Love their steak n cheese ! Loaded and tastes great. Haven't noticed any problems with service.

Terrible experience. I found hair in my food and called the restaurant to request a refund. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue the manager immediately dismissed my concern and stated that it was "not possible" because their employees wear hair nets. The conversation ended with the manager hanging up the phone. The customer service is terrible. Unfortunately this location showed no accountability, professionalism, or concern for customer service satisfaction. I will not be returning. read more

America's Best Wings - This was what I found in my food. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Bowie, Maryland

Horrible to ask for what you pay for and get whatever they feel like giving you. I actually don't know why I ventured into this particular Americas best this is my second time disappointed by them. The food is terrible and the service is worst. Management utterly disrespectful to women. Don't go. Visit the Upper Marlboro store instead. read more

This ppl are rude and unprofessional. Got home looked at receipts and called to inquire about the 3.70 price for medium fries. Person got smart and hang up the phone don't recommend read more

America's Best Wings - Never again - Chicken Wings Near Me - Bowie, Maryland

I ordered on Friday a grilled chicken sub that came with fries and a fish and grilled shrimp platter with crab sticks. The sub was the only thing decent. The fries were overcooked and lack any flavor, and the fish was a greasy soapy mess, the shrimps were overcooked and tough, and crab sticks were over fried and extremely hard. The experience made a force stay in due to an injury, undesirable and hurt feelings. The delivery was timely and driver was very nice, thank you Dina!! read more

The food is fine. The service is indifferent. The bread is soggy but the taste profile is very good. Not bad but probably would not try again. Got a sub and that it was reasonably priced. read more

I stopped by after landing at BWI and I was starving because I had been flying all day! Wings were great and the employees were extremely friendly! read more

I've come here numerous times over the past 7 years and it's a very solid wing spot. Nothing too crazy but pretty good for the price point. I have noticed that the consistency can be lacking at times. There have been times I've had wonderful wings and other times that I'm left a little disappointed by the quality and dryness of the wings. My go-to flavors are Lemon Pepper and Honey Garlic Pepper. These two are by far the most consistent in my opinion. I also think you'll be best off just getting the 10 wings as opposed to the combo because the fries aren't that good. read more

America's Best Wings - Whole Wings Combo: Honey Old Bay Wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Bowie, Maryland

I've done takeout from the location several times, with no problem. Tonight I was extremely disappointed. I ordered 10 piece, bone in, all flats, crispy flavor: hot bar b q with celery. Unusually, they show you your order prior to bagging; this didn't happen but I wouldn't have expected to not have what I Ordered. What I received was 10 pieces reg barbecue all flat not crispy with carrots. Although is the closest location to my home I'll try the other Bowie location on Annapolis Rd. read more

Was surprised to see the price of a three piece fish combo go from $11.54 to $14.99. Then maybe not so surprised to see the fish portion reduced by at least a third. Thirty percent increase in price! Food is generally good but they just priced me out of eating lunch here. read more

Got a buffalo chicken sandwich combo. It was excellent and they definitely don't skimp on the fries

So casually visiting family out in Bowie, I wanted to take the opportunity of tasting this infamous Mambo sauce that originated from the DMV area...the high praises I heard about this sauce, that it's so good and its not just your regular condiment but something special that became a local favorite. I definitely had to get with the program! So of course I decided to yelp best wings for mambo sauce and boom this place popped up! Let me tell you about the best wings I ever had!!!! Omg! These wings were sent from heaven! No jokes. First of all I wasn't expecting the extensive wing flavors list, it was so overwhelming I wanted to try all lol. I choose the honey lemon pepper( winner!!!) and Thai chili sauce as recommended by the lovely worker and boy was he right! The wings were crisp and nice and hot dripping with those savory flavors. I had dipped it into the infamous mambo sauce and boy was everyone right about it! That sauce was like crack! I was eating it like a mad woman ( no judgement please lol). I believe the workers were laughing at me , knowing I was not from the area haha. Long story short..:if visiting DMV area please go try this place!!! They don't call it American best wings for nothing! Yes it's a take out place, owners very friendly here and generous. If in area will be stopping by again. P.s- bought some hot and sweet sauce from the supermarket. You can buy these bottles at any grocery store in DMV area near you. read more

