This is a grab and go Chick-Fil-A with a drive through and a pick up counter. You can order in person, via mobile or in the drive though. The customer service here was a bit curt and I found that to be surprising. My order was correct and didn't take long to prepare so they do get customers in and out. Located along a busy street, there is a nearby lot. An overall 3.75 star experience. read more

Typically have had no issues with the food quality. However, today I ordered an original chicken sandwich and was completely disgusted. Every bite had stringy, rubbery fibers. I stopped eating it after the third bite. Oddly when I tried to review my experience I was not afforded the opportunity to write any narrative, they just gave me another chicken sandwich within the app. Apparently they aren't interested in having the food quality issues documented. I will not take pics of the stringy bits because that's pretty gross. I'm not so sure I'd eat a Chick Fila again. I'm sure the issue isn't limited to this singular location read more

I live in Accokeek but I always choose this location (compared to Waldorf locations) due to the fast and friendly service. I am never missing items and it's a very clean and inviting atmosphere. The manager(?) Eric always has a smile on his face and the other staff are also nice. Of course the food is fresh to order and tastes amazing. read more

So I receive my door dash order and the drink has no sticker or cover of any sort nor is the bag sealed in any way. I call the store and speak with Bethany the manager, who says they don't provide stickers to safely cover a drink being transported by a stranger and this is "company policy " at this location. I am a RED member for chic-fil-a, I go ALL the time. This weekend my husband and I went and I got 8 piece meal which was good, per usual. However my husband got the spicy chicken sandwich and the piece of "chicken" used was non existent! I've NEVER seen or experienced such a small piece of chicken on a chicken sandwich anywhere. This Chick-fil-A location seems to always be super packed! Located in the Aldi's plaza off of the 301, this chain offers their classic sandwiches, wraps, salads, breakfast items (chicken with a biscuit), and even desserts. My favorite item to get are the nugs with the Chick-fil-A sauce. However, when we're just on the go and need something refreshing, I get their lemonade. It's tart and refreshing, always able to get free refills, and you can customize the amount of ice. The drive-thru can get backed up, so sometimes it's best to run in and order in-person. I went inside to place my order. It was one person in line before me, I placed my order and waited like 8-10 minutes, and my wasn't called. I noticed that customer that ordered after me had got their food, so I walked up to the counter to ask about my order and the young lady turned around to check, and it was sitting on the shelf. She asked her co-worker how long it was up there, and he said it had been awhile. So asked for new food for that reason. I watched the young lady who took the bag back. I watched her the whole time because she was dealing with my food. I watched her put the fries from the bag back with the new fri, s and that's when I asked for my money back. They claimed that she didn't do that but I know what I saw. I know she didn't throw it in the trash. I emailed Corp and they wanted to solve the problem by giving me free food. This is my go to spot for lunch these days. It's extremely easy to order using the app and hit the drive through. Today's order was the deluxe chicken sandwich meal with the holiday peppermint chip shake. The food and service at this location is always great. The shake was no exception! Peppermint is one of the things I love about the holidays and it did not disappoint. My downfall is I was so hungry that I devoured it without taking any photos! read more

absolutely terrible customer service. i had a salad delivered and there were no utensils. couldn't eat the salad. i went on another occasion and got an oreo milkshake that barely had oreo and simply tasted like vanilla. i went back to see if i could get more oreo added. whoever i spoke with said "well it's made with vanilla base"... ofc.. but i ordered at !5 OREO milkshake there should be more oreo. he offered to remake it... and have me purchase it again.. just for it to be the same. read more

Always excited to take your order and serve you weather it's at the drive thru window or at the counter inside the team is always alert when customers are waiting for something which is very rare because they listen and pay attention when you speak to ensure everything is right the first time around. I frequent this location...and probably several other Chick-fil-A locations as well but that's beside the point lol. I think I always go to this location at the wrong time as the line is always long and it doesn't move very quickly but...still the wait is usually worth it. The reason for my star deduction is their undercooked bacon. I ordered a Cobb salad, which, I requested no meat on but it had bacon (I picked it off). I had no plans on eating the bacon and I'm glad I didn't. The bacon was not anywhere near done and this is not the first time that I've gotten undercooked bacon from this establishment. I mean...I know chicken is their thing but if you're going to include bacon, make sure it's done! Other than that, I have no issues with this location. If I come here, I know to stay away from the bacon and to stick with the chicken. read more

