Ordered 30 wings and a side of fries. The cost was close to $50. The fries were good and hot. The wings were extremely small and fried extremely hard. I did not ask to have them fried hard at all. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Really tried to give this place a chance multiple times but I'm TIRED. And the wings are actually pretty good. When they ARE open, you'll enter to someone staring at you with a blank face 99% of the time. No greeting, no smile, no interest in you being there really. I guess I get it, I was once a high schooler/college student working food service, but they have 0 interest in you coming up to that counter and asking for ANYTHING. Lately, they'll just close at random times. Of course I get it, things happen. But this is the 2nd time they taken my online order and have not been available to fulfill it once I arrive. There are plenty of other options in the shopping center that you can depend on, and that will actually speak to you when you walk in their establishment. read more

Food was okay, but I've definitely had better from other establishments. Customer was good though.

The wings are always on point. i do enjoy being able to dress up my fries how I like. I get my fries with ketchup, old bay sauce and if they have it a little lemon pepper seasoning. I can't speak for anyone else but I've been a customer here for years and they have never disappointed me regarding food or customer service even when they were busy. I always call ahead might I add. Customer service today was good per usual and because I come once every month they see me often enough to know what I like or May/May not order Also if you are in their phone system your name pops up The place looks like a quick pick up and go. They do have seating if you want to eat there but nothing I plan on doing. read more

Great food and hospitality - go hear often and consistent with the quality. So so good

Quick and dirty (the review not the...well anyway) Yesterday - I had the 10 wings fried hard (as requested) with two sauces - honey garlic and hot teriyaki. Honey garlic was good but the hot teriyaki hit the spot. It isn't burn your mouth hot just a little spice. Today, my friend got the bbq beef bowl. It's a no. The flavor was chemical"ly" and the beef tough. Tummy started going crazy three bites in so this will be the last visit. read more

the person at the register unplugs the phone so nobody can call in to place orders. it only happens when this particular employee works and I mean everytime they work. then when you go the restaurant she will charge you and never put the order into the cook so you will sitting there waiting for nothing her response is that she/he not the cook. Worst time to order when that worker is working seems to start every Wednesday for the last few weeks. things go back to proper order when she/he is not working.. FIX THIS!! read more

Three and a half stars generously rounded up to four. This is a hard place to rate because the wing flavor I tried were very good. I had the barbecue sauced wings, the Buffalo medium hot, and the honey lemon pepper. Those damn honey lemon pepper are my flavor for 2020. Sweet, salty, sour, with some heat. I asked for them to be well done and they were cooked exactly how I like them: crispy outside with juicy meat inside. Over multiple visits I have also had the steak and cheese which was good, and fries which were not good even though they are the crinkled cut ones I like. I have not had the fried fish which looked good when another customer ordered it. Also, the menu says they have gyros but I did not see lamb meat rotating on the vertical rotisserie while being sliced to order so I will pass. The customer service was just acceptable, not nice but not rude. The speed was good. The prices are reasonable. The place looks and feels clean for a carry out wing spot. The major criticism is the Restaurant Depot or Sam's Club blue cheese they use. I never understand why wing places insist on using subpar blue cheese. Take a play from Ricky Rosy's Wing Stop and upgrade the blue cheese, please. Three and a half stars, generously rounded to four for the very good wings, especially the honey lemon pepper. I reserve the right to update this, up or down, after I sample some more wing flavors and other menu items. read more

Not sure I'll be back. The customer service was the highlight for me. The young lady was so cordial but I wish I could say the same for my food. I only ordered wings and fries playing it safe for my first time. Even though my food was hot , everything was bland and slightly burnt. My wings were fried hard ( not that I asked for them to be) but no flavor and my fries were burnt like they were sitting for a while. I've had better at local carry outs. Didn't even finish eating it. Maybe next time I'll try something else and hope it's better before I stop supporting. read more

Wings were over cooked hard to chew and bland. The fries were under and overcooked. The containers they use for the fries encloses all of the heat so it makes the fries soggy. The chicken strips are good though read more

The service was okay but the food was very mad they put a thick black hair in my sisters food and she asked for no onion. They have a lot of additude. read more

Love the variety of wings with excellent pricing. My son loves their dirty rice. I love the moondust and honey lemon pepper wings

This place has really went down hill. Im guessing because they've built a clientele and a name for themselves they've become a little to comfortable. I have given them multiple times to redeem themselves but with no luck. The fries are never done and my wings never really taste like the flavor I ordered on top of them never having the crisp of a fried wing. I'm always disappointed. I might need to go back to America's best . Wings 21 do better. read more

A while ago i called and ordered 30 lemon pepper wings for pick up i went to the store she opened the box to present them and i took them home without even realizing they were honey lemon pepper wings which i tried but i did not like at all. I called back and explained the mishap i think we both honestly just made a mistake i should've checked the box more and she heard honey but neverthless she was so gracious and helpful when i called back. I meant to write this review a long time ago because this kind of customer service really needs to be rewarded. I wasn't met with any kind of negative attitude and i really appreciated it. Please continue making those wings but more importantly please continue treating your customers the way you do. It does not go unnoticed. read more

Came here with a good friend who is a fellow chicken wing lover! WE WERE IMPRESSED! Service was FAST (esp during the lunchtime rush) and their wings are FULLL of flavor. The spices, texture and variety of choices of types of wings available are THE BEST! It's not fancy - very casual.. but, most of the best places are this way. They are putting their ALL into these wings and the value is WONDERFUL for what you get. So, while you are out doing your holiday shopping at Woodmore, be sure to come by for a bite! I Knowwwww you'll not be disappointed! read more

