The salmon and the crabcake tasted horrible. The shrimp was fried and I t needed more seasoning on the shrimp. The salmon had a mealy consistency to it and the flavor was bad as well. The crabcake was not good. Whatever was binding it together was also not good. The salad dressing was OK.
