Very basic, hole-in-the-wall, neighborhood deli. The food is good and the prices are decent.

15 dollars for 10 pieces of bacon DAMN that was a lot! At least the crisp has good consistency and wasn't burned

I love this spot!! Fast food is good . Keep it moving. It's not IHOP so high expectations are unwarranted.

I live ~10 min drive north from this location. This is my second time coming for a private event…read moreand both times I've come, I've said out loud, "I should order takeout from them once a week!!" They operate a deli counter in the front and a bar / speakeasy in the back. You can rent out the bar space for private events. Last night, we had the space (and a bartender!) to ourselves, along with 3-4 different types of sandwiches. There is something SPECIAL about their seeded Italian bread. The perfect flakiness and texture. I enjoyed the chicken fontina and Italian. The caprese was my least favorite--not sure if they use a balsamic or what, but the flavor wasn't coming through. Before I left, I decided to order a large chicken cheesesteak to take home for lunch the next day. It was a bit of a risk to order a hot sandwich that I would have in the fridge overnight but I heated it up in our air fryer/toaster oven for all of 10 mins and the bread was good (not soggy) and the sandwich itself was delicious. I enjoyed it so much, I didn't stop to take a photo until the last bite :) It's a decent size sandwich--I ate half for lunch (along with my own chips and veggies) and have another half for tomorrow so while it's not cheap, I think it's reasonable.

This place fell way off…read more I was fooled by social media and ordered their Thanksgiving sub... false advertising. Did not look like the video - all bread and extremely SKIMPY. The worst part is they charged me nearly $20 for that abomination. What a rip off. I thought they were decent pre-covid, but apparently they just don't seem to care anymore. Other places make loaded sandwiches... save your money!!

But i made my bf wait this time around because i had recently gone to the old town location (much larger space, calmer environment) and i KNEW what wanted. SERVICE: We love a chaotic efficient environent. they have a well oiled machine and even though the line was out there door (really only because the spot itself is soo so small), it goes by fast. people know to have their orders ready to go. there was restroom access which was cool to see! typically in spaces THAT small, resturants don't offer that, so it was good to know. FOOD: FInally -- the thing that gave me the courage to see if the line was actually insane at this location: they have a sub YUCA BAGEL + pickled veggies and crunchy chicpeas and hummus as the protien. i try to avoid eating bread, so having the yuca bagel was the biggest flex. i believe the order is called the "hummus and avacado" under "lunch-y things". 1000/10. Would wait in line again.

I tried the one with the impossible sausage and was honestly surprised by how tasty it was. It had great flavor and didn't feel like you were missing anything by not having regular meat. My friend got the classic bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel and loved it just as much. The place itself has a really cool 90s nostalgia vibe that makes it feel fun and unique the moment you walk in. The ambiance alone makes the experience better. The service was also great. Since it was our first time the staff was very helpful when ordering and gave great suggestions which we really appreciated. If you're in DC and looking for a great breakfast spot this one is definitely worth the stop.

This place is not on his top 25, but it's on my top 5. The fresh bread seals the deal here. The flavor is amazing. It's not overpriced. It's extremely tender and of course coopers sharp should be a prerequisite to be even talked about for top cheesesteaks. The bread really is the difference maker and the fact they stuff the sub with quality ingredients. That's it. This review is about the cheesesteak. I've not had anything else except the dip and chips --- those were great too.

The coffee toffee chocolate chip cookie wasn't anything special. It was a good cookie but not great (6/10). Those potato chips though? Highly recommend those (10/10)! I went at 3pm on a Saturday and it felt very devoid of energy. Ordering at a Kiosk was also not great because why am I being charged a service fee of 10% when no human is taking my order and security is delivering my food? This place made me feel like I wasn't welcome to eat inside. I much preferred the window service I got at the old location. At least I had a reason to go somewhere nice to eat my sandwich. While the food is still great, I absolutely dislike the lack of service and ambiance of the place. It's dark and moody, while making me feel uneasy.
