Paisano's really skimped on my toppings -- to the point where I honestly wondered if someone forgot to finish making the pizza. For what they charge, I shouldn't be playing hide‑and‑seek with the pepperoni. It was incredibly disappointing. What made it worse was the experience trying to get it corrected. I had to argue with Yancey and Kahn (Managers)just to be taken seriously. The only reason they finally agreed to remake the pizza was because Kahn pointed his finger into the box and could clearly see how bare it was. After all that hassle for something that should've been right the first time, I will not be returning. read more

Got the Xtra-Large Paulies pizza on a great 50% off deal after 7:30 pm until closing! I used the app and applied the coupon code and my order was ready when I arrived. I must say that although the Paulies pizza was my first time favorite but tonight it tasted just a little bit different. It was good but different. It has been quite a while since I had a Paulies so, maybe that's it. The shop was busy and clean with a positive vibe. Hats off to the staff! read more

I noticed no one wears gloves when they make your pizza. I usually order the cheeseburger combo because I think it's safer.

I usually order pizza from here and it's good. The service was piss poor today. I arrived and was expecting to receive my order. The lady at the front with dark hair was confused and began to check the system and tells me there's no order. I showed her my receipt and she rechecks and says the order was missed. They began to work on my order and I have to wait an additional 30 mins which is close to a total hour for my order. There was no good customer service provided when I asked for one garlic (which is normally $1.25) to be compensated for the inconvenience. There was no apology or good customer service for the inconvenience. Needless to say, the pizza here is good. Ordered a small pizza, cheesesteak and fries. Food was delivered in 40 minutes or so fresh and hot. Everything looked and tasted good.

The food here is pretty decent. I haven't attempted to try their pizza since I had a bad experience. I'm still upset they go rid of the Mediterranean wrap- it was my favorite! I ordered the Buffalo Chicken salad - it wasn't bad but the bits of chicken were fried way too hard and there weren't too many pieces. I do appreciate it not being salty. I had the chicken Parmesan and a salad delivered for tonight and a Greek salad with chicken and gyro meat added. The salad was iceberg lettuce and had a couple of slices of onion, bell pepper, tomato and cucumber. The balsamic dressing was thick and sweet. Would have been better with a variety of lettuce and more tomato, etc. The Chicken Parmesan was a bed of spaghetti, Mariners sauce, crustless chicken and a lot of mozzarella on top. I just thought it would be crispy chicken. Sauce was sweet and so much mozzarella i thought they had accidentally sent me a pizza. It was okay, just not what chicken Parmesan typically is. It also came with a small portion of bread. I haven't had Greek salad yet but it looks good and is iceberg lettuce and comes with pita bread. read more

This is a pretty good place to order Italian-American delivery. I have ordered from here plenty of times and typically get the same thing every time. Their calzones and Stromboli are great. You can build your own by adding fillings to it when you order. I always ask for a sprinkle of basil and they always accommodate - the basil really ties it all together. The cheesecake there is the best I have ever tasted! I have never had the pizza before but my sister has and she said she didn't like it but she is a very picky eater anyways so I'll let you be the judge. They have good coupons on their site all the time for ordering pizza, subs and for orders over 25 bucks. I wish they'd have a coupon for the calzone or Stromboli of which I would definitely take advantage. Delivery is typically fast and the delivery people are always friendly. read more

We really love this location! The pizza is tasty. The service is super friendly. We order in the store, online, have it delivered and have never ever been disappointed. I ordered online and did "curbside delivery" which was really staying and waiting outside. Only one person was handling the door while there was about 10 workers just standing around.. not wearing any masks. After I waited 25 minutes outside, these are the wings that I received. I love pizza. It doesn't even have to be fancy pizza either. When a friend wanted to order pizza tonight I listed a couple places in the area. Paisano's never crossed my mind to be honest. Following her lead we decided to try Paisano's for the first time. The menu is laid out fairly easy online but I had a hard time finding prices. We attempted to order for delivery but the wait was pretty instense, an hour and twenty minutes to be exact. Since we didn't feel like waiting we decided to pick up instead which was only a twenty minute wait. We went with a large half cheese half custom (spinach, onion and artichoke). The pizza came to about $16 and was in fact ready in twenty minutes. Pick up was simple and we had no problems getting the order. The pizza was nice and hot and was exactly what we ordered. I felt like there was plenty of cheese and they didn't skimp on the toppings. As someone who had never tried Paisano's and was skeptical I have to say I was impressed. We'll be coming back and ordering the next time we crave pizza. read more

This was a great choice for delivery tonight! The food was delicious and arrived in a timely manner! Online ordering could not have been easier. The tuna sub was fresh and the bread was amazing! The Italian Sub was packed with meat and the fries were HOT. Which is a definite plus when ordering take out! This pizza is pretty good quality. The prices aren't the cheapest but also not super wild. I think what made my order so pricey was that I ordered through post tax was almost $4 and the service fee was almost $6 so, literally the price of another pizza. That plus delivery fee and driver tip wow. Will be picking up from now on just wasn't sure how their preventative COVID measures were so I should ask. Anyway on to the food, I ordered a small cheese and small buffalo chicken. The cheese was my roommmates so j don't have a pic. It was pretty good. Didn't taste as much buffalo sauce as I would like but 8/10 because I mean the pizza itself was still made well just don't remember tasting buffalo sauce. For the most part I don't have issues with this place. I ordered pizza for my kids while I was at work overnight. It was one of the coldest nights we have had so far so my sitter was trying to make sure my baby was situated and trying to get her coat on to go grab the pizza and because she didn't come outside in under 5mins(I was told it's a new policy) my kids dinner was returned. I guess my sitter was suppose to leave my child crying alone in the house to walk down the complex to the car to receive the food or to drag my baby out in the cold. This is literally the only place who doesn't bring the food to the door and it wasn't always like this. They use to knock on the door or come to the front of the building. Something (good) must be going on there. I've ordered several times from them the past couple of weeks. I don't know if there's new management or cooks, but I've been pretty impressed with the pasta dishes lately. I've become a big fan of the baked spaghetti. It's very flavorful (even the meatballs) and filling. The meat sauce even had fresh minced garlic which was totally unexpected. Even the delivery service is better. Seems like I've been getting the same driver. He consistently calls ahead to confirm the delivery location and calls again when he's 5 minutes away. We keep coming back! Usually get those NY Style crust (it's best imo) The calzones & pastries are out of this world! The garlic knots need WAY more garlic though. After seeing this business constantly during commercial breaks while watching Wizard games, I finally gave them a shot (to management: great marketing lol) I ordered a basic small pepperoni with extra cheese and it was probably one of the best pizzas I ever had. The crust was buttery with a hint of garlic... flavor in the crust is critical! Can't stand a bland cardboard dough ok I'm deflecting here ...
