Although I've not yet visited this business, I HAVE had their TURKEY BURGERS and ONION RINGS!!! OMG!!! I've never had a more juicy and flavorful turkey burger- hands down! One of my GOOD friends was kind enough to bring me 2 turkey burgers and onion rings on their way up to DC from Southern Md. The way I sopped up all of that sauce from the paper the turkey burgers was wrapped in?' WHEW it's WORTH the trip to Waldorf!!! Don't let this store being in a food court fool you! The food is fiiiiire!! They have so many options, but we ended up getting the single and double cheeseburgers with bacon, the seasoned fries, and iced coffee. The cheeseburgers were juicy, cheesy, and cooked perfectly! I'm way overdue rating this place. If I'm ever craving a burger and don't want to sit down, this is my go to spot. Located inside St. Charles mall food court, this place is super unassuming but highly rated in the community. They offer online and carry out in addition to the sitting in the food court. I've only had burgers and fries but the menu has all day breakfast, iced coffee, Pinoy and an assortment of sides. I've eaten here several times as well as placed an online order and I never have any issues with my orders. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and the service is always quick. Now on to the burgers. I always tell myself I'm going to get something different but the burgers have me in a chokehold. The patties are a decent size for this price point (around $7 for a single cheeseburger, up from there of course) and come with some standard toppings. Perfectly seasoned, fresh and never dry, this place is leaps and bounds better quality than what you'll get at Red Robin or Five guys but without the added costs. Jeff's Burgers can be found in the food court, located inside the St. Charles Towne Center's food court - their menu offers burgers, subs, sandwiches, breakfast options, as well as Filipino dishes. We came here for an early lunch, and we ordered: +Lumpia - went for the turkey filling, the inside was a bit too mushy; these were stated to be '9 pieces', but they were all 'halved' pieces +a JB Single Burger with bacon and cheese - this came with Jeff sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles; we noticed how the burger was nice and compact, and all the ingredients stayed in place, bite after bite; the patty was super juicy, and the ingredients were fresh; I did notice that there was an unidentified 'protein piece' towards the end of the burger (thinking it was a piece of the tocino) +a JB chili cheese dog - with Nathan's hot dog, we also added some diced red onions; made this a combo with came with a side of fries (seasoned or plain) and a fountain drink +a Strawberry Lemonade slush - instead of a fountain soda, we went for the slush; this was super sweet and can cause a brain freeze! Note that this place does nickel-and-dime you for everything - and, I mean, even the 'toppings' in a burger, for standard condiments (mayo), and for the sauces. Also, there's no point in thinking you can substitute a drink at a slight upcharge, as there really isn't an upcharge, but you're paying the full price - it's better to just order individual items. Ok so I'm rating this on the burgers only. The burger is everything I would want a burger to be... fresh, seasoned well, juicy and delicious. Jeff's sauce is kinda like the sauce on a Big Mac but better. This is everything you want a Big Mac to be, if you're a fan of Big Macs, without the extra bun in the middle. Service was good. Staff is friendly. The location is in a mall ... three's that. Why have I never heard of this place? Why don't I hear people talking about it? This place is a gem. I went there today mostly because there was no line, and all the other places in the food court were busier. Although I was the only one, I was given a remote device to alert me when my food was ready. I ordered a simple bacon double-cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. Everything was ready in about 5-7 minutes. The bacon cheeseburger was perfect. The patties were juicy and had a nice crust on them from the grill sear. The sauce was delicious, the bun was toasted perfectly and it made me wonder when the last time was I had such a good burger. The staff was delightful and they worked quickly. My recommendation to the staff to slow the LCD menu down. I could tell there were a lot more options, but I couldn't read everything before it changed to new pictures and selections. I work in La Plata, so Waldorf isn't too far away. I can't wait to go back for another burger. Perfect. read more

I read some reviews looking for a decent burger in the Waldorf area. I think I finally found one. Sorry, Wendy's, McDonald's, and Burger King ( just doesn't work for me). The lady who took my order was very helpful because this was my first time. However, the burger was delicious. Met all my expectations. I've come here a couple of times while in the mall. I've gotten the chicken nuggets for my daughter and today my son tried a blt. Today I tried a Rueben combo and brown sugar latte. Rueben was okay, pretty small, it was $10.50. I tried the brown sugar latte because the last time I was here the lady told me it was really good. I HIGHLY recommend. I've been many times before but today I was incline to leave a review. I usually eat it immediately but was too busy shopping (after Christmas sales) and ended up taking my food home. I ate it 3 hours later (Turkey burger and fries) and it was still sooo good. But, one important point to mention is that this fast food place is probably the least expensive in the entire food court at St. Charles Town Centre. I stopped by for the Halo Halo. It's an interesting Filipino dessert & totally an unexpected find in an American mall. There's includes shaved ice, condensed milk, flan, sweet corn, ube ice cream, chickpeas, plantains, red beans, sweet potato, and macapuno ("mutant" coconut) strings. It was so good!! I asked for extra condensed milk to ensure all the shaved ice was covered. My only critique is that the condense ice be a tad thicker. The flan was very creamy and made up for the milk texture. Jeff's Burger's is a great find in the mall. It is a welcome change from the usual food court chains that you expect to see. They make each order fresh which is a huge plus rather than just grabbing a burger that's been sitting there for a while. My favorite thing to get is a hot dog with cheese and raw onions. The cheese is fresh and gooey and the onions are always crisp and crunchy. The seasoned fries are delicious. Not exactly sure what seasoning they put on it...seems like a cross between Old Bay and some other spices. Whatever it is it...makes the fries delicious! I like that they are skinny fries too. Good for a more authentic tasting burger than McD's or BK. A lot of people seem to like the fries, but they never struck me as anything special (the seasoning does not stick to them well). On May 5th My girlfriend and I ate here. I had the turkey melt and she had the steak and cheese combo. Great fast food for everyone, even vegetarians/vegans! As a vegan, I can almost never find anything to eat when I go to the mall, so I was really excited to find this local, vegan-friendly fast food joint. Jeff's Burgers has a delicious veggie burger on the menu, with lots of vegan-friendly toppings to add on, and their french fries are cooked in vegan-friendly oil. The owner and employees were all super friendly and happy to answer my questions--they even gave me an ingredients list for the veggie burger when I asked what was in it. Every time I eat a veggie burger from Jeff's Burgers, I'm full for hours after. I usually get my burger with jalapeños, onions, and sauerkraut and it's to die for!
