The turkey sausage, egg and cheese on wheat bread was everything I hoped for when I set out on this early morning treasure hunt. For me it was the right amount of cheese that brought everything together perfectly. And the ice tea & lemonade mix gave it that necessary boost that when done right can enhance any meal . It's very easy to miss this place from the road, so drive slowly. Their breakfast was perfect. The portion of fresh fruit they give you is enough for 3 meals. It's bright and tastes like it was prepared that morning. They have plenty of beverage options. I like some weird flavours and I was in luck. Several of my favourites are present. The hash browns. I am so glad that it's a bit of a drive to get here. They are just the right level of crispy. Again, they give you a very generous portion. I loved my sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. The sausage was perfect. It wasn't too greasy and it wasn't too dry. It was just spicy enough. I look forward to going back soon.

There's so many products to choose from such as bread, condiments, cheese produce, and a vegetable even my faux meats. Wegmans has their own brand of plant base meats. I hope someone from Firehouse Subs corporate does one of those disguised visits and witnesses this kind of behavior. They had a "Now Hiring" sign outside.
