They have gluten free buns... and cheesesteaks, that's enough said for me The service can be a lil hit or miss, some folks actually seem happy to be there, while others appear to be really wanting the customer to hurry and go. As I've mostly experienced only people who seemed happy to see me, I only took one star for the folks who eyes I could feel roll with the door bell jingle The stores themselves (yep...been to a few of them ‍) are pretty standard with the variations mostly based on the square footage of the store. While this store is a little smaller than some others I've been to (very limited seating), it is well stocked and clean. As someone who may or may not have had their food taken "by accident" before, I also appreciate that the staff keeps food behind the counter if you leave (like I do for fries ). read more

Manager was screaming NO MORE BREAD ONLY WRAPS AND BOWLS ARE AVAILABLE!! I chose the wrap,. The young lady didn't roll it properly and a big hole burst into it. I asked could I get it made over. She threw it away and the cook said " that's why we don't over stuff wraps" oh excuse me. I only had 3 ingredients in it. I told them to just keep it and I went across the street to Burger King!! read more

Sandwiches are great. Service is great. I been here a few times and thought it was warm the thermostat reads 81°. Starbucks deafens me to get me to leave. Y'all gonna sweat me out. Cmon man. It's hot out I bought a sandwich. Give me some a/c. Private equity decision obviously. Why do I still go here? read more

Some of them tried to look like they were part of an organized establishment and I appreciate that. I asked Emely to make my daughter's sandwich without cheese. It came back with cheese and my husband calmly brought it back and told them that we had asked for no cheese. Emely looked me in the eye and said (with an attitude) "You never told me that!" My daughter was devastated, frightened, and couldn't understand what she did wrong. My daughter confirmed that she told Emely no cheese and I had repeated it. The staff isn't great overall, but Emely sealed the deal. read more

I mean we passed how many Jersey Mikes to get to this location?!!! LOL- Definitely worth the ride! "People will remember how you make them feel" Not to mention my sandwich was really good! Tonight I ordered a steak and cheese. A #17 with provolone cheese, onions, green peppers, mushrooms lettuce, tomato, sweet peppers, salt and pepper and mayo! My sub was seasoned to perfection and I'm still in disbelief that this STEAK AND CHEESE came from Jersey Mikes! First I was skeptical but I'm glad that's what went with. My husband's sandwich was a #66, which was a steak and cheese with all the yummy fixings I had plus bacon, jalapeños, hot peppers, spicy chipotle mayo...oh and we both went with the Rosemary Parm bread... I mean I'm still in awe that my sandwich came from Jersey Mike's!!!!! LOL!!!! The staff were attentive...we were greeted with a smile...our food was awesome! The store was clean...Was definitely worth the ride... The manager was also super awesome and cool. He recommended our sandwich selections and we Will definitely be back! read more

I would NOT recommend this Oxon hill store if you DO NOT EAT PORK!!! Even if you do. I went to this store for dinner last night. I asked the the server can he clean the slicer because I don't eat pork he acknowledged it but when I went down to next person to get my condiments, I notice he never cleaned it off. So I told the cashier I don't want that because he didn't clean it first. So canceled so cold subs & ask for 3 steak and cheese but once they were done they cut the cheese on the meat slicer!! I said that's cross contamination u not suppose to use the same slicer for and cheese. They looked at like I was wrong. So I just cancelled everything and said I'll never return to this location EVER!! This Oxon Hill location needs new management on the night shift!! I wanted to give them a half of star !!! read more

Jersey Mike's Turkey and provolone never disappoint! Fresh ingredients make the difference...Delish!!!

Straight up horrible, placed order at 6:30, ended up getting there at 7:00, still wasn't ready till 7:30

This Jersey Mikes is located in a small strip mall with limited parking. It make take a few minutes to get a parking space, especially during lunch time, so pack your patience. I placed an online order, went in, grabbed my order from the cashier with no wait and was on my way out in no time. I was greeted promptly and handed my order. I ordered a #8 which is the Sub Club. It comes with turkey, ham, provolone, applewood smoked bacon & mayo. I got mine "Mike's Way" by adding onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices. It was really good!! read more

My FIRST time going here thanks to a post I saw. I got the Number 8 on rosemary bread, added pepperoni, Mike's Way, mayo, mustard, cherry pepper relish and banana peppers. The sub wasn't bad, but the bread was hard, I mean hard, Lol. Again, this is my first time and I felt rushed with there only being one person behind me, which I offered to go in front of me. 3 people makes your order, while I'm at the first person, the third (cashier) is asking if I want chips and drink while the first Lady is talking to me. Now I'm at the second lady and she asked if I wanted it "Mikes way". I asked what it was and she taps the glass, Smh! I'm confused for a hot second til I notice the paper explaining what it is. I agree to it as I'm trying to see what other condiments are available, number 3 is asking if I want chips and drink! Can I finish this part first?! All in all, as a first timer, I felt very rushed, like I was burdening them by being there. The entire time I was there, it was just that ONE person behind me. Additional training in customer service would be recommended. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Mike's Famous Philly - Fast Food Near Me - Oxon Hill, Maryland

