Showtime is an SOMD classic. The new location has so much more space, it feels much more comfortable to sit and have lunch in here. The staff are so friendly as always and we love supporting this business. The sandwich selection is vast, and so far none of them have steered us wrong. Some group favorites are the tuna salad and chicken salad, though I am personally a fan of the Philly (and honestly, of anything that comes off the grill!). read more

Showtime is a place that everyone should frequent. Great Food. Ive tried at least 5 different sandwiches and they were ALL amazing. The Free Macaroni Salad is also Top tier. The new location is roomy, and clean. Every member of the staff is super friendly. I've only ever done lunch, But I would imagine that this is also the place to be during Breakfast Hours. Highly Recommend. read more

One of the few locally owned restaurants in southern maryland that has exceptional food and even better service

First time to the showtime. Cute little joint with imaginitive menu. Real busy, small place with 5 tables with 5 additional chairs at a bar top overlooking the grill. I went with the action jackson (corned beef, coleslaw, tomato and russian dressing). Good sandwich, this is not one for takeout because the slaw will make the bread soggy. Great for dine in. Good joint, hard workers and quality food. read more

Great place. Picked up a couple pounds of stuffed ham today. Very good but the stuffing is chopped a little too fine for me. I love the spice level and will be buying more. The new location is nice. read more

Always amazing. This place never disappoints. We usually get the breakfast bagel sandwiches.

This place never disappoints! Good breakfast, great lunch--always delicious. Everyone who works here is friendly, and they're always playing some fantastic music. It's a no frills establishment, but the food speaks for itself. I've had their reuben, amazing. Bagel sandwich, amazing. In general, amazing. read more

Showtime Deli - Delis Near Me - Lexington Park, Maryland

Food is excellent they have everything I like at a good price. If you want delicious deli food this is the place to go.

The food was mostly good, but the overall experience was not. VERY busy, which I know is good for them, but not so much for us. The young server acted like we were a horrible inconvenience, and mostly, other servers brought us our food; one of the cooks literally hollered at my husband and handed his plate of food across the counter so that my husband had to get up and grab his plate of food. Half the food was served on paper plates, half in to-go containers. The french fries were quite soggy, my eggs were not hot, and I had to ask again for part of my order. If it wasn't for an older lady server, we probably wouldn't have had any service at all. We did not enjoy our visit there at all. We most likely will not go back here when there are much better run places close by. read more

They opened their new location today and we went for breakfast. This was always a favorite, but I could no longer go to old location due to mobility issues. New spot is much larger and accessible! Food was great as always. Love all the movie memorabilia and hand painted movie stars adorning the walls. Highly recommended! read more

Terrible experience. One and done. For starters, i had to repeat my order to be heard over the loud obnoxious banter of two very unprofessional employees who didn't seem to have any thing else to do. The pulled pork was a glop of pre-frozen meat heated on the griddle. There are tastier choices in a gas station vending machine. The so-called Philly was just awful; it was chewy with plenty of fat and gristle. Bonus was how the fat soaked sub roll fell apart from the wetness. I have to say something good about this place - I was able to park right up front by the door. Not a single car in the lot! And the food (?) came fast because I was the only customer. Maybe their other sandwiches are better, but we won't ever be back. read more

Absolutely not. I saw the older cook slapping food on and off the griddle with his bare hands. We were there on a Friday for roughly 45 mins at the bar and did not see him wash his hands once. Disgusting. read more

Food is amazing and service is fast and friendly. They have snakehead fish which is delicious!

Ordered ahead for carryout. Food was packaged and ready on time as estimated. Sandwiches were very well made and very tasty. Can't wait to return to try other items on the menu. read more

Showtime Deli - Half of a Reuben and half of a coo coo cluck chicken sandwich. With a side of macaroni salad. All were very tasty! - Delis Near Me - Lexington Park, Maryland

We went there the other day for lunch. There weren't a bunch of people in there, but the cooks were slammed. Apparently they had a huge amount of DoorDash orders. I think this may have been the issue. I'm not trying to slam them, I hope they see this and address it. The food was amazing. But... the place was dirty. The was food all over the floor in the cooking area. There was a man grabbing cooked food off the grill with his bare hands. I saw him attempt to serve a sandwich, and it started to fall off the plate. He grabbed it with his bare hand, and tried to rebuild the sandwich right in front of the customer. When it fell a second time, he decided to take it back, and make another one. I get that they were busy with the online orders. But in my opinion you should take time to clean the place up while making orders. ESPECIALLY if customers can sit at the bar, and watch all the food being made. I want to reiterate... the food was delicious. But we won't come back unless the cleanliness is addressed. read more

Showtime Deli - Reuben Sandwich - Delis Near Me - Lexington Park, Maryland

first time ever yesterday in showtime deli came in with my grandparents and honestly the best food I've had in a long time. I got the pork bbq sandwich was a big portion of meat and the coleslaw was average but good for people who are picky. service was amazing had servers and I think the owner come check on us the atmosphere was delightful. I will be back for sure with my family. read more

