My chicken gyro was really good. The chicken was hot and fresh with a good flavor, the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh, and the pita was warm and had a nice crisp. The white sauce was good, but had a little bit of a sweeter after taste that got to me after a little while. My wife's salad was nice and trash, with a good crisp to the vegetables. The shredded beef had a good seasoning, and was nice and warm. Overall we had a great experience with this food truck.

The "kimchi" was also disappointing. It tasted more like slaw with gochujang than actual fermented kimchi. Price was around $13 or $14 for three tacos, which is not shocking these days, but it felt a bit high for what it was. They do have a Tuesday special, I think around $9 for three tacos, which is probably the better time to try it. The atmosphere is also a little flat. The avocado fries are lightly breaded and dusted with a spicy powder - they're the perfect combination of crispy and creamy and come with a dipping sauce that has a bit of sweetness to it. If you can't handle spice, they can adjust it for you, but I absolutely love the Birria ramen which is a mixture of their plain ramen broth (not spicy) with their guajillo consomme (packs a nice kick).
