Ordered via delivery app so I've never been to the store. The quality of the foods received though was above expectations. The bananas were large and not bruised. I'm not a fan of shoppers. Their hot bar is THE WORST!!!! The food always looks dried up and old. Their produce section is really small and their seafood section is over priced and pitiful. I only go here because it's the closest grocery store to my job and I only get a Hour for lunch. They really need to step their game up because Shoppers is NOT winning AT ALL!!! read more

Prices are a little higher at this location. Typical grocery store to buy what you need. All of the employees (bakery, cashier) I encountered were very professional. Items weren't as stocked, could be that we went in the late afternoon on a Saturday. read more

Good selection. Good Produce. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to. The meat and fish here is better than at the Giant on 301. It doesn't have everything I want, but it has everything I want that the Giant on 301 doesn't have, so I use both. DO NOT GO HERE! This store is DUSGUSTING. The bathrooms are horrendous and they're the main reason for my review. I was in the bathroom because my 3yr old had to pee (mind u it was her birthday that day which was yesterday when this all took place). The bathroom was by far disgusting and it smelled like pine sol which is odd. It makes me think they just threw it in there for freshener. I had to hold my daughter over the toilet in the middle stall, the last stall was completely unusable, and the first stall was occupied by an elderly woman. Well the moment I flushed the toilet the drain in the floor in the middle stall (see video) burst up with water and HUMAN SH*T and flooded everywhere i had to jump on top of the toilet with my daughter and all i could do was scream. Not one single person came in. The elderly woman from the first stall had already exited the bathroom. I'm 27 and slightly overweight so imagine my struggle climbing over top of the damn stalls with a newly 3yr old that weighs a solid 30 pounds just to avoid stepping in piles of water and human shit that flew up from the floor. I'm not gonna lie I came straight out of the bathroom and cursed them out. I even yelled across the store that theres shit everywhere from the sewage. I had to throw my damn child on the dry part of the floor by the bathroom door once I was able to make it over the stall. Talk about stressed out. Unfortunately I didn't get the SH*Tplosion on camera but I did get a glimpse of the bathroom before because I was in the midst of leaving a review based on the dirtiness. The Staff & cashiers are very rude & unfriendly. The Lottery machine did not work & it took my money. I reported the issue to a cashier who basically told me "my story was not adding up..." So, I explained the situation to help desk staff who reluctantly opened the machine to find my Lottery Ticket stuck in the machine. This was humiliating & unprofessional. This is one of the reasons I barely shop there anymore. read more

Ok not to be rude. Good customer service. But if I go to a self check out. It's because I want to check myself out. Not just ring myself up but also put my own food in my own bag. I don't go to the cashier because I don't want them to bag my items. Not because I don't want them to ring me up. Also when they bag my food. The store is nasty and the workers are mean. I only go there sometimes for the sales but really don't want to. They need to clean up and train the staff. They have old food sometimes too. Food is open as well. The store smells bad too. Trash in the carts. Trash around the store. They need a new management and better staff. read more

I thought I did a review of this shoppers already but apparently not ! At first I thought this was the most amazing shoppers I have ever been to but let me tell you things have changed. I'm not sure if it is under new management or what but it has gone downhill. The shelves are barley stocked and if you ask where something is the workers seems as if it's a problem or you get pointed into two different directions. The only person that seems to know where things are is this very nice stocker. He looks like he's in his 20's, Caucasian and he seems shy but he's very nice. Every time I see him he's stocking or doing something constructive. They need to have more associates such as him. read more

This place sucks I had an issue with the prices going up drastically and so I wrote a review and forward it to the corporate office the manager emailed me asking me what I had a specific problem with and after telling him he never got back to me poor customer service especially when there are many other grocery stores in the area they also don't take printed coupons which sucks because in this day and age people are printing coupons left and right so I suggest Aldi's or Safeway because at least you get gas points read more

This store is very pleasant and the employees are very helpful. Except there a very heavy guy who work at customer service I've watched him come from the back office look at a very long line and one person working and return to the back until he is instructed by a manager to come out and assist one day I wanted to play a pick 3 just one and he told me I had to go fill out a slip so I left and went somewhere else that didn't make the process so complicated. read more

So I resort to this location when I don't need anything special. It seems like this location doesn't carry the same products as the other Shoppers in the area. I'm used to the International section lacking items on my list regularly. This last visit proved to indeed be my LAST to this location. The store is typically clean but if the majority of the products on my list are not available in the store what's the point of shopping here? read more

DISGUSTING! This Shoppers is close to home so its the only reason il go here and i wouldn't go if i didn't have to. The bathrooms are beyond gross. The stalls are broken down and it smells strongly of pee. One time i used it and there was no soap! Absolutely disgusting. Looks like it gets cleaned maybe once a year. I wouldn't have gone to the bathroom there if I wasn't desperate. Also there are always people in and outside of the store trying to sell you something or trying to get money/scam you. I hate coming to this location, its never fully fresh and stocked, the vegetables and fruits are always near expiring. The staff does not keep the store either up, there's always spilled food and trash on the floor. The carts And registers are barely functional. I live five minutes from this Shoppers and will usually drive out of my way to go Giant. The carts are always in the parking lot with trash and more litter and they always have registers that are down. The customer service is always dry and nobody is happy to be at work, they are just there. But when I do come to this location, I generally complain to the manager just so Mr. Wood knows somebody cares and is frustrated. I've been coming to this location since 2012 and nothings has changed. And honestly if I have friends or family with me, I Most Definitely drive out of my way not to bring them to this Shoppers. It's embarassing and crazy that this where food is sold and it's looks so dirty. In one of the pics I took, the cashier was ringing everyone up with blank screens. I told Mr. Wood and he told me the equipment was old, but there was a working station right next my cashier. This store needs some serious investments in manager and employee training and upgrading of equipment SMH. read more

I wish there was an option for "0 stars" . This Shoppers is 5 min driving distance from my home so of course it is very convenient and logical to shop there. however, I will be finding a different store. With the exception of maybe 1 or 2, the staff is VERY unprofessional. the carpets on in the basket holding area are dirty. the outside trash is always overflowing...there is a handi-wipe station near the entrance which looks even germier than the basket handles that they're intended to clean. the baskets always have something left in them. but you have an abundance of workers walking around or standing around chatting! this is a grocery store, and the first thing people look at is the cleanliness of the store and its surroundings. it is an absolute turn off. and PLEASE don't EVER have to use the restrooms!! The word "trifling" is an understatement. management is doing nothing to fix this. too many young people with attitudes and the older ones just seem to go along with it. I will be finding another store to patron which is a shame! read more
