messed up my order two separate times and took the already opened food back through the drive through window. DISGUSTING.

At 8pm, they were out of Beijing Beef and weren't cooking another batch that night. We ended up ordering 1 small Orange Chicken entree, 1 large Broccoli Beef entree and a Black Pepper Chicken entree. None of our boxes were filled to the top. There is no way their large entrees feed 3 people. Maybe 1.5 people. The Orange Chicken was average at best, the Broccoli Beef barely had any beef in it. The Black Pepper Chicken was good. All in all, a waste of $30. This location is to be avoided. read more

I wasn't that impressed with Panda Express. Firstly, I waited almost 40 minutes for my food. When we entered the restaurant we were the only customers... 10 minutes later the lobby was packed. They were steady with taking orders, but no customers were actually leaving with food... just waiting. Never found out what the holdup was, but assumed it was them running out of rice or lo mein. The food wasn't all that great either. The lo mein was dry and tasteless. I did enjoy the shrimp dish that I had... probably wouldn't return to this location. read more

This my second time ordering from them via Grubhub, the first time they forgot to give the driver my drink. I'm still waiting for a refund. But the food was good and delivery was timely, so I tried them again. I ordered a 2 entry combo with sweet fire chicken breast and grilled teriyaki chicken with egg rolls and fried rice. The rice was good but the chicken could of been cooked more and tasted nasty in the sweet fire chicken and I thought the teriyaki chicken would taste better. Egg rolls were good. Service was fine but I believe the food could of been cooked better. read more

This is my third time eating at this place and the food is just plain horrible to the point that I just threw my food in the trash. Three strikes and I'm done forever.... the beef & broccoli was salty and hard. The orange chicken was horrible as well. The lo mein was equivalent to uncooked ramen noodles. My husband and I went to this panda just now October 13, 2017 4:30pm . We ordered through the drive thru we got a plate and in it contained kung pao chicken , Brown rice & chow mein. When I opened my plate the rice was smooshy (stuck together & not cooked right) btw both my husband and I work in the food industry and We both know when rice isn't cooked right. So my husband goes inside and lets the cashier know about the rice, the cashier proceeds to tell my husband that the rice is fine and that's how all their rice is, funny thing is we always come to this panda and order the same thing and we have never had this problem! The cashier just stands there doesn't even offer to give us another rice or anything at this point my husband is annoyed already way to go with the customer service. read more

My husband went to go get dinner around 8:30-9pm. We've been to this panda once before and it was alright the first time. when my husband was at the restaurant they told us there was no more egg rolls so we asked for orange chicken. Well their responds was they weren't making anymore orange chicken just whatever was there in the tray. I was getting mad because they were just being lazy. So I sucked it up and got something else. Well when I came home the fried rice was not cooked right, the orange chicken was hard as a rock (because I got the remaining in the tray) but still! How long was it sitting there?? Is HAIR on the Menu? I'm writing this review hoping management will see this and respond. The store did nothing which only fueled the fire. I have actually eaten at Panda Express's new store several times and have enjoyed the food. Unfortunately that wasn't the case on the last visit this past Thursday night. My wife picked 2 dinners that evening, just after 7:30pm, two hours before they close. Much to my disappointment a long strand of hair was found in the food and it certainly was too long to be ours. I called the 800 number listed the receipt for Comments and Questions, and left a message to find out the best way to handle this. They also listed their website where I completed their survey. Having worked in fast food, I know these things can happen, so thought it was best to bring the hair back to the store as evidence. It was late however and the store would be closing, if not already closed. So I called it a night and hoped for a call back sometime soon. That call never came. I returned the hair to 1 of the 2 trays and put it in my car to return to the store later that weekend. Karla was the acting manager on duty and she contested that I only get one meal back. Not being hungry and having lost my appetite for their food, I simply wanted my money back; even if it was only for 1 of the 2 meals. (Note that I have know idea which tray it came from but since I only brought back one dinner I agreed to a refunded on just one.) 10 minutes later, Karla returned after having talked to the store manager. I could not get a refund BECAUSE THE RETURN SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE ON THE SAME DAY. What a pain! No full refund. No partial refund and their food safety is now in question. Their idea of customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. I will update this if they respond. read more

As I waited almost 20 minutes I noticed the new chicken being served to customers in line behind me. So I ask and I am told I should of spoken up sooner they are too busy to keep track of every dish. Don't waste your time coming here if you are looking for quality. My wife and I started going to Panda 20 years ago in Gaithersburg MD. They have decided to make more profit by cutting down on meat. They barely put any meat in my panda bowl. The meat is the best part. So basically I paid $8 for chow mein and veggies that they ended up mixing together. I don't like my sides mixed. My daugther had told that the last time she went to Panda Express she had hair in her orange chicken. Because she has long hair I thought oh she got some of her hair in the food. I love Panda Express the food is great as well as the staff. I am in there five days out seven. Every time I come in I am always greeted by one lady name Nise she always acknowledge me no matter what she is doing, I love that it keeps me coming back. Only one compliant it is hotter in the store than outside, I was told that they had fixed the AC, but it is not working. I feel sorry for the employees, but they are still working hard. read more

My girlfriend and I are currently sitting in the drive through, the same as we have a million times. However, this time it not only took 20 minutes just to get to the screen to order, (even though we were only behind two cars) but another 20 to get to the window for our food. There should be no reason why a drive though should take this long. I'm currently on the way to a meeting and will now be late because of the terribly slow service. Marquis, the man at the window had no explanation and no apology. He was monotone and didn't have a smile. This was the worst experience I've ever had at this or any other establishment. It is our understanding that Dierra H is new to this location and we want to not only commend her on the flawless executation of our order but thank her as well for the genuine kindness and courtesy she showed during the entire process. Having come to this location in the past and been far less then satisfied (parts of orders missing or rude service) sweet Dierra is truly a breath of fresh air. It is clear in her enthusiasm and willingness to please that she strives for excellence in her position and has mastered it beautifully. My husband and I are both prior service and when we have a good troop we have to review there is a box we can check for those we know are exemplary and will go far. The box reads: promote ahead of peers. We highly recommend embracing this young ladies work ethic and having her in a position to teach it to others. Well done Dierra H. This was possibly the worst expirience I've ever had. I went through the drive thru thinking it would be interesting as I've never seen a Panda Express with one before. As I drove up, I was offered to try a new product which i kindly declined. Then I hear "well what do you want?" in a completly different tone. As I am placing an order, which mind you was only 2 plates, I was constantly inturupted and told to drive around front. At first I thought it was a technical issue then realize it was just a young lady who apparently woke up on the wrong side of the bed. When i drove around front, the young lady at the window didnt say a word but held her hand out with no eye contact what so ever. I handed her my card trying to remember the price on the drive thru screen. Then she says "anything else or this it?" "no thats everything thank you" as she turns to get the drinks, she says to another co worker "yall i really dont got time for this". Funny... I was thinking the same. After i got home to open my food, it looks nothing like what i ordered. The reciept is correct however, the meat and noodles are dried up. The chow mein is not evenly cooked. It is hardly eddible. The rice has hard bits and pieces in it as though it wasnt cooked thoroughly. This is rediculous. I would never go to this location. There are plenty of other locations that actually know how to give good quality customer service and food. This location in particular just does not. read more
