I visited Burger Fi to get dinner for my niece. She's vegan and they have a couple vegan options, so she asked me to stop in. The restaurant is very clean with plenty of seating, and parking isn't an issue since it's in a plaza. Customer service was good, and I like that they bring the food to you once it's ready. Overall, the burger was decent -- it tasted fresh and was cooked well. Nothing mind-blowing, but it definitely satisfied the craving. The onion rings were definitely the highlight! They were huge, crispy, and delicious. A bit pricey for the portion ($5.99 for a regular order), but they were well-made and hit the spot. Service was quick, and everything came out hot and fresh. The only thing that could have made the experience better was the ambiance -- it felt a little plain and could be more inviting for guests who want to sit and enjoy their meal. This was a great fast food option for my family and I. We wanted a dine in option, reasonably priced, with good burgers. This place did not miss!!! with a lot of burger options that are fresh and delicious. The fries are fresh cut fries sprinkled with a little raw sea salt. I highly recommend you try the burger fi sauce, it was the perfect condiment for the burgers. The kids ordered a hotdog and chicken fingers which were very good. Decided to give this spot a try since there aren't any that close to my house. This spot is fairly new, so it's clean on the inside. There is a counter you can walk up to and place your order, as well as a kiosk. I breezed over the menu and decided to try the CEO. Double waygu Patty, garlic aioli, truffle aioli, grilled onions, aged cheddar, and I added pickles and tomatoes. I also got an order of fries. It was the afternoon lunch rush so I had to wait about 15 minutes for my food. I was starving so as soon as my order was called, I rushed to the car and looked into the bag. Grabbing a few fries I shoved them into my face. Chewing them slowly, and quickly being disappointed. They were lightly salted, which I didn't mind, but they weren't crispy at all. Like a bland, soggy fry. Completely disappointed by the fries, I tossed them to the side. I unwrapped the burger. Mouth watering from the sight and anticipation of the first bite. I took a massive bite, closed my eyes, and chewed slowly. My eyes opened as I stared at the burger in my hands. I searched for a bite with everything (sauce, pickles, tomato). Took another bite. My shoulders dropped immediately with disappointment. Where's the flavor??? I wanted to enjoy this burger so much, but I just couldn't because of the lack of flavor. It was so average. I have been waiting for this spot to open for a while and so glad to see it is now open. I have been to the one in Crofton once before, but that was years ago so wanted to check it out and see how it was. When we walked in, we were greeted immediately and all the staff was so friendly. The place itself is beautiful and welcoming. As far as the food, it is absolutely amazing. I was hoping it was just a mediocre burger because it was a little pricey and I wouldn't have the need to come back. It was so good!! I even did the little happy food dance after my first bite. Then I watched another interview and realized he got accepted and was Hispanic. I was told during the interview that they weren't hiring right now but they had a hiring sign on the door or window.
