Hands-down, one of the worst Taco Bell's I've ever been to. To be honest it's my own fault. All of the takeout places in this immediate area are terrible. But I'll be specific about my review regarding this so-called fine dining. I ordered three cheese quesadillas with chipotle mayo sauce. Not exactly a complicated order to be fair. They were very accommodating. My issue is specifically regarding the Manager. I ordered three cheese quesadillas with chipotle, mayo, and then drove home and realized there was chicken on it. Not exactly the end of the world, but I don't like chicken so I went back and asked for three cheese quesadilla. The way I had ordered them and even brought back the food with a receipt. However, I also ordered four cinnamon delights with my original order and I was told that they would not remake the cinnamon delights. I'm not a delusional person. I understand that sometimes people say no to the most reasonable request. However, the manager did not come out and explain this to Tomi. He just simply sent one of his underlings to tell me no. Although it was a small mistake it was definitely a mistake. You would think that the manager would come out himself to correct the issue or at least offer their condolences. But no, the manager never came out during the entire ordeal. They were even reluctant to remake my food and didn't even offer me a refund for the whole terrible experience. Also another small thing I told the cashier that my order was correct on the receipt but the order was just made incorrectly. Instead of just checking the receipt she had me restate the order six times orally. So again as far as the food goes, it's Taco Bell. It's pretty much the same food no matter where you go. My issue with this specific location is the manager Who while they did make an attempt to make the mistake right never came out of their little hideout and instead sent minions to help me. Part of being a leader is taking ownership for your mistakes. I'm not expecting Chick-fil-A service, but I was at least expecting the Manager to say I'm sorry. Came here to try the Jalapeño Ranch Nacho Fries. They were not good at all. Fries were soggy and did not have any kind of crisp to them. The plain Nacho Fries with cheese are much better. Staff is friendly though. read more

As I waited I observed patrons receiving food and leaving. I saw a bagged, completed order sitting. The young lady who took my order came out and cleaned the dining room. Bag sat there. Manager came out at a customers request and walked past the completed order. Manager went back past the completed order. All of this and no one checked the completed order! After 20 minutes I inquired about my order. The young lady who took my order, gives me "the look", (I messed up), grabs the bag and walks out of my sight. She handed off the bag to the manager. I began to ask where my order was and the manager appeared with the bag that had sat for 20 minutes and been passed off to him, like he was freshly bagging it. The nerve! Like I can't see? I took my order and opened it in my car. Cold, and broken tacos. Manager took my return and offered to remake them. No sir, you won't get a second chance after the bs you pulled. EVERY TIME I order from the app and state pick up in drive through at this location, I am always told to go park. (This rarely happens at any other TB drive through.) Last night no different. Line of cars, pull up, told mobile app order, pull up, please park in spot 1. 4 items (3 food, 1 drink - no special requests) and told to go park. I go park in spot 1, I start timer on my phone. 10 mins 30 secs! Several cars behind me ordered and pulled off after I parked. Besides the 10 min and 30 sec wait for 3 food items and 1 drink, then when two employees bring out food to the 3 cars waiting, this is where I get upset. (Employee 1) Young man walks straight to me, doesn't say a word, hands me the bag, and I mention there should be a drink and he says he'll go back and get it. As he walks away, I look into the bag and realize it isn't my food and say, "Excuse me, this is the wrong bag." He then asks my name and yells at Employee 2, "Do you have Brooke?" E2 yells, "She should have known that wasn't her bag!! Her bag has her name on it!" (What? How would I know? He handed me the bag without asking my name.) He takes the bag, again tells E2 that my car is for Brooke, and E2 is still yelling, "She should have known it wasn't her bag!" And E2 walks to my car with my items. I say, "Excuse me sir, were you referring to me that I should have known the bag he handed me wasn't mine." E2 (never looking at me), "Yours has your name on it." Me, "Sir, the other person didn't say a word to me and just handed me the bag, so exactly how was I to know?" E2 (never looking at me), "My apologies, but he should have known better." and walks off. I just left this place and I am super annoyed. If you can find an alternative to this place for your late night cravings, I advise you do so. In addition to being stuck in a line for over 15 minutes, our order was incomplete. The portion of our order that we did receive was hastily prepared and messy. Which is amazing to me given that we sat in the drive-thru line for so long. Unfortunately, we were stuck and could not get out of the line. This is not the first time this has happened and I am thoroughly disappointed in this location and the inability to provide good customer service that includes properly filling orders. I have only had one good service at this location. But last night was the worst one yet. I'm not much of a Taco Bell person but I get off work late and Taco Bell is super convenient for my drive back home. I don't do drive thrus a lot either but the young lady at the window asked if I could pull my car back to a yellow pole. This is consistently the worst fast food place in the region. I keep going back because it's across the street. But after 30 plus years of living in the area, i will drive out the way to Forrestville if I choose to give these guys my money. People in the area accept this pure quality because it stays up late and it's conveniently local. The service is bad and slow, which wouldn't be a super huge issue if you were rewarded with quality food. The consistency of the quality you receive is a crap shoot. Sometimes you get that nasty spoiled taste that sour cream has when it goes bad. Sometimes you get a bag of crumbs when you get nachos and cheese. And on top of all that kind stuff, often the order is incorrect. So much so that I haven't had two orders back to back correct in about 6 years. Granted I don't go as often as I used to because it so bad, but when it's real late and it's the only thing open you tend to roll the dice. But I think this may have been my last time. I entered the drive-through at 7 PM. I was informed that they could only take cash which wasn't a problem because cash is king. I had two cars in front of me when I arrived but they must not of had any cash because they pulled straight out of the drive-through. I got to the window paid with two fives, lady used a cup to give me my change back which part of the change fell to the ground outside of the car. Oops! I was quickly giving my drink with no straw. After about 30 seconds I was politely asked if I could back up in reverse to the bushes. The lady at the window confirmed it was so she could reset a timer. I complied by backing up,waiting a few seconds, and then pulling back forward. Another minute later I received my food and proceeded to drive off. But now there was a car behind me who also just drove on through without stopping at the window must not of had cash. I was disappointed to find no napkins or straw but luckily they remembered my mild sauce. I suspect the entire staff just likes playing games as opposed to working hard. Just placed an order using their App. I ordered two of the Toasted Chalupa Box's and one Nacho Bell Grande combo. My husband went to pick my order up and came back with on Chalupa combo. I called the store and talked to the manager about coming to pick up my other combo box and was told that they only received the order for one box. The worker stated yes and my dad waited for thirty minutes while no one waited on him. His food wasn't even prepared because they never took his money at the register.