I got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. It was very good. The eggs were scrambled with cheese like I asked and they weren't skimpy with the eggs and bacon. Only downside was the bagel was kinda pricey. $7 is a little much & the neighborhood leaves much to be desired. Inside could also use some cleaning and renovation. read more

The business name is appropriate. The kitchen is front and center; customers can watch from a counter that overlooks the prep area, which I love. Had a sammie that I've never had before--half pastrami, half corned beef on pumpernickel. It's outstanding. They have IBC black cherry cola. It's been forever since I had that. The staff is friendly and prompt; prices are reasonable; great vibe throughout; take-out or eat in. There's a crazy entrance. it's a bit of a labyrinth, but in good fun. The folks who run this spot understand customer service and value. Showtime is one of the better delis that I've visited in the US. read more

What a perfect accidental find for us on a local lunch hunt! I'm sure if you're from here you know it well. But for us this was solid gold! We were warmly greeted and found some seats at the bar by the kitchen. It's a busy place and once you try something from the menu you'll know why! I had the Cuban with a side of fries. The sandwich is a full on meal with paper thin sliced pork, wonderful melted cheese and trimmings and the roll was very fresh. It was some really great eating for sure. One of our teammates had the Ike and Tina tuna. It was a yooge sandwich and he finished it all with no complaints. Everybody was super friendly and attentive. For a small local place, you could feel (and taste) the pride and the love for what they're doing! Yes, we will be back. It's too good not to return! read more

Today a co-worker and I had lunch from Showtime Deli. We ordered The Philadelphia Story, A Star is Corn and a side of fries. The food was delicious and we both have half a sandwich for tomorrow's lunch. This might become our new Go To place! read more

Great little find. Can't believe we've never been here let alone seen this place. For the record it's behind the sushi place next to Big Lots. Huge portion sizes (my husband and I could've split the Philly Chicken). The macaroni salad was great (and I'm not usually a fan of pasta salads). The hubs ordered the Philly Cheese chicken and I ordered the grilled cheese with turkey. I added the spicy mayo and that was a game changer. Give this place a try you won't be sorry but come hungry!! read more

Hands down the best restauraunt in the area. My husband and I have been disappointed in a lot of restauraunts here but in the many times we've been to showtime the food has been amazing every single time. The macaroni salad is the highlight to every delicious sandwhich. Such large serving sizes for their sandwiches and everything is delicious. My dad came down for a visit and loved the food here too! He asked us to eat at showtime a few more times before we left. Highly recommend and the service here is just as great as the food! Little tip for first timers: get the fries with gravy on it *perfection*! read more

Food was amazing the waitress was super nice.it came super quick and the vibe was chill and classy

Every sandwich here is awesome. There are literally no bad sandwiches. For real. The pastrami is one of the best if not THE best I've ever had. Don't sleep on this joint - it's the goods! read more

Good food. Good fast service. And gotta love the ambiance of the place. The movie posters and pictures are nostalgic and grew conversation starters. Fresh breakfast sandwiches are a great way to start your day. Love the Ruben. Showtime Deli - Porkey's Pork Bar-B-Que - Delis Near Me - Lexington Park, Maryland

Hidden gem among the rough. Very cool decor! Great sandwiches, but I keep coming back for their breakfast. Their home fries are amazing! On Saturdays they also have sometimes: biscuits smothered in loads of gravy and tots covered in gravy and melted cheese. It's a small place, so when it's busy it's BUSY. But I've also sat down and been out in 15min when it was light. read more

Food was great. Service was even better. Says casual but most had a jacket with a few in shorts

The food here is great and the staff are awesome - joy won't leave hungry!.., simple menu and excellent macaroni salad & pickle - expect a wait at lunch (limited seating) so just go after 1 to avoid the crowd read more

One of my favorites!! My husband and I have been going here for years. I love their hot turkey sandwich.

Amazing sandwich's. Love the French dip. Carry out no thrills atmosphere but decent for what it is. Very busy at lunch but they move the lines pretty well, still do give yourself a little bit of extra time. Can get from gate 3 and back within 30 minutes. read more

Amazing hidden gem. The Reuben sandwich is A+. Definitely going back. Super friendly waitress and cooks. Highly recommend!

Delicious and well put together, my Filet Mignon cheesesteak was the special and just amazing. A fresh sub roll and made to order. Crispy fries loaded with delicious gravy which wasn't overpowering but just right. But what makes this place is the staff. We came in mid-day and they were friendly, engaging and the owner came out to chat. He's the kind of guy who asks "how's the sandwich" mid-way through the meal and takes the time to engage with the customers. If I lived here, I'd come back time and again because this experience was top notch. read more
