Haven't been to five guys in 2 years!! and yesterday 7-22-24- I as trying to decide mezeh or five guys and I thought about their juicy burgers!! I treated myself to a Double burger with grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, bbq sauce and it was delicious and juicy as ever!!!. One thing about five guys you'll never have an undercooked or dry ass burger!! . A large fry and they still put a lot of fries in the bottom of your bag! & with a 10 cent bag fee I don't mind at all . The flavors were the same yummy!!. The customer service was good you were acknowledged walking through the doors and greeted to take your order immediately at the counter which is how customer service should be. The ambience had five guys products inside, they have a few tables and chairs inside and outside dining, overall I'd come here again if I'm in town

Five Guys is my go to burger spot. Restaurant quality burger that I can order online grab go and take home and just be a fat kid. I always keep it simple with the Bacon Cheeseburger with extra cheese, mustard and pickles. Add a side of cajun fries and call it a night enough said. Hot fresh food and the staff were on point with my online order ready in 7min.

    Cheeseburger. So good!

I had to give my original favorite- the cheeseburger at Five Guy's- an entry into my 2021 DC Burger Wars challenge and ya'll, it was everything that I wanted it to be! So delicious! Location/Service/Staff: The Capitol Heights staff at Ritchie Station were all so sweet! The location was very clean and social distancing was being adhered to. It's a busy parking lot, but finding free parking is never an issue. Price: $10 and change for a a cheeseburger with 2 patties and as many toppings as you want. Pricey than I recall when I stopped eating beef years ago, but the burger was worth every penny. Taste/Quality: Ahhh! So delicious. Two patties hugged by American cheese topped with ketsup, tomato and grilled onions in a soft sesame seed bun. This "fast food" burger gives the current place champ Le Diplomate, a run for its money. It's hard to give the crown to one or the other because both burgers are so good. For now they'll share the top spot for now. At $10 Five Guy's comes in at a much better price than the $22 cheeseburger at Le Diplomate. So Five Guy's certainly wins out on price and is the best priced burgers of all of the burgers that I've sampled so far during the challenge.

The best Five Guys location and I have been to many! The service was awesome and the place is spotless. The order was pretty quick and they gave me fries to feed 4 adults! Keep up the great work!!

The only part of our order they got right was the fries. The ticket was right, the order was not.

Dirty restaurant, unhappy workers, what's going on here? It took 11 minutes for fries, and a burger. Do better.

We rolled into Savage Park around noon (Jun 2026) We jousted for parking with baseball-goers and playground-goers. We got a good spot. Then we pulled out our camp chairs and set up in the shade. We got our go-to: Authentic Chicago Dogs! Hot! Loaded with the right combo if all the right toppings! Poppy-seed buns! Perfect! Delicious! Soft drinks and chips to go with. They have many other dogs, even vegetarian dogs. This was the "Big Trailer", so we could also get baked beans, with just a little spiciness that builds up. The big trailer also has Black Angus smash burgers, veggie burgers, chicken sandwiches, mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets, fries, pasta salad, and Italian donuts. Delicious! The best Authentic Chicago Dogs in the area! Friendly staff. Great motto: A Hotdog Is A Sandwich :-) Find their day-to-day big and small food truck locations on their social media.

I ordered the Fonz Italian Sausage layered with pastrami (seemed like lunch meat) and melted cheese on top. I think it was provolone. Served on a toasted bun. Filling and satisfying, good flavor. The hot fries was a regular order of fries served with an imbalanced sprinkle sort of dumped on the top layer of fries and not distributed all the way through, which had an extra cost of $2 for the sprinkle of spices, which was an annoying difference in price in my opinion. Solid options for beer and a few ciders. Full bar as well. TVs on the walls only showing sports. You get a table number, order at the counter, pay, and they bring it out to the table number. Casual spot. My immediate thoughts...this place is overpriced. My sausage dog, fries and cider came to $26, plus tax, so about $31 bucks. I repeat, $31 bucks. I honestly felt as though the place was price gauaging. A few other people at my table mentioned the prices and thought they were overpriced. Not much service received, just them bringing the order out. Food was yummy, but I'm not convinced about the value. I have had sausage dogs, hot dogs, fries and beer around the world and I feel this place was overpriced. I like the atmosphere because its a perfect place for casual dining and decent for groups.

I had a menu in front of me in no time. Drink order taken, but I feel like when I place this order, it always gets messed up. I ordered a Sprite and water, all I got was the Sprite. With the heat, I sure could have used the water more, but oh well. Time to order and I wanted to order a dog, but also something to go with it. Seeing how the dogs don't come with a side, you need to order something else. I went with the Chili Idol. You cannot go wrong with a chili cheese dog, that is for sure. I love their bun concept here, giving you the option to cut this up into thirds, which you will need to do because of how big this thing is. Then to add on the heap of toppings, chili, cheese sauce and diced onions. You are in for a treat. Of course I devoured it. As my side for this, I went with their Crispy Pickle Chips, served with Miso Ranch. I could have went with fries, but I think this elevated it just a bit more. These were fresh from the fryer. That ranch, the right amount of salty to compliment it all. The atmosphere in here was a bit dead during my visit as it was after the lunch rush, but when I was about to leave it was picking up as the World Cup was coming on. I can see why people flock here because it has televisions everywhere. And each one of them has some sort of sports on them.

I would love to be able to make Doghaus a regular weekly dinner spot just to have some variety but can't support a business that actively makes the place unattractive.
