There's real variety here, and it's executed with a level of care that genuinely surprised me. Portion sizes are exactly where they should be (not the grotesque American overload, not the pretentious undersell) and the flavors are consistently on point. The one exception: my other half felt her breakfast potatoes were a little flat, with bland seasoning and a texture that wasn't quite there. A minor thing, but worth noting because everything else around it cleared a higher bar. For breakfast, the coffee was ok, though I suspect ours had been sitting too long.
