Best Cold Cut Sandwich in Prince Frederick! Great prices, quality ingredients, very consistent and the owners are so friendly! They even sold me pizza dough when I was in a bind and it turned out fantastic. Kill two birds with one stone, order your food and get your booze while waiting!

Good, fresh, thin pizza like I like! Ready quickly! Not a huge menu but we got large pepperoni and large cheese and both were decent. Tastes like real pizza, but it's thin style so keep that in mind. A large, for example, is about size of normal size from MOD.

This is what the edge of the crust looked like. Tasted like Passover bread. The edge was okay but couldn't eat the rest of the crust.

I ordered the Mommy's Favorite pizza (pepperoni, sausage, green peppers & olives). The overall taste of the pizza was okay but I couldn't get past the softness of the crust. I couldn't even fold the crust to eat it. I ended up taking some of the topping a d placed it on the edges of the crust. Therefore if you were sharing the pizza, there wouldn't be enough for 2 people. The crust itself was extremely flat and reminded me of Passover bread, made with no leavening agents. Also for almost $17 the pizza was pretty small when compared to a traditional large pizza at other establishments. If you're trying to feed a family on one of these pizza's you'd be better served going with a more traditional place like Three Brothers.

First experience ordering with Fredy's. The guy working was extremely nice. Parking lot where it is located is a little sketchy since it is behind a liquor store. Unfortunately, when we got our pizza home and opened the box we were less than impressed. The crust is so burnt it is inedible. It looks like we will continue to make the drive over to the Slice House in Leonardtown instead.

Wings were good, pizza was good. However, my wife was not very happy to see a hair baked into her slice. So much for national pizza day

I got my pizza delivered from Freddy's through DoorDash and when I got the pizza, it looks like the toppings either was thrown on or the pizza got tossed around in the car. The flavor was good though (I got the white pizza) needs to work better on the presentation of the pizza because people usually eats with their eyes first.

1st time ordering from Fredy Brick Pizza.

1st time ordering from Fredy Brick Pizza in Prince Frederick. I was very dissatisfied with the pizza for the $ paid. Very small, Not a large pizza, very lil flavor, hardly any sauce...

Italian salad and Mama's favorite pizza.

SO GOOD! Easily best the best pizza in Southern MD by far. Ordered Mama's favorite and Italian salad. Pizza was hot, nice chewy crust with crispy edge from the brick oven. Generous amount of topping without weighing down the dough. Very good Italian salad too, very fresh and great light dressing. Super impressed will definitely be back soon. Owner (Mama) was extremely sweet as well!!!

But I finally made it! I ordered a chicken Philly with onions, sweet peppers, and mayo. I've tried a Philly cheesesteak in Philadelphia several times before and wanted to see how this compared. The portion size was huge. Definitely enough for two meals. The meat was also thoroughly seasoned, but a little dry. Not a lot of cheese, which was disappointing. I was looking for the ooey gooey cheesy cheesesteak that I've seen on tv and food shows so many times before. This wasn't it. But it wasn't bad. Be prepared for long lines and long wait times. I really like the pager system he has, which allows you to wait in your car until your food is ready. He also has a variety of toppings including mayo, mustard, ketchup, onions, sweet peppers, mushrooms and more. I'd go back, but next time I would like to try the water ice. I was torn between giving 3 or 4 stars and decided to go with 4 due to the large portion size and taste of the food. I think it makes a difference if you don't have a reference point for Philly cheesesteaks. Without comparing it to what I tried before it was pretty good.

Inside was my chicken taco with lettuce and cheese, a bag of chips, and a small container of salsa. After putting some salsa on the taco there really wasn't much left. The taco looked a little small for $4, but once I picked it up there was actually more chicken inside than it first appeared, and the flavor was very good. One thing I wish they had done was drain the chicken a bit more, because there was quite a bit of liquid running out of the taco. The chips were very hard. The only thing I can think is that the tortillas they use are thicker than normal or they may have been overcooked. Overall it was a decent quick stop, but some of the other items on the menu seemed a little overpriced.

I would come back when in the area as I'd like to try more menu items.

I'm not on the southern side too much, so it was my first time ever seeing or hearing of this truck. There was a selection of tacos, baskets, sliders and sides. They had some tacos I was not used to seeing, such as smoked brisket tacos, sweet chili shrimp tacos and haddock (fish) tacos. I got a shrimp and haddock one for myself... OMG... they were bursting with the flavor and the aiolis (jalapeno and sweet chili respectively) were delicious with them -- you can see the other ingredients on the menu. It's o random side, yes, but I got the seaweed salad with them and was so delicious. I was quite satisfied from this meal alone, but I later on wanted to get nachos. I got an order of chicken ones, and... all the yes. I loved the chips, sauces and everything else that came with it. I don't know when I'll get to see them again, but when I do... I can't wait to try something new.

Their menu is seasonal, so I was disappointed that they didn't have their popular rockfish sliders - oh, well - another reason to check them out again! When we went, they had tacos (southwest chicken, smoked brisket, and sweet chili shrimp), soups (crab and minestrone), sliders (smoked Philly steak and cheese, spicy chicken, and BBQ brisket), and baskets (hand-cut fries). We ordered the 3 types of tacos (southwest chicken (fried chicken with cheddar Jack, pico de gallo, sriracha cream, and lettuce), smoked brisket (brisket, pico, cheddar Jack, BBQ, and lettuce), and the sweet chili shrimp (fried shrimp with pico, cheddar Jack, sweet chili aioli, and lettuce) with a side of hand-cut fries. They all came in a flour tortilla. Our favorite was the southwest chicken, because the chicken was perfectly fried; the toppings were ample, and I really liked the sriracha cream. The sweet chili shrimp was good, too, but definitely on the sweeter end; if you like sweet chili, this item is for you! The fries were perfectly fried, crisp, and seasoned. Staff here are super welcoming and friendly. I'd love to check out their other items on the menu during the summer! Otherwise, it's a small open space and there are desserts on display, I'm in you to read, and very polite staff behind the counter. I decided to get the blackened salmon and shrimp entree with collard greens and mac and cheese. I got their salts at caramel banana pudding for dessert. I decided to use my insulated bag and wait until I got to my friend's house to eat. I love the shrimp and the salmon. They were seasoned well, but not to a point of tasting too salty, which can happen at a lot of soul food restaurants for me. Unfortunately, despite the good flavor, this was the case with the collard greens, whew. Also, there is turkey in there, so don't get it as a vegetarian option! The mac and cheese was good... Not sure where I would put it in my rankings, but I enjoyed it. That banana pudding.... Whoa. It was the perfect dessert, and I would happily get it again.
