You think, "there is no possible way that is the food" ........you open ther door and there are your fresh sandwiches! While in ND, I would travel 4 hours to a JJ's. I love the sandwiches and this location sticks to the recipe. Not the best JJ's I've been. Mostly due to the service. This place has great subs. The customer service is usually good. I have been here several times, and for some reason the cashiers never smile. Seemed weird that I noticed this. But they a always pleasant and I have never had a problem. They are extremely fast making subs. Their prices are comparable to other sub shops, but their food is better. I highly recommend them. I've ordered from here several times now in person and by phone. I have no real issue with the food. I usually order the Italian w/peppers no mayo....it works for me. My issue and irritation comes from the lack of manners displayed by the kids who take your order by phone. This issue really needs to be addressed by the owner and or management.
