The workers seemed tired, exhausted, and more focused on closing up for the night rather than taking care of a paying customer. I understand that long shifts can be draining, but customer service shouldn't take a backseat, especially when there's still time before closing. Store was clean/cleaning but would rather better service. Instead of being welcomed with the usual fresh, made-to-order experience Jersey Mike's is known for, I felt like an inconvenience. It's almost impossible to do a Jersey Mike's sub wrong except....if the food is spoiled. I had the unfortunate experience of ordering a simple chicken salad sub. No frills, no extraordinary requests just chicken salad on a rosemary parm bread with provolone. I did say ALMOST impossible. Please toss old chicken salad. So Jersey Mike's is one of the best chain sub shops out there. Recently they've added 2 cheesesteaks to the menu, so I had to go try it out for myself. I got the salsa verde chicken cheesesteak. I ordered ahead of time on the app, which is very convenient. I picked it up and immediately tried it out in my vehicle. I enjoyed the array of flavors from the salsa verde and melted cheese. Along with the grilled peppers and onions. This was a delight. I already enjoyed the chicken cheesesteak but this almost elevated it to another level. After it was cooked I thought the lettuce, tomato, etc were added in the front prep area where I could watch them build my sandwich. I guess that's area is only for cold subs. I really like some of the Jersey Mike's I've patronized however, with all of the Air Borne Infections in the world now business's including this one needs to do better on the clean up and high dusting. Something so small can easily grow into something worse that would and very well could cause overall damage to the building/ventilation as well as someone's health. I like Jersey Mike's and I like this location. There is an awesome worker there named Mike who will make sure you are taken care of. Jersey Mike's has hot and cold sandwiches. After having both, I definitely prefer the cold cuts... add bacon and fix it up Mike's way (oil and vinegar) it's a done deal. Generally, it's not too much of a wait, but there can be a line (everyone loves Jersey Mike's!) I don't know why it's so hard to order three sandwiches. After wasting 20 minutes trying to place an order on their website, at the end of the transaction I discovered that they're not accepting card payments on the website. My best friend called in the order and I went to pick it up. I got there, asked for my order but the girl at the cash register was not able to find it. I called my friend to confirm the details of the order, and shared the information with her so that she could help located. I gave her all the information she asked for, but she was still unable to find it. As opposed to trying to figure out where my food was, she decided she was done with the issue and decided to help other customers instead. She pulled down a large bag and left it on the counter as she helped a few more customers, and after helping two or three more people, I asked her if that large bag she pulled downwas mine. She proceeded to ask me more questions about the order. I gave her all of the answers she requested but she never let me know whether or not that was my order, or if my order had even been prepared. At that point I said "screw it" and left. If this company doesn't have the good sense to create a website that makes it easy for customers to order and pay online, and if store employees can't be bothered with helping a customer locate an order then guess what... If I can give this restaurant a negative number I would but don't go to this restaurant we went there and as we are waiting for our food to be done one of the employees was walking around on her phone with a knife in her hand not behind the counter but around the customers. When asked if they were going to get new lettuce because the lettuce was brown and watery. The same young lady that was walking around with the knife in her hand on her phone got rude with us because we asked if they were going to get new lettuce. Try calling the manager but the manager kept me on hold for a long time so I'm thinking it's probably the same young lady that was walking around with her phone. Went for 2nd round with a different sub. This time I chose the buffalo chicken cheesesteak. Again, they forgot my requested customizations. I requested they add bacon, grilled onion & peppers, heavy on the sauce. I also stated NO lettuce or tomato. I get the ticket and the grilled veggies weren't listed. I told the guy writing the orders and he says "i got you". So I go to pay. They charged me for extra meat (bacon) which was fine. I get home, no bacon, no grilled veggies AND covered in lettuce and tomatoes. WTF! Get that together. The no lettuce and tomato was clearly written on the ticket so you're willfully disregarding customer requests AND charging for additional things that aren't followed through on during prep. Check your order before ya leave the shop. I guarantee what you paid for is not what ya get. read more

Extremely friendly staff, especially the Manager Rudy. I always get the Turkey and Provolone Mikes Way, and the sub is always fresh. Better than most yogi places around. Highly recommended. The slowest Jersey Mike's I've ever been to!!! Employees pay attention to everything else except for what they're supposed to be doing leaving the customers waiting on their orders even longer. One employee rung me up at the cash register, then answered the phone, walked away to give the phone to someone else. I had my money in hand waiting to give the employee money which took more than 3 mins for her to return. Also everyone there looks like they hate their job and probably do. I placed my order about 3:30pm to pick up at 6:07. I arrived a couple of minutes late because well... rain. I get in there and tell the young lady my name for the order and she asks the girl on the grill if the order was ready... Grill girl ignores her so I'm like ok obviously she doesn't like the register girl... ‍ So I tell her that I'll just go sit down and wait. No problem It's Sunday I'm not in a rush. I then witness with my four eyes... a tall stocky lightskinned young man come from the back open the bread rack and grab a piece of bread one of them falls on the floor. I see him pick up the bread from the floor (after he grabbed another bread from the rack and put BOTH pieces of bread on the counter... that's right... the COUNTER. He walks off for a second then comes back and picks up the bread I believe was the one that fell on the floor and takes it near the grill to put mayo on it... Needless to say I ran up to the register to discuss that. She asked him if the bread fell on the floor and he said it was the 'other' bread which was still on the counter. I told them I want to cancel my order because it's now 6:20 and I'm not sure this place is sanitary now. The guy has now thrown both pieces of bread in the trash... literally he turned around from the counter the bread was on walked 2 steps and there was the trash. Now I'm wondering why the heck he didn't just throw it in the trash since it was right there and I've surmised he was trying to be slick... The girl at the grill miraculously has a voice. She claims the food is ready so I take my food and go... but now I can't eat it because they don't seem to be cleanly. I have only been to Jersey Mike's twice before (not this location) and the service and food was simply ok, but this location was awesome! Like they say, third times a charm! I was cheerfully greeted when I arrived and was promptly waited on. The entire staff worked as a team and you could feel the team work. Not a bit of tension in the air! I approached the counter and placed my order and presented my birthday coupon. I thought because I had a coupon, the managers attitude would change, but she treated me just like I was paying! The girl at the register explained it wasn't ready, so I went to have a seat, and I waited about 10 extra minutes. Watching people walk in, order their sandwiches and leave - BEFORE ME! A gentlemen behind the counter just so happened to see me waiting, and asked was I being helped. I explained that I was waiting on my Online Order. He turned around, grabbed and asked "Shanika?". Who knows how long the bag had been sitting there. I do know I was super disappointed with the service. I don't know what is going on with this location but the last 3/4 times that I've been here weather it's been using Door Dash or placing my order online, the quality of the food has been terrible every single time. The Rosemary Parmesan bread.has been extremely hard & flakey. Even crunchy, crunchy and hard to bite into. They are fast, tasty and all around good spot to get a nice sub. If you like Jersey Mike's then you already know this is a good spot. I enjoy coming here to get the sandwiches and you can also get them mikes way as well which adds oil and vinegar to it. Overall this is a good spot to get a nice sandwich, the regular will fill you up and you don't need a large unless you that hungry or you plan on sharing with someone else. The cookies are excellent Only thing stopping this Jersey Mike from getting a 4 is that I know it's a new spot and they are working on customer service, but they are right there at a 3.8. They have provided good customer service But it could be better, but when you look around they are much better in terms of how they respond and treat their customers compared to other places here.
