I will raise my review 1 star. However, the other issues I mentioned still stand.

I honestly did not know that this location existed. Especially since I have drove through this area…read moreon a few occasions. It is great to know now, but I wish I would have known beforehand. I solely came here to purchase ice. In short, I should have went elsewhere instead of having to waste my time. Coming here, the parking lot is truly congested. No matter what happens here, you will most likely be cursing because of the congestion in the parking lot. Go inside and search for ice. Most times at a gas station/convenience store they have ice chests outside, but not here. The ice was inside a freezer inside. Normally you would most likely see the ice and it would be obvious where it is. But I searched all the coolers and it was kind of off by itself. Then, they only had two bags of the seven pound ice. I grab them, just in case I wouldn't be able to find any ice elsewhere. Go to the registers and use the self checkout. Take the ice outside and throw it in my cooler. I then prepare myself to get out of this hell hole of a parking lot.

You'd think you would get it right ordering it yourself on a screen. The whole point of customizing with made to order? I drove 40 minutes out of my way to specifically get a specialty fall item at Wawa and I get a disgusting soggy sandwich that was NOT even close to what I ordered. They took forever to get my order out too. Half of it just sat on the counter while I watched everyone else in line get their items. Terrible service, and the worst Wawa experience I've ever had. I picked up my chai tea from the drink counter and the young man started complaining to me about his work day and how he was sick of being there. So, clearly the employees are phoning it in. So unprofessional and not great from the customer viewpoint. I literally had to throw out the food when I got home because it was not even edible.

And the biggest issue I had they did not give me my mashed potatoes that I paid for...so yeah I'm a little disappointed at this location. Especially since I drove past a few others due to the low Yelp ratings to get them out. The young man behind the counter was nice, but I wish he would have reminded me that I left a part of my order. I didn't even realize it until I got all the way back home. Coming from VA I have to remember to also bring a reusable bag with me or pay 10 cents here in MD. Besides this hiccup I will be back again because the area seems like a nice place to explore.

He responded by saying that I was the person wanting help. The lady looked at me and said "next". No one else walked up and she turned around and walked back into the other room. This was the rudest/nastiest person I have ever had to deal with. Confronted with making a scene and causing a commotion I decided to write this letter. The guy rung me up for a cheese pizza but then made me a pepperoni pizza. I told him I only wanted cheese, he argued with me that I said pepperoni! Why would I tell you I want pepperoni when I'm a vegetarian? He was very rude and unprofessional, video chatting and picking with his feet while making my pizza, smh. If your workers are going to prepare food for the public, they should wear gloves. You don't touch money, then touch your feet, then make food. When he originally made the pepperoni pizza, he put an oil obsorber pad underneath of the pizza and cut it. After he found out he had to remake a new one with just cheese, he then decided to not cut the new pizza he gave me, but then did not out the pad obsorber under the pizza- which caused the oil from the cheese to leak through the cardboard box, all on my seat in my car!!!!!! 5 years ago, I would have went back and threw the pizza across the counter and asked for my money back, but I am writing to you all to address the issue. Then he didnt even close the box properly when he gave me the pizza. It's not my fault, you made a pepperoni pizza instead of plain cheese, after you rung me up for a cheese pizza. Then he didn't even give me a receipt! Smh
