The food options come with its own unique healthy living quality. The salads are fresh, and you can navigate the kiosk to add or subtract your toppings ( and sauces ) to your very own taste. And for my dinner I grabbed the noodles with chicken ( as the protein) some jalapeños, and bell peppers. The noodles were delicious, with a great texture and not seasoned too much ( I don't like my noodles over the top season wise ) The to-go box was a nice one person portion, for a very affordable price.... And to celebrate as I like to do a couple times a month... I ordered the brownie crumble ( WOW !!! ) This brownie was made with my taste buds in mind. But listen, this is not just your average brownie... Nope !! This brownie comes custom made with your choice of fruits !! While in Waldorf earlier today, we decided to stop by the recently opened Honeygrow location and give it a try. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The restaurant itself is modern and inviting. While a few of the tables and seating areas could have used a quick wipe-down, the restaurant was quite busy, so I'm sure it was challenging for the staff to keep up with the dining area during the rush. Because of that, we opted to sit outside, which ended up being a great choice. The outdoor seating area was pleasant and made for an enjoyable lunch. Since Honeygrow uses self-service kiosks for ordering, the service experience is a bit different than a traditional restaurant. We placed our order through the kiosk and waited for our names to be called. When our food was ready, we were surprised to find it packaged in to-go containers even though we had selected the dine-in option. The cashier was extremely apologetic and even offered to transfer our meals into dine-in bowls, but we decided not to bother. I will admit I was a little disappointed because I was looking forward to seeing the presentation of the stir-fry in the signature bowl. The cashier did give us a complimentary fountain drink as an apology which I thought was very kind. As for the food it was absolutely delicious. I created my own stir-fry with citrus garlic chicken, a variety of fresh vegetables, and spicy garlic sauce on the side. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and all of the flavors worked together perfectly. My husband ordered a similar stir-fry but chose tofu and the soy garlic sauce, and he enjoyed his meal just as much. Despite the small mix-up with the packaging, we were very impressed with the quality and freshness of the food. We would definitely return and try more menu items in the future. My only wish is that they would open a location closer to us in Woodbridge, VA! read more

The Red Thai curry stir fry was bland and overall underwhelming, and the portion didn't feel like a good value for the money. Even after adding a protein, there was Max maybe 6oz of protein on the plate. I would say that these noodles had more of "an essence of red curry", and it isnt necessarily sound to describe them as "sauced" so much as "essenced". The honey bar was also overpriced in my opinion, though I did appreciate the "made from scratch" taste of the whipped cream. Overall it was tasty, but a tasty parfait with a cost of near $10 is not one that I'll order again. The kale chicken Caesar salad I ordered was pleasant and more substantial than the noodles. The Protein amount still left me wanting (again between 4-6oz) but the caesar dressing and mediterenean herbs were flavorful. The vegetables were fresh and had ideal flavor profiles. The cleanliness of the dining room is 8/10. The tables and chairs are well maintained, with only a few exceptions. Staff was fast and friendly. Parking ia ample and ideal. I would rate the experience overall a 5/10. My partner rated his experience a 4/10. It's unfortunate, because we have a staurday appointment that brings us across the street from this honeygrow every Saturday, and we had hoped to make it our new Saturday thing but sadly we will probably not return. The line died down and I finally got around to trying HoneyGrow. Parking situation is okay, but with so many new spots opening in the shopping center it can get a bit crowded. We went late so we were able to get parking directly in front. Space was clean, well lit, and inviting. My favorite part was the kiosks where you can place your order and make modifications. I tried the Ginger Scallion and replaced the noodles with rice noodles. I wasn't a fan of the sauce or the dish it general. It wasn't terrible but it just didn't do it for me. The container looks small but there was actually a decent amount of food inside. You can also create your food a stir fry and they have salads as well. My partner really enjoyed his meal, he did a create your own. The speciality drinks were just okay, nothing special. I'd definitely come here again but try something different. read more

This was my first time stopping at any Honeygrow location and I can honestly say I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The menu has a lot of different options but I decided to go with a Caesar Salad, create your own Stir-fry and a strawberry cheese cake from the honey bar options. Everything was prepared fresh (you can see them making it). The wait time was not long at all. It was a little crowd but they had the orders out very quickly. We enjoyed everything we ordered! It was flavorful and definitely worth the ride. Next time I will probably try something different not because I didn't like what I had but just to taste the other options. The space is bright & open, and very clean. There are three main categories of food, and the opportunity to customize your order as much as you want - everything is prepared to order. The meal assembly was very quick & efficient. I got takeout for me & my daughter. I had the red curry - excellent! Tasty & crunchy but also with properly cooked noodles. Exactly the right amount of food. My daughter, who is vegan, got a custom salad. And at checkout, the tipping suggestion started at 10% - which I appreciated & which made me feel more generous. My wife and tried this for the first time yesterday and the food was great. I ordered ahead on their website and drove to pick it up. Once I got there, my food was ready and I was able to pick it up and leave. I was only in the restaurant for less than a minute or 2. My wife and I both ordered the Create your own stir-fry. I had chicken and shrimp and my wife had double shrimp. Each of our orders were about $15/$16 which is leas than a Chipotle bowl with double meat. We both loved the healthy options that you can add to the stir fry to make it a very clean, yet tasty stir fry. The portion size was good, not too small and not too large but just right. I found this black plastic piece at the bottom of the container. It appears to be part of a cap. I contacted honey grow to notify a manager about this. My third time at Honeygrow. My first time was a bit challenging. I am not one for a lot of noodles (or rice) in my dishes as both take away from me enjoying the other items I selected. In my second purchase, learning from my first time, I asked less noodles. I like to double up on my vegetables and whatever protein I like. The second go on my order better than the first. On my third purchase, I asked again for less noodles but double on vegetables. With the wonderful help by Carter who took my order (because the check in monitor only allow a customer to add 10 items) and made sure all the step of the way that my order is to my specifications (i.e., less noodles, double on vegetables/protein). This place has tanked quickly, and the newness has worn off. Yesterday I went in to pick up my order, there was trash all over the floor in the area where the employees work. There wasn't a huge crowd inside, but a lot of joking and chit chat going on, while people were waiting for their orders. One employee who was finishing up orders, left the front and went in the back and started talking. That was okay, but he left the orders unfinished, and when he came back out he started talking and joking with the cooking team. Overall quality has fallen off. read more

She was so attentive to our needs, helped us with menu items, and then followed up with a check in of how our food and experience was with a lovely smile.
