This is a COVID19 Based review I am happy to report that this location is open for business, Carry only. They are open until 10pm during the week. Social distance is in place. You must wear a mask. My kids love five guys. Service is a bit slow but the burgers make up for the wait. Typical fast food atmosphere. The only issue I have is the prices are very high for fast food burgers and fries. What's worse is when he called Five Guys and explained the situation the idiot on the phone said that "I don't believe the burger was raw, that is impossible".  How do this morom make such a statement after sending the famous chef Thomas a raw burger? The famous chef Thomas was furiou and demands a complete refund. Furthermore, the famous chef Thomas whole experience was totally ruined and will never order from this location again. In fact all Five Guys are banned from the famous chef Thomas.  This is not the first time that the famous chef Thomas has had an issue with raw burgers from Five Guys. The famous chef Thomas son when he was a young kid received a raw burger. His son ate a quarter of the raw burger before it was realized that it was not properly cooked. Then the employee says that the burger was cooked. Does the famous chef Thomas have to slap the raw meat in the employees face for him to understand that he gave a young kid, whom did not know any better a raw burger?  There have been a number of other incidents just like this with the famous chef Thomas and Five Guys.  It appears that after this last incident that Five Guys is not capable of consistently delivering a properly cooked burger. I hadn't had Five Guys in years so when we stopped here for a bite to eat, I said "count me in." The staff was friendly and they do a good job of keeping the seating area clean. Also, I had forgotten that they have an open kitchen--love that! I got a mini cheeseburger with grilled onions, pickles and mayo. I really enjoyed my burger. Also, they have their big box of peanuts if you have a hankering! All in all, the food was good, the service was quick and the staff was cordial. They gave us 2 burgers that clearly belonged to somebody else because the receipt had what our toppings were suppose to be but someone in the kitchen said "F US" and made whatever they wanted without putting the right toppings on our burgers and to add insult to injury I selected for my burger to be well done! photos reveal otherwise. $31 for THIS????!!! I enjoy going to this location, it is always clean and the people there are really nice, they make you feel welcome, they always greet me when I come in and make sure to yell out have a nice day when I leave. I was here last night 9/21/2018 and the regular people that are usually there were not there. They were nice ; however they didn't get my order correct and the fries were like steak fries and they were not edible because of all of the salt. I must say I was fully satisfied. I ordered a cheeseburger and a small fry. No complaints what so ever. There were about 5 people in there when I ordered. We all were socially distant while waiting. When it comes to greasy, unhealthy comfort food, Five Guys has always been a cut above the rest. This Five Guys is no exception, with it's staple clean environment (clean enough that I actually feel okay dining in the building!), friendly service, generous portions, decent prices, and everything is cooked to order right in front of you. That's always been a plus for me. When they're cooking the food and you can see them, it makes me feel like there's less bad things they can do to it. Call me naive but I feel comforted. And it's not just the presentation of the food. You get the feel of fast food with the quality and taste of something much better. It feels just like cooking burgers at home. The selection of toppings kind of reminds me how Fudruckers used to be where you can add pretty much anything you can think of to your burger. I usually order the jr. bacon cheeseburger with everything and sometimes I'll add green peppers, hot sauce, or bbq sauce. Any and everything that I've tried has been great. Get creative. They won't mind. And although Five Guys has an a la carte menu (you can't order combos and must pay for everything separately) the portion size of the fries and free refill station make it so that I don't ever need two cups or two orders of fries for two people. So when in a group, order smart to avoid a hefty tab! Of course you can't eat burgers and fries too often without the pending threat of heart disease, but when you DO eat burgers and fries Five Guys is one of the best places to do it. They never disappoint. For this genre of fast food, Five Guys is definitely as good as it gets. Woohoo! read more

This is more of a review of the location itself rather than Five Guys' food, cuz I'm already an established Five Guys burger fan (not so much for the fries, but I can live without those). I really like this location. I'm not the type to stand in line and order if I don't have to -- if they have an app and I can order ahead to take out, I'm all over it. I've only had one experience where my food wasn't ready (and to be fair, I was a little confused over how to pick up and where to stand and whatnot). Since then, my orders have been correct and ready at the promised time. This five guys is located in an area where good customer service is ... uncommon. However, when you enter their doors you are greeted by a team of cooks/cashiers who are polite and make you feel good about spending so much money on what is probably the greasiest food in the area. YES, this food is GREASY. You can tell by grease spots on your bag but BOY is it worth it. Just hit the gym extra hard after you eat it. This place has an overpriced burger in my opinion but the service is great food is great and hey, you get complimentary peanuts while you wait in line. My suggestion... skip out on wendys and McDonald's. Go to 5 guys. read more

Perfect place for top quality Cheeseburgers and Hamburgers. The fries are great and one regular order is enough for the two of us with some leftovers. The staff here is always friendly no matter what time you go. This place seems to always be clean. You also can order online and come in for pickup which is great. They installed one of those fancy coke machines that lets you mix coke products for more drink choices. The music is perfect for me, classic 70's and 80's rock. The only downside to this location is the crazy parking lot, and surrounding traffic. read more

Good place to get a tasty burger. One order of fries, is enough to feed two hungry people. Service is usually pretty fast and the burgers are juicy and great. I don't eat hot dogs, but my husband had one and said it was good. They just upgraded the soda and iced tea machines to a high tech computerized system that is even wheelchair accessible, so that was pretty cool. I took off one star because the tables were not being wiped down like they should have been. This is a popular place for Military personnel to have lunch and is not too noisy. read more
