Service - basic customer service for PG County...it wasn't bad, it was just typical, iykyk. Ambiance - it was not busy...not a lot of seating but enough I guess for the volume of business. There are a few refrigerators for their sides that you heat & eat. Overall, will I come back...it's leaning real heavy on the not a chance because it doesn't matter when I come they make my sandwich incorrectly so maybe it's just me. I know if I do decide, I'll check my food before I take that journey home.

The workers seemed tired, exhausted, and more focused on closing up for the night rather than taking care of a paying customer. I understand that long shifts can be draining, but customer service shouldn't take a backseat, especially when there's still time before closing. Store was clean/cleaning but would rather better service. Instead of being welcomed with the usual fresh, made-to-order experience Jersey Mike's is known for, I felt like an inconvenience. I hope someone from Firehouse Subs corporate does one of those disguised visits and witnesses this kind of behavior. They had a "Now Hiring" sign outside.