Very disrespectful staff, improper nose covering, hard, double fried wings. Yelling at me when asked for new wings, excuse was there is a wing shortage read more

America's Best Wings - not properly covering nose. Bad service, wings double fried (hard) and warm. excuse wing shortage. disrespectful & yelling - Chicken Wings Near Me - Bowie, Maryland

I understand that with inflation everything has gone up. I ordered 15 wings and it was $21.00. They gave me two dipping sauces which may cover 1/2 the wings, thus I asked for another one and they would not give it to me. This is the 3 time the service has been poor and I am not going back. This is the one near Walmart. I will now have to drive a little further and go to the one on 450, the service has alway been better there. It's sad they will loose a customer over a sauce. read more

Huge selection of wing flavors. However wings are hit or miss. Sometime large, well cooked and saucy. Other time... small, dry and overcooked as if they were left overs . read more

Wings were ok. Lemon pepper wings were a bit too salty. The Thai chili wings were ok. We may try the place again as I like to give places a second chance. Positives were the many different wing options and quickness of service. read more

Got some wings to go - other than being a bit cold by the time I got back to my hotel (not their fault!) they were very good. Perfectly crispy and meaty. I wish they had a medium buffalo sauce - I got mild because it had two peppers on their website, but they were more mild than medium. read more

Quick, hot, tasty food at a reasonable price. ABW in Bowie is my go-to location--the one in South Bowie near Walmart. The wings are crispy, generously seasoned and sauced. The fries are always perfect: crispy outside and tender inside. No limp fries here. The sub sandwiches are a great proportion. The cheesesteaks are decent. I have not tried the fried fish but that seems to be a very popular choice, after wings. There are various cake slices of different flavors available. They taste reasonable, if you have a sweet tooth. They are moist with a homemade flair. The restaurant has tables, chairs and usually a game showing. I would not call ABW-South Bowie an eat-in restaurant, though. While the set-up is welcoming to wait on your food, the chairs and bright lights do not give off a sit-down and leisurely eat vibe. It's more, take a seat at the table, have a fountain drink and watch tv till your order is ready. That's fine. You can go home and tear into your wings without worrying about your table manners! Enjoy! read more

Prior to COVID I loved to patronize this place, that is why it pains me to write this review. For the first time since COVID I've felt brave enough to try this establishment again. I call in my order, yes the location by the Walmart (IYKYK). I drive there, walk into the store and two out of the three gentlemen behind the plastic partition are NOT - I repeat NOT wearing their masks. I walk in and say "Oh... so we're not wearing masks in here?" then walked out. Eat here at your own risk. read more

Let's skip to what ya looking for! Come here for the wings! The seasoning is off the hook and the wings are crispy! Old Bay is my go to selection. Anywho, when I'm in MD I make it my business to spot here at least once. IMO it's not a place to bring a date, but if you're with ya homies - then go and grub. The wings are fried, like double fried and still juicy! They are made to order, so you'll have to be a little patient and wait. Add a side of fries and your good to go! All in all ABW is a cool takeout, no frills type of spot. The pricing is pretty good and they offer tons of seasonings and wings platters. Parking is plenty and If wings aren't your thing, they offer some wraps and sandwiches as well. So stop in and enjoy some great wings. I know we will on our next trip. read more

So I wrote either a review or tip of America's Best Wings in Bowie when they first opened! However, I said then and I'm saying now, call your order in! The gentlemen who run this location.m are always divert friendly and greet you with a smile at the register! Or maybe because I am a woman that is my greeting! LoL! However you take it, they usually are smiling and are friendly! The wings are all I ever get! I just freaking love the honey lemon wings and fries! I always get that! They literally make me smile they are so good! The food is always hot and fresh and taste so good! Like most Carryout's nowadays they show you the food before you take it with you wish I live! I can add old bay to my fries or dump the condiment of PG county:salt/pepper/ketchup! LoL! This location is steady now and pretty standard good wings and good service!!! read more

Nastiest food ever. Not only was my food over cooked but half my order was missing. Save your money and go somewhere she's. They don't care.

