    Bacon, egg and potatoes

This is my 3rd time ordering from here through DoorDash. 2 out of 3 times I give 4 stars. The food was tasty, decent price and I will definitely order again. The next time I would like to actually go inside to order.

SALMON CAKE potato BOILED EGG and WHITE TOAST

Service was good. The bacon egg and cheese was 10/10 great price and nice portion. The salmon cake was 10/10 my mom and her bf really enjoyed it. The boiled egg could have been peeled better and the potatoes were good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is a quick stop small.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Wait is a lil long but expected since food is good.

This was my second time trying Norma's, and overall the food was seasoned well. The eggs were on point, the potatoes were on point, and even the scrapple was on point. The only thing that fell a little short for me was the pancake. I know everyone prepares pancakes differently, but I could tell there were a couple of ingredients missing from the one I received. I'm not trying to be harsh, but since they asked for my review, I wanted to share my experience as honestly and respectfully as possible.

HALL OF FAMER PLATTER Home fries, scrambled eggs and cheese, bacon, French toast and sausage.
    Kei K.

I ordered the Hall of Famer with scrambled egg and cheese, home fries, bacon, sausage and French toast. It's about a 15-20 minute wait. The food was decent, little twerks I could easily give them 4 stars but my visit deserves a 3.5. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a small carry out and apparently I came when everyone was hungry!! Lol[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would just recommend even though it's busy that the young lady focus on the persons order she's taking at the time. The menu on their IG is from 2023 so the prices are actually higher. I'll definitely come back!!!

    Bacon platter
    Nicole L.

It was a solid breakfast platter. I would have preferred the home fries to be cooked longer. The taste was great and that's my only complaint.

    Scrimp and grits

The food was nicely seasoned. I ordered the shrimp and grits and received enough for two people! The shrimp was full sized and fresh, the grits were nicely cooked. A bit heavy on the cheese but a 9.5/10, the omelette was gone before I could pic. Fish was 3 large pieces! Hugh servings, fresh and nicely cooked. Health inspection 100/100. (Yes, I checked). Wow what a find and in the neighborhood! My new go to!!!!!

All their items are made-from-scratch, and the menu seems to rotate occasionally. I love how it is simplified where you choose a $10 or a $15 main, which both options come with 2 sides of your choice, wheat or white toast, and a small canned juice. We ordered: +the Shrimp & Grits - the grits were the best grits I've ever had - they were thick, creamy, cheesy, and seasoned perfectly! I'd probably order this dish again, without the sausage, and opt for more cheesy grits as my 2 sides to load it up! +the Cheesecake Stuffed Peach Cobbler French Toast - this wasn't as overly sweet as I thought it would be, which was great; I think we'd go for the simple French Toast or the pancakes next time, though +Old Bay Maple Breakfast Potatoes - the Old Bay seasoning was subtle, and these large chunks of breakfast potatoes were more on the sweeter end +Scrambled Eggs +Turkey Sausage Link +Turkey Sausage Patty +pineapple and cranberry juice I noticed that the cranberry juice had expired, but it was easy to replace it with another drink of choice. Staff were friendly, but note that depending on the queue, you may wait for some time for your food, as it's all made-to-order; we waited for ours for about 12 minutes or so, and everything came piping hot! The portions are extremely generous and can feed at least 2 people or be split into 2 meals. Note that there are small little ordering cards to place your orders through; hand them to the staff, and they'll give you an estimated wait time. Most seem to get their items to go, as this is a food truck and there is no seating area. I'd be curious to try out any other additions they may add to their menu in the future, but I would definitely come back for those grits! +delicious grits! +friendly staff! +food truck located on Pennsylvania, in front of the shopping center

They were packed with flavor and perfectly prepared. For our entrées, my girlfriend ordered the chicken and shrimp Rasta pasta. It was well-portioned, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. When I mentioned that I prefer my bacon crispy, he was happy to take it back. It seemed like they simply put the same bacon back on the flat top, so it still wasn't quite what I was hoping for, but I appreciated his willingness to help. My friend ordered the fish and chips. This was my first visit to Kitchen Savages. I had tried walking in without a reservation once before on a Saturday evening, and there were no seats available. I started off with the Mimosa Sampler for my drink order; I wanted to try the different flavours that were on offer. These were nice, but I'd hoped the presentation would have been a little better and the mimosas not as heavy with the juices. The food was great! Super tasty and packed with flavour. My husband had the Peach Cobbler French Toast and I ordered the 'Create-Your-Own' pasta. I requested it with salmon, shrimp and spinach, but it only came with the shrimp and spinach. Such a shame, because I can imagine the salmon would have made the dish EVEN better. When the bill came, it had the salmon (which I never got) listed on it - after pointing this out, the server checked with the kitchen, and kindly removed it from the bill. Overall, I would say that we really enjoyed brunch here. I will definitely be back in the future to try the main dinner menu & hopefully there'll be no mixups with what I order and what I get .
