Was not even thinking about stopping here as I'm trying to keep my back unbig...but because I was hungry I decided to stop since I was in the area. Now we all know Five Guys are high as hell and don't have combos. But I was pleasantly surprised that they did offer a combo at this location for a single hamburger, fries, and drink for $13.99! Wow! Now I'm a cheese girl so I added cheese (and another patty) and decided on a caramel milk shake which was so thick's and delicious! The cashier was really nice and helped me get my order quickly as there was a line behind and in front of me when I got in there. I ate some peanuts while I waited fortune meal to be made. Hot and greasy when he came out and was so deliciously good...I haven't had a good burger in a while so kudos five guys! This 5guys location is pretty convenient. There is good parking in the lot and depending on the time you go they're very speedy with their service. I do think that the customer service could improve a little bit but nevertheless, this is one of my favorite 5guys spots to go to! they are very consistent with the flavor of the fries and the burgers... check it out! read more

Hey friends! I saw the $14 combo advertisement outside so we decided to stop in. I ordered a single cheeseburger, and the combo comes with a small fry and fountain drink. I enjoyed my meal. Burger was cooked well and the fresh cut fries are always my favorite part. Five Guys has always been consistently good since elementary school lol. -Customer Service was great. Once a month, I crave a really juicy burger and I come here. I love this place. The only thing not to love is the price, but we all cave every now and again. This location is clean, friendly, and service is pretty quick. If I didn't already knoow that every location gives a ton of fries, I would assume they were flirting with me by how many fries I get LOL. I am a creature of habit. I order the same thing for the most part every time I come. I get a little bacon cheeseburger with almost everything on it and a small fry with cajun seasoning. Haven't been to five guys in 2 years!! and yesterday 7-22-24- I as trying to decide mezeh or five guys and I thought about their juicy burgers!! I treated myself to a Double burger with grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, bbq sauce and it was delicious and juicy as ever!!!. One thing about five guys you'll never have an undercooked or dry ass burger!! . A large fry and they still put a lot of fries in the bottom of your bag! & with a 10 cent bag fee I don't mind at all . The flavors were the same yummy!!. The customer service was good you were acknowledged walking through the doors and greeted to take your order immediately at the counter which is how customer service should be. On 12.26.25, at approximately 5:50 pm, a young light complected black woman with blonde braids, was IN COMPLETE uniform and on the floor from behind the counter RUBBING and PETTING a dog that one of the customers had with them. Her co-worker, a brother with locks tried for several minutes to get her to stop rubbing the dog. She looked at him and ignored him the entire time. I expressed my concern as well, she looked at me as though she didn't care . I asked who was the manager, and then I addressed him with my how nasty what she was doing was. He said I'll have her wash her hands. I told him she had better not come back on the floor or I'll contact the health department. I said she needs to be sent home. Management waited until I left, but I hadn't, and she was back on the floor working. I was parked outside. I immediately called Corporate and spoke with Mary, who put in a report. The only person that deserves credit is the young man who tried to stop her. read more

Five Guys is my go to burger spot. Restaurant quality burger that I can order online grab go and take home and just be a fat kid. I always keep it simple with the Bacon Cheeseburger with extra cheese, mustard and pickles. Add a side of cajun fries and call it a night enough said. I had to give my original favorite- the cheeseburger at Five Guy's- an entry into my 2021 DC Burger Wars challenge and ya'll, it was everything that I wanted it to be! So delicious! Location/Service/Staff: The Capitol Heights staff at Ritchie Station were all so sweet! The location was very clean and social distancing was being adhered to. It's a busy parking lot, but finding free parking is never an issue. Price: $10 and change for a a cheeseburger with 2 patties and as many toppings as you want. Pricey than I recall when I stopped eating beef years ago, but the burger was worth every penny. Taste/Quality: Ahhh! So delicious. Two patties hugged by American cheese topped with ketsup, tomato and grilled onions in a soft sesame seed bun. This "fast food" burger gives the current place champ Le Diplomate, a run for its money. It's hard to give the crown to one or the other because both burgers are so good. For now they'll share the top spot for now. At $10 Five Guy's comes in at a much better price than the $22 cheeseburger at Le Diplomate. So Five Guy's certainly wins out on price and is the best priced burgers of all of the burgers that I've sampled so far during the challenge. read more

