On a Wednesday around noon, a friend and I walked in to order pancakes, French toast, a fish sandwich, and a cheesesteak sandwich. Thirty minutes later, we had our food. (We drove to nearby River Terrace to use the picnic tables in the park along the Anacostia River.) Everything was tasty, especially the French Toast. You know the food is good when they close early. The salmon cakes are my go to & are delicious. I usually get food delivered but today I was near.
