I visited America's Best Wings in Largo, MD on Saturday, March 4, 2023, around 7 pm. I called my order in as I sat in my car outside their location. I requested 10 bone-in wings, mild all drums. He immediately (claimed) he couldn't do it and I asked why and he simply said he couldn't. My car was positioned to see directly in front of the store and they had no customers and were about to close in less than an hour. Customer service in this area is awful. I ordered in ADVANCE for pick up at a specific time. When I get there to pick up my order they hadn't even made it yet. They said that their policy is to confirm big orders prior to making it because it's not paid for yet. Even though I can understand that, it was a terrible inconvenience and no one explained that to me when I placed the order. I think it's important to be transparent to customers when because how else would we know what your business policies are?
