I've never had anything bad here over several years. They have an online ordering service which makes pick up a lot more easier. Sometimes when it's busy you can expect to wait 20-30 mins on your sandwich, so i usually order in advance. Parking can be touch and go sometimes but there's a free parking garage (up to 3 hours) around the corner.

For a coffee, two bagels, tax and tip, we paid about $32, so they are a bit on the pricier side. But the staff are very kind to the community.
