Went here for a chill bar night on a Friday . It was chill . Drinks seem to be a little high priced…read more. Overall a good quick spot to meet up. Seems to have a plumbing issue . it had that bathroom sewage smell.

Well...I finally made my way to this spot and I can say not sure if I would be back. Now the…read morelocation is only about 10 mins from my house and has potential.... I got here around 4:45 and it was empty. I was the only person there from the time until I left around 7pm. There was a couple that had came in but they left quickly without ordering anything not sure why but they were out in about 10 minutes. There was only one waiter who informed me the bar tender would be in around 5:30 but she didn't get there until around 5:45. She did make up for it with a on the house lemon drop which was really good! So I ordered honey lemon wings and jollof spaghetti with shrimp. Now the wings and blue cheese were so hot and tasty!! But the jollof rice tasted like spaghetti with some bland sauce on it and shrimp tasted fishy not good at all. So the waiter suggested I order oxtail, plantains, and coconut rice which I ordered which I did. Everything but the rice was good. The rice didn't have any coconut flavor and was like some type of veggie rice concoctions. I would not recommend the rice, jollof spaghetti even the broccoli which was cold when I received my food. The restaurant is set up real cute and artsy but the food options need to be upgraded. And I did not like they charge a 18% gratuity on your bill even if you are by yourself. The restaurant was completely empty when I left so not sure how they are staying in business unless the crowed comes after 8pm. The only saving grace was the lemon drop was really good and the rum punch! Other than that besides the wings, small oxtails, blue cheese, and plantains I would not recommend. Also go during happy hour save a little bit but you still will get the 18% gratuity....smdh

Well, what can I say or better yet write. I will say that when you go to certain places you know…read morewhat type of service you will get. In the end it is my fault for still having hope that you can find that diamond in the rough....very rough. Heck I will be satisfied with a fake quartz at this point. The service is going to outweigh the food. The wings were decent, and a BOGO TMobile offer brought me here on this day which was June 8th at around 1130AM. Upon entering this place I see three workers and the female finally looked up from her phone with a look of I guess I have to say something to you. There was another guy standing there who did not make any eye contact or moved. Upon seeing this I am so glad I did a mobile order as to not deal with what I could foresee coming. I gave her my name and said it was an online order. She checked and said it was not ready and moved to a doorway but you could still see her cell phone sticking out. Priorities. Curious as to how much longer my food would take which is something I think is basic after saying your food is not ready. Also, maybe it is just me but I feel a way when someone is on their cell phone who handles food. Let's keep it real we know where people take their phones and pretty sure it is not being cleaned as much as it should. Here is where I saw the "I don't give a damn" turned up to next level. First the guy cooking gets a pass as he was of course working. Two people came in and there was no effort to greet them despite it being obvious that customers were awaiting. It's like that's not my job. After both waiting there was a fourth person working there. He came from the back to speak to the customers and see what they would like. WTH. As far as the only doing one job I was correct. When my food was ready the female (on that phone still and no handwashing) on the phone placed my food in the bag and the guy just standing there placed my fries in the bag. No multitasking here. It is one thing to have one job but how about do the job good. First of all if you work in almost any industry you have to deal with customers. If you do not like talking to people, then don't take jobs in customer service. Yes, if you offer any type of assistance especially when a purchase has taken place then you are in customer service. Perhaps my idea of customer service has changed as I thought it was being proactive, clearly communicating, being a professional, and being responsive. Then the audacity to ask you for a tip starting at 20% on top of not being able to do the basics, which is a basic life skill in in saying hello to a person. I write this and it does not matter because the saddest part is that the workers here perform their job at a level which is only lowering the bar and that low bar is becoming the norm. Excuse me, it is the norm.

They seemed to be short staffed and could use some additional help there were only 2 workers in the entire restaurant working. The lady working in the back packing orders did not have on gloves, as she fixed food (fries with cheese sauce) which was extremely concerning. She also took an order at the register and then went back to fix orders still no gloves. She also picked up cups from the floor and put them on the counter. Ambiance: needed some attention, floor is dirty. No straws for my drink. Suggestion: drive the extra miles if you are wanting Wingstop... or skip it completely.

It was bland, tasteless. I ended up just tossing the free one in the trash. Vegetable Spring Roll, also bland and tasteless. Orange chicken, I don't even know. Just some sort of sticky, really gross sauce that was poured over chicken chunks. The food is terrible and the prices make no sense. Avoid this place.

My spring roll was actually really good & very crispy. He hated his egg roll and said he tasted like boiled beef. We used uber eats so we didn't encounter any of the staff or delivery people if they have them. The food was ready for delivery in a normal timeframe and it was hot and fresh. But everything from this place was crispy. Like, really crispy. The crab Rangoon pieces were hard and the sauce was more tangy than sweet & sour. The spring roll crust was hard and crispy. The bits of chicken were hard. It made a squeak sound against one of my teeth while I was chewing. Interesting. I'm a fan of a softer fare, but the sauce was good and the rice was great. There wasn't much broccoli so don't expect a little green with your calories. There were two pieces to be exact. Across the board, this isn't a place I'd order from again, but that's just my personal preference. My boyfriend enjoyed his entree and the food wasn't bad. It had its ups and downs, but the crispy texture was too much for me.
