Service awesome but pizza and wings were garbage just being honest. Ordered the plane stuffed crust cheese pizza plus wings. Wings were tiny, more bread than meat. I love pizza so I'll eat it no matter how bad. This was like some lunch pizza from high school. Doughy aka undercooked. And the stuffing was cold and pulled apart like string cheese. I mean how bad is it that you can't get a pizza from the east coast that's highly rated and see what they are doing and copy that these days. The wings, yuck, i mean talk about bulk order, order local and see what the locals are eating, it's not hard. Terribly run store, staff awesome, food terrible. Such an amazing customer service experience! As a Store manager for a very large grocer, it was unexpected to be treated so well, quickly, and then seeing THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PIZZA I HAVE EVER ORDERED!!! I was raving to my bf, "I think this is the prettiest one we ever received! " He 100% agreed. Please keep this staff! They were attentive to my concerns and made sure to take care of my sauces quickly without question. (I paid for them, but we all had a hard time seeing them on the tickets.) That may be an opportunity for Dominoes...are you stickers/tickets reflecting the small details? Regardless, the staff was all smiling, happy, very welcoming and communicative. I used to order frequently but no more. The food has is disappointing at best. I had a standard order for years but recently switched to Pappa John's. The manager who refused to give me his name is very rude and unprofessional. I had an issue with a pizza that was incorrectly made and he adamantly refused to have it remade. I am a senior so I am careful with my money. So paying for something inedible is a big loss for me. There was hardly any sauce at all and my pizza was covered in oregano. I am allergic to oregano so under the special instructions I always check no oregano and square cut. The young man who answered the phone was very polite and agreed with me that instructions did in fact say no oregano. However, when the manager came on the phone he was very rude and obnoxious. He refused to have the pizza remade because he said it was not their fault because it was my fault. He proceeded to tell me that the special instructions section does not print out for the line cooks to view. What? Why is it there? If that were true then how did the line cooks know to square cut my pizza as indicated in the same special instructions. The manager continued to rudely argue with me and would not correct their mistake. I know I am only one patron, that refuses to waste money there, but am I? read more

Placed my order online the food came really fast and was still hot. The wings and pizza was awesome.

The women who work there all have long painted fingernails and NEVER use gloves to make any part of your pizza. They don't wash their hands between taking your order on the register and answering phone to just Just grabbing a handful of cheese, meat etc. Their bare hands are all over the dough, and just grabbing toppings bare handed in their fists. Gross! God knows what's stuck in those nails. Even crazier protocol in a pandemic. Regret not saying anything. They all have absurd poorly fitting masks too. Hope to all gods out there that none of them have COVID19. Management needs to enforce some hygiene. You can work with food with painted talons. You can't handle food without gloves. read more

Best Spot I've come here several times already, they bake the wings instead of Fry them. Super healthy for me and my family. No seasonings either so if you have High Blood Pressure and want something healthy to eat get the plain wings. Super great customer service too! I'm happy! Just moved to Chesapeake Beach area and in two weeks have ordered from this Dominos pizza three times I don't know what it is they're doing but it's amazing!! 20 minutes to order something online in at my house and it's so hot we can't even eat it for 10-15 minutes!! They are always really fast and every delivery driver has been really friendly :) They also have never messed up our order, which can happen sometimes with delivery. They have good customer service. You can tell even if you order at the end of the night, they still give you good pizza and don't just throw something together to get off work asap. read more

Worst phone service ever. Tried to speak with the GM, Ronnie, but the "manager" just hung up the phone. Online service was down and I was prompted to call the store. The store wouldn't honor any online coupons regardless of their system being down. Fortunately North Beach / Chesapeake Beach has 3 other pizza selections to choose from. I wish I could remember all of the delivery drivers. But, Michelle, I have seen her on most occasions. She admires our house design and is friendly. We appreciate the user-friendly Dominos website. THAT is why we only buy our pizza from Dominos in North Beach. A side note: When we had our sailboat, docked at Herrington Harbour South, Michelle was the one that delivered directly to the boat. Not bad, but not great. The pizza is a little light on sauce and is just sort of plain tasting. The crust has a little too much seasoning or garlic salt. I will say the toppings were fresh, which is great. The hot wings are pretty good although a little sour tasting, sort of like the sauce is heavy on vinegar or something. The order and delivery personnel were friendly and helpful. They delivered right on time--down to the minute. Be aware, they charge $2 for delivery, which I wouldn't have known unless I asked them to break down the price. Overall, I prefer Papa John's. read more
