I've been to this Arby's location for some time now, and for whatever reason had not done a review til more recently - when I tried their steak bites. For fast food, it was decent. I've of course had others items from Arby's and will be an advocate for their chicken sammiches. Not a bad spot, not in a bad area! Friendly staff, no long wait time. Clean inside and drive through staff were friendly and respectful.

My teenage son was hungry and wanted something quick. I never eat fast food because it's always garbage quality and they usually screw up the order. So, the kid orders a bacon and Swiss chicken sandwich with no tomato, curly fries and a Diet Coke for almost $14. He received a chicken sandwich with tomatoes, but with no bacon or Swiss cheese. The curly fries had crinkle cut fries mixed in but at least the Coke was diet. Thanks Arby's for maintaining the lowest possible standards in customer service and confirming my opinion that fast food restaurants are the absolute worst. read more

The service at this Arby's was great. I wish I would've gotten the cashier's name before I left so that I could give him credit, but he was very patient and helpful. He didn't seem like he didn't want to be there, which is a rarity when talking about fast food chains these days. Speaking of fast food chains, the food was so good that I wanted to write a review on it. I know the Good Burger 2 Meal is a limited time thing, but if you have the opportunity to grab one before they are gone, I totally recommend it. The burger was delicious, probably one of the best fast food burgers i've had in a long time. The strawberry shake was amazing, if nothing else, definitely try the shake. I'm not eating any more fast foods....smh...trying to get back on my healthy kick and be intentional with my meals but today a Turkey Wrap from Arby's had to do! Minus the cheese and bacon. The wrap was fresh and good! I needed something to fuel me...and something close and quick-without feeling guilty afterwards. I mean, it's Arby's...the cashier was pleasant and welcoming and I won't be back any time soon! Stopped in 3/12/23 and got the 5.00 fish sandwich / crinkle fries = horrible . Customer service on life support and the fish was barely warm and had the peel away the outer portion to actually eat what was left - gross, over cooked , and dried out , just horrible . I went to get a chocolate milkshake through the drive thru about 5 mins ago. The lady was nasty and I went to the window to pay for it and she decided to give it for free. I wanted to pay because businesses are struggling thru the pandemic. I knew why she wanted to give it to me for free but I wanted her to tell me to my face why. My first time at Arby's could have been better. App said to look for my name. There was no where orders were placed. Cashier didn't look at me and just walked away. Came back, pulled out and looked into a drawer, walked over to cash register ready to key, then acknowledged me. I indicated I was there to pick up an order. No order in the system. They we're pretty much done with me. Called number on app. It was the store and I was told nothing they can do and I have to go online. I found a feedback link in the app and sat in the car for the next 20 minutes getting everything submitted. Requested refund from Apple Pay. Just surprised that no one in the store seemed to have any interest in making it right or even accepting another order that I could have paid for. Went there for lunch and got the 2 fire$6 gyros. This meal deal is so worth it. They are two regular sized gyros with everything you would get from a sub shop. Can't breast the deal! I asked for extra sauce I them and they taste just as good as anywhere to get one read more

This lamb is happy to say that my species has never been sold for nutritional value at Arby's. They suggest trying their anus though. The salads are great to graze on, the apple turnovers are this lamb's favorite to graze on. Don't forget to get an order of curly fries for nutritional value. The food is almost fine, maybe too little filling in the sandwich as there were a lot of places where the two dry slices of bread were touching each other. The service needs help, especially the drive-thru personnel. The young-woman working the orders and window was extremely rude and impatient. Sarcasm in her voice, raising her voice -- we experienced it, and then overheard her attitude with two other parties while we are at the window. Train these folks to say the amount of change being given back, don't just hand them the cash, bag, and turn your back... especially after giving us so much poor attitude when we were ordering. Managers, the clerk in question was named on the receipt as Rowena, an African American young lady with a glittery mask, pink nail attachments, and long fake eyelashes -- service on 9/11/20 between 3 and 4. I visited Arby's today and was not treated very kindly. The General Manager Tasha Greenhow was very nasty because asked for some freshly cooked fries. I don't have that reaction at other restaurants. OK, so why am I giving an Arby's four stars? Seriously, it's just another fast food restaurant, so you'd think there's nothing special to write about. It's less-than-healthy food received hot and fast so you can get on your way. This Arby's doesn't stand out from any other Arby's, or even any other fast food joint. Quite simply, whereas a big, fancy dining establishment (*cough* Cheddars *cough*) couldn't get a thing right, we received nothing but perfectly good service from a simple Arby's. The woman took our order, understood us, read it back to us, and when we received our food it was hot and done correctly. Hit the drive thru yesterday and was impressed! The attendant was polite and helpful. The service was quick, and the food was good quality fast food. I ordered the Brown Sugar Bacon BLT.... And it was exactly what I wanted it to be. I've been to this location a few times, and I've always been satisfied with the service and food. EXRATED RUDE andDISRESPECTFUL. She wouldn't let the Caucasians in and she said the only reason she let me in was because I was black. She said the lobby was closed but the register was open however by the time you got close enough to her she scared you by screaming and yelling to the point you did not want to enter that establishment. Hey this place used to be Roy Rogers and then Hardee's and now its Arby's. Nothing fancy or special on their menu except for my favorites: the smokehouse brisket, curly fries, jamocha shake and a chocolate turnover. I am totally a fan of Arby's. I stopped at the drive thru to order one of the new awesome ham and cheese sliders on the yummy slider roll with the melted white cheese. I was craving it and it sounded sooooo good!!! I ordered quickly, the bill was a little higher than I expected for this familiar sandwich, but different Arby's have different prices, so that was ok. The drive thru was quick, I paid and was on my way. I noticed first that the slider was wrapped in a paper instead of the little box they are normally served in. No big deal until I opened the wrapper and found a regular mini bun (not the yummy slider roll) ham and nacho cheddar cheese. The receipt says, "Ham&Ched", which is NOT the slider that I ordered. Probably why the difference in the price. I don't know if this was a mistake or if this Arby's just didn't have the sliders and gave me their substitute for it. If they were substituting, this was a very poor substitute and I should have been told. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I don't like nacho cheese on my sandwiches and the roll was not near as good as the slider roll. I did not eat the sandwich. Instead it went back into the bag as I drove another 2 hours home....disappointed and still craving that ham and cheese slider! read more
