If you really wanna get crazy...Old Bay!! (Old bay is optional...basic salt is a requirement) My fountain drink was fine. I saw reviews stating even that was bland! LMAO! Mine was as expected. Kudos to y'all for having birch beer. I had the combo with the ultimate cheesesteak (sub chicken). This comes with bacon, provolone, Swiss, American, and grilled onions. I added/requested green pepper, buffalo sauce, and blue cheese dressing. I had to repeat it three times. Still...the blue cheese and Buffalo sauce were missing. Booo! This place is no longer called Jerry's Subs & Pizza it is now called Sapphire Kabob & Curry. they still make the things from the original Jerry's but also added Indian food to the menu. first thing first, they only give you little amounts of everything. None of the food seems to be cooked fresh. the butter chicken was okay but naan bread was especially hard. the chick peas looked to be old and had a very dark color to them. their food does not seem to be authentic Indian. also their containers are so weak and made out of paper. I would not recommend. they only reason their getting even a 2 star review was because of the Samosas which I am almost certain are frozen based anyways. read more

We were snowed in for the blizzard of 2016 and decided to come out and want to grab something to eat. We decided to go to Jerry subs and pizza and Kettering, we normally go to the Jerry subs and pizza in Upper Marlboro. We should have stuck to what we know. The customer service from the manager was the worst ever, the food was dry and tasteless. All of the sodas and even the tea machine or flat and or had no flavoring. We substituted a cup of soda for bottle of soda, which was bright that turned out to be flat as well. We ordered a regular size fry, mozzarella sticks, and a large pizza. The fries had no tasted have no salt, the mozzarella sticks were very small with only a little bit of marinara sauce, and the pizza was the worst of all no flavoring to the sauce of the pizza low-quality cheese on the pizza and the pizza was not throughly cooked. read more

Very unpleasant experience. There were two people, including me, waiting to order. It took about 15 minutes for me to finally place mine. The cashier must be new. Beyond that, he seemed like he was on another planet. Placed my order for a medium pepperoni pizza. It took 20 minutes for me to get it. Took it home and the pizza was terrible. First of all, it wasn't hot at all. I expect a piping hot pizza when I'm waiting for it. Too much sauce, the cheese lacked flavor, and the crust reminded me of an Ellios from the grocery store. I prefer a Stouffer's French Bread pizza any day, which isn't a compliment to Stouffer's. I doubt I'll be returning to this location. Horrible Management! Just witnessed a manager yelling at a young black male cashier. The cashier was on a call taking an order and the manager wanted him to hand him a tray. When the young man did not immediately respond, the manager yelled "TRAY, TRAY" in a loud voice and stern tone. When I commented to him that it wasn't polite or respectful to yell at employees he told me that it was between him and the guy. I responded that he did it in front of me--a customer and it wasn't nice. Our young brothers deserve better! I will never patronize this place again. read more

I just love this Jerry's. It's the go to spot after Six Flags or a day at the park. Monday nights they have a large pizza special where the pizza is like $5.99. There steak and cheese is ALWAYS fresh and oh so good. Customer service is good and they prepare your food as quickly as possible. There is space inside to eat. It's always clean. Overall, I enjoy my family dinners when I go here. read more

Been here twice in a week. First visit picked up the All-american and other than being a weee bit short in the meat dept. it was very good! Love the fries. Second stop picked up the Phillips crabcake sub and the Ultimate sub both were very good. Will be back for some pizza and apps!! I'm a fan of OOH OOH Jerrys' I say OOH OOH Jerry's as where I'm from there are a couple of Chinese Carry Outs by the name of Jerry's and they serve Steak N Cheese too. Now I like that the Steak n Cheese is fresh with fresh ingredients. Do yourself a favor and get double meat and then the sandwich will compete with other good Steak Subs. The Pizza is nothing special but neither is most pizza. The Monday large deal of $5.99 for the Large does my family good as I get two and it does the job. I can't speak on their food, but their delivery and customer service sucks. I called to check on my order an hour after my order was placed and the guy on the phone briskly told me it was on the way and said nothing when I asked for an approximate delivery time. When I called back 20 minutes later to cancel my order the man just said ok and hung up. The delivery girl showed up over 90 minutes after I placed my order. I live 5 minutes away from the location. I'll never bother with them again. I can't stand bad customer service! read more

Okay so where do I start.... I just realized that they do delivery now & they have fairly good subs if that's what you're into. I try and eat healthy but had a cheat day & went over board. I felt so crapy the next day for eating an entire steak and cheese lol anyway I ordered a garden Salad with grilled chicken.
