Just left this Panda. Usually they are awesome and the service is great. However, at this visit Lorna working the serving line argued with me when I requested if they had a fresh batch of broccoli beef as what was out had no beef. It was just huge broccoli. Another member stated they did have a fresh batch and ran to get it. Lorna picked through the pan on the line to lick out any tiny piece of meat. When I asked to have a serving out of the fresh pan, she snapped back with "there's beef in here!" And refused to take from the fresh batch. This location is great most of the time. However sometimes there are long wait times for food as they are understaffed and the dining area can be dirty. Drive through gets priority so if you go inside it can be slow. read more

Do not order from this franchise! I've tried many times to give them a chance but they're a consistent disappointment. I placed an order for delivery and literally half of the order wasn't there. You could tell by the packaging that the food wasn't placed in the box. So they really didn't pay attention to the order and sent it out for delivery while charging full price. I no longer order the egg rolls based on past experiences where they wouldn't be in the delivered order. I'll purchase my Panda orders from the location in Virginia from now on. read more

This location is always out of teriyaki chicken if you go after 5 pm. It is 7:30 pm and they are finished making this entree for the night wth?? On top of they the service at the drive thru always seem to have an attitude and never greet you warmly. It's always something here. Between long wait times, rude management, tiny servings, and the overall feeling that these employees get treated awfully, the only reason I come is because my kids like the food. Every time I've come here, the female manager is always giving an employee a hard time for little to no reason. I've had short conversations with other customers in line about her energy. She should consider working somewhere where she doesn't have to talk to any employees. Truthfully, she shouldn't work anywhere that involves customer service. I will unfortunately be back again at some point, and I hope they will have made changes by then.. Next time I'll be less observant and more vocal. read more

Ok, so I have been going to this Panda Express off and on since it first opened about 4 years ago. When they first opened their food was very fresh and really good. Naturally, they didn't stay on that level as the newness wore off but the food more often than not was decent. I've gone at different times and on different days and have gotten old food that looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day and I've gotten fresh off the stove food. I recommend anybody that goes get their food in store instead of going through the drive through so you can see the freshness for yourself and request a fresh batch be made if it's not to your liking. Going through the drive thru will get you hit or miss meals every time. Now, the reason for the one star review is I went and got some orange and sweet fire chicken breast along with the fried rice. Not only was my food not fresh, BUT there was a large bone in one of my pieces of sweet fire chicken breast. Imagine my surprise and complete aggravation when I bit down into a very hard piece of chicken breast. Trust me I was not happy! There's no reason chunks of chicken breast should have a bone in it! The question of whether or not I will ever patronize this establishment again is really not looking good at this point. read more

It seems like every time I go there, something is wrong with my order. While the staff is friendly for the most part, there is a lot of standing around and socializing going on. Grand opening. Beautiful display of food and polite employees. I was very impressed with the selection of many foods even more than what was on the website. I ordered the family pack which gave me two sides and three entrees. The rice was not sticky, the noodles were so tasty, the teriyaki chicken needed more sauce and wasn't the greatest, and the Orange chicken was spot on. First impression, I'll be back!!! read more

They closed their lobby early. I was told by another customer in the parking lot. Went to the drive through and they said they were closed at 9:30. I have never seen one close before 10. I wasn't mad until I left and realized that it was 9:30 on the dot when I looked down at my clock and they could have easily still taken my order even though I showed up at the last second and technically earlier if I didn't waste the time walking to the door. I love Chinese food and was excited to try this place. I've only been there twice and never again! The first time, the food was great. This time, there were two large bug's legs in it. I ordered the 2 entree plate and had the Kung Pao Chicken and Fire Cracker Chicken...the New Year one. Also had Fried Rice. The legs were in one of the chicken dishes. They were about 1 inch long each and looked like roach's legs. I seriously feel like I want to throw up right now just thinking about it! I am done with this panda express. I am completely supportive and patient with restaurants in today's environment but the employees at this location are rude and half the time not wearing their masks or wearing them incorrectly. I have gone out of my way to support this local business and be nice to its employees. Today my food was practically thrown through the window at me and I received an extremely visible eye-roll when I asked for extra orange sauce for my chicken. The employee huffed at me and said they don't have any orange sauce. I was confused and said but I ordered orange chicken, isn't that what you put on the orange chicken, orange sauce? The employee just stood there looking at me and then finally said I'll put extra plum sauce packets in your bag and then proceeded to put about 50 little packets of plum sauce a bad snd threw that st us. This was never my favorite location even before the pandemic because of its slow, unfriendly service but it has gotten even worse now. So tonight I went through the drive-thru, was told vegetables would be 5-6 minutes so I agreed to wait. 15 minutes passed and no one had brought my food out. I walk inside and inquire about my order. Everyone is looking at each other not sure if the veggies are done. The young lady that took my order at the drive-thru goes to get the cook out of the back to ask. Long story short, they weren't done... not even in the boiling water yet. I watched him gather them to cook as I stood there. So I can only imagine if I never walked in, how much longer I would have waited for vegetables that weren't even in the process of being "cooked". It appeared they needed another cook on the shift.