Yuuummmmy..(in my 'Ace Venture' voice) Now to be fair, this review is strictly based on the food, as my lovely family members bought home a Five Guys double-decker cheeseburger with fries for me due to my recently sprained ankle ;) aww...the benefits of being injured. It was delicious!!! The all beef patties were so juicy and well seasoned, and my burger also included lettuce, tomato, raw onion, and fresh jalapeño peppers. Ahh..it was the perfect blend of a spicy kick with succulent flavor. My greasy fries were still crispy even though it was take-out..so Im officially impressed. My mom said that the staff working there were a bunch of high school/young college kids who were "rough around the edges" in terms of their service and mannerism. We ordered our food and while waiting for it too cook noticed the manager bullying the employees. He was calling them ni**ga and when anyone responded he told them to "shut your face". Visited this location last week and as far as five guys locations go this one is great! It's brand spanking new yet they don't seem to need an adjustment period. My food was prepared quickly, my order was correct, the staff was friendly and hard working and I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. I got a burger and fries and it was delicious which is saying something since I'm not typically a fan of this chain. I generally think the burgers are under seasoned but I wasn't disappointed on this visit. Keep up the good work! Of course it's expensive. A burger and fries was about $12-13 without a drink. Earlier today my husband and I ordered meals online for a 2 pm pick-up. We thought this purchasing system would be pretty straightforward since we are under quarantine and this ordering system was already in place. However, this location couldn't find our order when we called to say we were in the parking lot. Even after the call, we saw customers go in and out as we waited for over 40 minutes for our food. I went inside to find out what was taking so long, and they couldn't find the order again and then said they were waiting for fries. ??? The food is great, but the service needs a little tweaking. The teens that work in this establishment are really good kids and for the most part polite. But they need additional training in the area of customer service. It's not their fault that the burgers are cooked to order; which is what makes five guys great, they just need to learn to make accommodations for busy times. The veggie sandwich was a mess. It was so cold that the cheese didn't melt. The vegetables were not cooked but we waited a long time. It was as if they forgot to make it so they quickly threw uncooked vegetables together. The milkshake is the reason for the three stars, otherwise would have been none. I ordered from this location using Uber Eats on March 21, 2020. Burger was fine. The fries however were burnt. Every last one! The person who prepared it knew those fries were burnt and still had the nerve to fill up the cup. It would not have taken long to prepare another batch. But hey, it only takes one time for me. I haven't been to a five guys in years but I was driving by and super hungry. I'm glad I did. The service was great and super fast especially in the middle of the lunch rush. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. While I was waiting for my freshly cooked burger I noticed that the employees worked well together. They communicated and handled aspects from food prep, grill, and caking our times. They were able to switch in and out of the different roles seamlessly. And the food was amazing! I was at this establishment yesterday around noonish and let me tell you , this place was spotless. There was a lunch rush , the tables were cleaned asap the kitchen floors were clean . I observed the lady pick up items from the floor and every time she moved her gloves were changed . I highly recommend this place and of course the food was great ! read more

Slow service. It took 20 minutes for them to make my food smh. They just move with no urgency at all that's why I normally go to Fuddruckers. Kind of on the ghetto side...if my burgers are ready, why are yall just now putting the fries in the grease? That means my burger will be cold. I've given this location multiple chances, but I'm finally done with them. Every time I've come here my order takes forever and is always wrong. This time I placed an app order about 8 minutes before I got to the store. I knew that when I got to the location the burger would likely not be finished cooking, so I was expecting a brief wait. When I got in the store there was only one couple in front of me ready to order. After they finished I went up to the cashier and let them know that I was here. The cashier promptly yelled out to the crew members that I was there. Between then, and the time I got my food about 20 minutes later, I counted 7 people walk in, order their food at the cashier and then receive their food before me. At this point it had been almost 30 minutes since I placed my app order. After asking the cooks about my order the second time, they finally gave it to me. It was missing half the toppings I asked for, and they gave me a small cup of fries that was only about 70 percent full, instead of the regular fry I had ordered. Do not waste your time and money going to this location. For now on I will take the longer drive out to the Five Guys in Clinton which has EXCELLENT service. What makes matters worse about the Five Guys at Alaking Ct, is that the prices here are higher than a lot of the other Five Guys nearby. Paying more for horrible service. No thank you! read more

This is by far the worst five guys I've ever eaten at. I thought the first time was just a fluke so i tried it again and sure enough the burger was rotten! There's no way these guys use the same distributor of meat, and if they are, they're letting meat sit out for days. I'm a big 5guys fan, always have, but I can't sit back and let this one slide.