What! What! I always enjoy Americas Best Wings! And this new location does not disappoint so far. I either get the grill chicken salad or honey BBQ wings. Tonight I enjoyed the wings combo. Chicken is crispy but not burnt. You're able to eat the meat and not feel like it's the end of the bone. It was well basted. Fries were okay. I appreciated them not flooding my plate with celery I did not come there for that! Cons: sometimes the guy answering the phone doesn't get your order so you may need to repeat it. Also combos can get pricey! But it's a great, quick spot that opens late for Maryland! read more

Absolutely horrible. The fried shrimp was overcooked and the wings were undercooked. We received an open container of cocktail sauce (ewe ). Called and took the meal back to the restaurant. They prepared it again and it was still horrible. I reported this establishment to the MD health department. The rating should be -10! read more

All right the only reason why this is getting to three is because the chicken wings were juicy , burger was tasty and it was delivered quickly. Other than that the food was rather bland. following instructions was not their forte and they forgot items to the actual meal itself like some of the drinks. I would not recommend the steak salad. It felt as if the lettuce frozen prior to the steak being placed on top. read more

This place USED to be a great place to go if you wanted some nice hot wings, I haven't been in here in a year. And its obvious! The prices that USED to be reasonable aren't now! The prices that are on the website are totally inaccurate! The customer service here sucks. I don't if its a language barrier or what? I may as well should've went to Chic Fil A! Almost 30 bucks for wings and fries???? Please. I won't be coming back to this place, I hope I can find another reasonable wing spot soon read more

Am I just not having any luck with this place? I tried it twice and both time the wings are over cooked and dried out. Yes, they are crispy. But, over fried crispy. Maybe they just need to turn their timers down on the frying. Giving up on this place for good. read more

These guys are really nice. They always get my order right and I LOVE the rosemary seasoning.

I ordered a meal and presentation was horrible. I asked for extra sauce because they only gave me to for wings and fries then charged me for small packets of sauce. I understand the sauce bottle is gone but charging for sauce no way. I then bought my food back for a refund young lady in the front starts yelling asking my why did I even order and I wasted her time now she has to pay for my food when I tell you all the customer service was HORRIBLE coming from someone who's been in it for 8yrs I was shocked that she reacted that way then I asked her age because the man allowed her to yell at me which turned into me giving both of the meals back I do not remind this location at all very rude and unprofessional hopefully my money goes back on my card they gave me cash then took it back then basically called me dumb because she didn't give me a receipt after using Apple Pay then took my card to cancel the order I'm going to wait my 3-5 day but I will never go back to this establishment and will continue to let the my fellow neighbors know to not eat there. Now I have to find another place to eat at 9:00 at night. read more

Avoid this restaurant. I rarely write reviews because I rarely experience service so bad like I did this past weekend. The manager and staff were rude and disrespectful after THEY messed up an order. I won't go into all the details, but I did remind the manager that he needs to be careful how he treats the customers in our community. Their success depends on our business and I will not spend money where me and my family are disrespected and spoken to as if we are below them. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. They are not deserving of your hard earned money. read more

Great tasting wings but ENTIRELY TOO SALTY(especially the Moon Dust and Lemon Pepper)! I wish they would alter the recipes to maintain a great flavor but cut down on the salt. After eating them, I drank cup after cup of water. read more

My husband loves this place and that is why it got the third star. He normally gets the honey lemon pepper with fries. I joke that they smell my entire house up. I'm a wing stop girl but if I get wings here it is normally Moon Dust or medium Buffalo. The menu is not just wings and one day I tried the turkey burger. But I decided that this place is called America's Best Wings...not America's Best Burgers...and I would do well to never forget that! read more

I live in Largo and although their is an America's Best Wings five minutes away, we drive to the Collington Station location to get our food. The service is excellent.
