are just pretty robotic and she was so nice. Second time here and she definitely changed how I viewed customer service here. :) read more

The food is always hot and seasoned well. So happy to have another restaurant in the area.

Food was great, and my son even preferred their chicken tenders of Chick-Fil-A and he's hard core Chick-Fil-A customer. Ordered also the wrap and the flavor was good, but price should have included fries for an $11 meal. Overall highly recommend trying it if you haven't. read more

Deserts are amazing. Chicken was dry. I really enjoyed the chicken and waffles, though. Huge serving size.

New local business that I wanted to love but didn't. Staff was friendly, service was fast but I didn't love the wings or the wrap. My grandsons tenders were the best tasting thing. I went through the drive thru so idk how clean the inside was. Their food presentation reminded me of Buffalo Wild Wings and I'm not a fan of BWW either. Unfortunately this restaurant is a no for me but I wish them well. read more

Went here for lunch with colleagues and we all felt disappointed. The chicken was over cooked and dry and their sauces are generic. They just opened and it's apparent they're still working out some kinks. Our orders were messed up and service was slow. Hopefully this smoothes out over time but I don't think I'll be adding this place to my normal rotation of restaurants. read more

Great food, reminded me of Zaxbys in a way, the tenders remind me of my grandmas fried chicken! Less sweet more of a savory salt and pepper flavor. Fries seasoning was almost like a Lowrys/season all, I hope the drive thru gets figured out because it's slightly awkward read more

Their chicken strip meals are excellent. I wasn't a huge fan of their chicken sandwich. Every time I've been here the staff is really nice. Overall, I would recommend checking them out! read more

I'll be honest I was beyond excited to try this place but my excitement deplete fast when I finally visited (Customer service) The young girl at the cash register was beyond rude and uninviting. She practically ignored us as we stood there patiently and would rather have a full blown conversation with her coworker than serve us. When she finally did take our order she gave us attitude for no reason at all (we were being very friendly even though we got ignored). When I contacted the restaurant via email to express my concern about the issue at a newly opened establishment I never heard back. (Food) We got a combination of items just to try. The chicken tenders have great taste/crunch but are very small. The variety of dipping sauces is great. The chicken Sandwiches are what really would bring me back. They are juicy & delicious. Overall, due to the customer service and how off putting my experience was, I'd rather just go to a chick-fila. A workers attitude for no reason can ruin the whole experience. I tried to stay un-bias and rate the food as should be. read more