WINGS 21 Partners with GRUBHUB: I would not suggest even one star to rate what I went through to place a single dinner order online; attached a $10 tip; searched for delivery time; learned that the order was NOT available for delivery but for pickup. The GRUBUB Support telephone number was readily availablele and they were, "sorry, but the restaurant refuses a refund." That is not what the restaurant replied. WINGS 21 said that it is GRUBHUB that is to refund monies for the order. I had no idea that this establishment did not deliver, but who is to blame for accepting an order with a tip attached for delivery, and does NOT alert the customer of a visible error on intake. This is unfair enrichment and I will do everything within my power to get a reversal on the decision. There will never be another attempt to dine from WINGS 21 or conduct business with GRUBHUB. Flawed communications - ** All communication was via telephone and text messaging, and who is going to shoulder the blame when the issue was made known? Totally unfair! read more

Soooooooooooo I decided to try this place out tonight on my way to work & boyyyy was I disappointed! I ordered the grilled tilapia, grilled shrimp and dirty rice...my food was bland. Absolutely no flavor at all. My shrimp was dry...the fish was chewy and the rice tasted like water... Complete waste of $19.00... Oh I can't forget about the hush puppies!! They were the best part of my dinner. The hush puppies were actually good!! Nothing I would venture back for...but they were good! read more

The whole wings were delicious, love the sauce! Fries could have been crispier but were the right amount of salty for me. The sweet potato fries were not crispy to me, I had to throw some in the oven (hence why half the box is empty) but once they were crispy, they were delicious. I'd give it a 7/10 for my first time read more

The wings are OK. However, good customer service can help anything taste better. That is not the case for this location. I stopped by after work to pick up some wings for the family. I really didn't feel like cooking. I specifically ask that the wings be cooked well done, but not overly crispy (where the meat under the skin is dry). Well, you can only imagine how unhappy the crew was when I got home and they bit into the wings and they were overcooked! So, I took my chance and called and the young lady was of no help. She said their was nothing she could do. I am not going to say don't try this spot out. However, I will say that you should definitely sample one of your wings before you leave the establishment to ensure you are getting what you paid for! read more

Order cheeseburger it was awful. Taste like cardboard. After I waited 30 minutes for my food. Just really disappointed.

I called the restaurant at 9:30 pm to place an order for pickup and was told that the only took walk-in orders. I explained that I lived across the street S was already in route. The employee told me the order would be placed when I arrived. When I arrived I ask the employee if I could see the policy in writing and ahead of time told me it was a "verbal" policy. I asked her why and she could not tell me why. I ask her if it was just this location ie "Woodmore Town Center" a predominantly affluent minority community or for ALL locations? Dead stare...crickets. Wake up my people "they" have businesses in our area and rely on our financial resources to stay in business but treat us like 2nd Class patrons. Price are pretty similar to every other wing place, the hush puppies were really good theirs really no big price difference from the 6 piece to the 12 piece so opt for the 12 piece i wish I did, and they make them the way i like them with the sweet corn kernels in them YUMMY, the shrimp are good wish the gave more in the the platter, and the wing COOKED perfectly , I stop going to WINGSTOP because the would overcook the wings till they were so hard, i started getting just flats and they were burning the hell out of those as well, so I said the hell with that place , looked for another place and I think I may have found it. read more

Wangs! When you need a quick bite, and dont feel like cooking this is a good place to hit up. They have a pretty diverse menu, but honestly I can't imagine eating something other than wings at a place called Wings 21. Seems like an epic set up to me but to each their own. I have tried the jerk, garlic parmesan, and old bay, so far so good. They have all been pretty good. My favorite of them all is the garlic parmesan. The prices are reasonable I suppose. We normally order the 20 wing combo, with that many wings, they really need to give you more fries. Call ahead, or order online to avoid the wait, because it can get crowded. read more

My daughter and I went to this place yesterday for the first time. The server was super friendly and helpful. Our order was prepared perfectly. My daughter got the honey BBQ wings and fries. It was also a generous portion I could split into two meals! We'll be visiting again! read more

I called over the phone and placed my order which included HONEY lemon pepper wings. The person taking the order was not the friendliest but hey , I let that go. When she called my order back to me she said lemon pepper wings, I immediately corrected her and she said ok. I get home open my meal and it's lemon pepper wings which I do not like. I called the store and was placed on hold instantly, it's been roughly 15 minutes and I'm still on hold. After waiting, I told the person about the error with my order, she asked for my order number, I told her my order number was 57 roughly four times and she kept saying 67 ‍‍ I could tell instantly she was the one who took my order. Then She replied OK. she did not care. She was rude and unhappy about me calling to advise she got my order wrong, she stated there was no manager and when I asked for her name she didn't provide it and hung up. If you have poor phone/ order taking etiquette at least get the order right. This was my experience, I hate to waste food but the wings are in the trash. NEVER AGAIN read more

Ran into this spot as a last resort on this windy day. I got dirty rice and lemon pepper/garlic parm wings. The rice wasn't "dirty", more like curry mixed into white rice. The wings were as expected, mediocre. America's best wings definitely has this place beat. For $15 I could have went to Outback and gotten wings there instead. You can't really expect much from chain restaurants so my 3 star rating is more than generous. read more

My go to spot on Uber eats for good wings and decently fast service . Honey lemon pepper is my favorite out of the many flavors offered.

You can never go wrong with the honey lemon pepper wings. Customer service is always on point as well!

My lemon pepper wings tasted delicious. Crispy and perfectly seasoned on the outside.

Excellent fried chicken and fries!!! I will go again cuz its that good. Even the oil used does not upset my stomach. That is a plus.

Bad customer service provided on 3/17/2022 at 2:pm and when I asked for a manager, I was told that there isn't a manager at that store. The selection is diverse, so do not let the name detour you. Upon being greeted by a kind cashier I glanced over the array of options and affordable pricing to discover Gyros were on my mind.