Love the new updated drive through, however app users should not have to stay behind the mini van with 5 separate orders... there should be one lane for efficient app users and a separate lane for undecided customers holding up the line. App users use the app for convenience and efficiency, however when we arrive all of that goes out the window. read more

I am on a road trip with a friend of mine going down south. We were passing by and wanted some food, so we stopped here in this borderline shanty town. Looked promising, very nice place don't get me wrong, but customer was lacking. We ordered our food with not many mix ups. But when we checked the bag down the road, with a huge packed trailer, no turning back when we were dissatisfied. There was no chick fil a sauce as ordered, but instead honey roasted BBQ sauce?? I've never been a Chik-fil-A fan until now. There was a long line wrapped around the building (per usual). Despite this, I received my order within 5 minutes and my sandwich was made with care. I understand how this may come across as bizarre to some but I have pretty low expectations when it comes to fast food. Referring to Chik-fil-A as fast food, places this lovely establishment on the same level as the likes of Burger King, Taco Bell, etc. .....this just wouldn't be fair. My sandwich was made to my specifications and looked like an advertisement. From the fresh lettuce, to the real chicken breast, my sandwich looked and tasted homemade and not like something from an assembly line. To say the least, I've become a believer (I can't believe I'm saying this lol). Kudos to you, Chik-fil-A for raising the "fast food" standard. I also like the always pleasant employees. What's not to love about this place?! They have old bay here and you have to put it on your fries and food. It really makes the nuggets and chicken taste better. Even though they already taste amazing. If your feeling a little adventures I would suggest putting old bay on everything haha. Get an Arnold Palmer as well they are really good. Not a big fan of Chick Fil A, but this morning I was hungry and didn't want the other options available in the immediate area. Just one complaint...burnt coffee. I LOVE coffee! Black, w/cream, w/cream and sugar, hot, cold...you get the point! I know most fast food establishments don't serve top quality coffee, but most are tolerable. I didn't even have to taste the coffee (but I did) to know it was burnt. If you have ever smelled burnt coffee, you know it is not a pleasant aroma. BTW - I ordered black coffee. Hopefully, someone with decision-making powers will read this review and train staff on how to check coffee, so burnt coffee won't be offered to the customers. read more

Today, they were having an event for military members and allowing us to get free meals for the family! How awesome of them to recognize us military members by offering food I never mind paying for! Worst location known to man. I did not think it was possible for a terrible Chick- fil-a to exist but this one proves me wrong weekly. Either my food is over cooked or undercooked (Thank GOD for air fryers) and I am often missing condiments or they fail to follow my special instructions, such as "extra pickles." As a former Chick-fil-a employee, I find it sad that corporate has yet to step in and close this location that is ruining its good name. The local residents deserve much better treatment. Maybe the corporate office doesn't care because this location is in a predominantly Black area. If this type of "service" (or lack thereof) took place in a White area, corporate would have stepped in long ago. read more

As usual a Chick fil A drive thru is long as ever so I go inside. As im placing my order there are two children running around playing inside and outside of the kitchen. The little girl proceeds to fill her own cup with lemonade and the little boy goes hand first into the ice. As I'm complaining about it the the lady taking my order is just looking at me. When I complain to the manager he tells me those are the children of the owner. As if that makes a difference.... Came here this morning at 0836 to get breakfast for my family & I. I ordered two 10ct chicken minis & a 10ct hash brown. I asked for polynesian sauce & ketchup. I had to wait about a good 5 minutes after being told to pull up to the "Meal Delivery" sign. No problem. I pulled off once I received my meal. (normally i check my food but didn't bother due to every chick-fil-a visit being on point) I went all the way home and found out they never gave any sauce. I had to drive back because who doesn't love sauce? Lol. Well I wasn't expecting any freebies but I did expect an apology. Hate to do this to a Chick Fil A but I must be honest. I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit today and the bacon on the sandwich was basically uncooked and fatty. Talk about unacceptable!!! I called and spoke with a manager who took my information and promised a free sandwich on my next visit but what about now!?! I have nothing to eat and I feel like it's all due to negligence in the kitchen. This is just laziness and I must say I've never had this type of experience at a Chick Fil A.