I'm originally from New England and now live on FL. I travel for work and JM's is a definite hit at home and during my travel. I went into to location at 6017 Oxon Hill Road in Oxon Hill MD tonight. Very disappointing visit....! Started with weird conversation about what I wanted from a guy not even in correct location to take my order. He started making my giant 13 and only put 5 slices of meat on the sub and one was already pre-sliced. Before he was done the next person grabbed the other half and asked if I wanted Mayo, I said yes, really light please. Then I asked for relish as well and he said " really " which I replied " YES ". He asked what toppings I wanted and I told him. He then asked me again after each topi he put on " anything else ", which I replied with the next item EACH TIME. When he was done I asked for mushrooms. He looked at me like I had three heads. He had to ask someone if they do that. After putting the mushrooms on he started to flip the sandwich together and I said " I would also like oregano, salt n pepper. He got angry cause he already flipped it together. Now, instead of him wrapping it he slid it to the cashier. ( the same person cashing people out ) I asked him to wrap the two halves separate and I got a look...... I mentioned that I wanted to eat half here and take the rest to go. I put in my info and cashed out. I have enough points for a couple subs but was never asked if I wanted to use my points. I didn't, but not the point. I then turned to sit down. Out of the 5 tables available 4 were dirty except for the one that an employee was sitting at I guess on his break. There were 6 employees working and I was the only customer until after I sat down. I had to ask them to clean the tables so i could sit and eat. The sandwich was delicious as always, but the service and location needs much improvement.......! read more

So first of all this is my first time at this sub shop. I wasn't greeted and when I went to the cashier she said go to that register. I ordered a Chipotle chicken cheese steak bowl. This Jersey Mike's is new and just opened. The staff was still training when I went in but they were all very friendly and made sure to make sure all the customers were satisfied. It was also nice to see the franchise owners working alongside their staff and getting to know people who live in the community. Now as for my sandwich I got a turkey sandwich with extra Swiss cheese and lettuce and Mayo. My bread was so soft and Absolutely delicious. I will be back soon. read more

This place is new but the customer service is amazing ! I was in today and there was a nasty customer complaining about little things that she could have communicated to the staff before making the sandwich ... like outing the tomatoes on after the lettuce smh who was supposed to know that and then claiming that they forgot about the bacon when they just started making the sandwich smh Anyways this team handled her very professionally and got her in and out KIUDOS TO EVERYONE! I was super impressed! read more

We have ordered from here before and until this evening we never had a bad experience. We ordered our regular which is the giant tuna subs, It was like they ran out of tuna and split what they had left between the 2 orders, Then they piled on lettuce and onions to cover it up!!! So disappointed read more

The guy that works here with the long locs thank you. Thank you being a great manager or wateva you are.

I always order online and I am very happy with the service and food. I have never had a bad experience with this location.

I've always liked the Jersey Mike's in Oxon Hill, but my most recent visit inspired me to write a 5 star review. I had a coupon for a regular sub for $5, and while I normally get the turkey and provolone, I decided to try the Mike's Famous Philly. I ordered the sub on a rosemary Parmesan roll with peppers, extra onions, extra Mayo, lettuce, tomato, and hot peppers. I ordered takeout and it took about 10 minutes to make. The sandwich was piping hot when I took my first bite once I got back to the car. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! read more

I go to this location only because it is close to my home. I regret it every time! Every time I go there no matter if there's 1 or10 people order ahead of mine, the service is extremely slow! I even opted to order my food online one time to beat the time wasted. I waited 15 mins before going pick it up and when I arrived my food wasn't even on the grill yet! There was no one in the store but the employees, Like come on!! This place sucks so bad each time I've waited 30 mins for my order. Which is unacceptable. read more

Tried to do an online order for ASAP pickup said it would take 40 minutes. So I called the store to see if that was right or if I did a call in order would it be ready sooner and was told no it would take at least 40 minutes. Good problem to have as a business owner to be that busy but not a good problem for customers will try again maybe. read more

They wasted so much of my time. They had the door locked so I couldn't even come inside to pick up my order. The woman who appeared to be the owner (older lady with glasses) was very rude. I waited 20 minutes for sandwiches that were called in. Terrible franchise. read more

I ordered two subs on the Jersey Mike's app to have delivered. The Door Dasher delivered the order on time but their was only one of the sandwiches in the bag. By the time I realized this the driver had left. I called the Jersey Mike's store and explained the problem only to be told there was nothing they could do. They insisted that the order they sent was complete and tried to shift the problem to DoodDash. Like there was no way they could have screwed up. Needless to say I won't be ordering from Jersey Mike's Oxon Hill location again. The one sandwich I did get was good as Jersey Mike's food usually is. But their customer service sucks. read more

This Jersey Mike's location is our new go to! They provided AMAZING subs and in a timely manner. Door dash mixed up our order and when I called Jersey Mike's the owner came on the phone and made sure the problem was fixed. He hand delivered the correct subs to our door!!! They handled the situation perfectly and we highly recommend. We will definitely be ordering from them again. read more

Ordered 10 sandwiches and received 9. Also, 10 bags of chips. 5 sandwiches were laid on top of the chips in the bag (smashed). I don't understand how someone thinks that is ok. Out of the 9 sandwiches, Missing the #17. Names were written on the cold sandwiches and whoever did the hot sandwiches listed the number. Why ask for the name for each sandwich when you're not going to write it on the sandwich bag. No QA I suppose. Never going there again. I even gave a 20% tip. ZERO STARS WOULD BE MORE APPROPRIATE!! read more

if I could give you a zero I would I was in your store in Rivertown I placed the order online when I got to the store was not ready. Had to wait for another 40 minutes and then was told my sandwich doesn't have to be picked up until 609 pm meanwhile, I'm standing in the lobby, having a diabetic episode sugars dropped. I'm shaking about to pass out so I had to leave the girl that started to process. My refund didn't know how walked away to get the manager who also had a problem giving me a refund the staff is in. There is full of kids they're young they're rude and they're disrespectful in the mist of my diabetic episode, my mother had come to check my sugar, my blood pressure and all of that giving you all the information asked her to go in to retrieve my refund and the staff was rude and disrespectful to her because she talks in her head moves the little young little light skin little girl is going to ask my mother what's her problem, why she got a move her head while she talking my mother is a grown ass woman, and this was very disrespectful. read more
