The "holy sauce" was also pretty mid--I couldn't really figure out what the flavor was supposed to be. The highlight was definitely the seasoned fries. There is also no public restroom which supports why the indoor dining isn't much. The food was hot fresh and made to order. I ate my food late so I unfortunately didn't capture a worthy photo to display in this review. I did order the spicy nuggets and fries. The chicken was well seasoned but the spicy has a delayed fuse which is tasty but will get you. I do like the crispy style fries. The service was friendly and what you'd expect along the lines of carry/take out. The dipping sauces are good currently the mumbo sauce was my favorite followed by the house mixture. 3.5 out of 5

Many of them are popping up in the area. Cool spot to try. They were busy for sure.

The restaurant on 4817 Saint Barnabas Rd in Temple Hills, MD 20748 United States is absolutely…read moredisgusting. I placed an order through their website, which partners with DoorDash. Once I arrived home, I checked my food and noticed several pieces of short, black hair in my food. This immediately prompted me to call the restaurant and inquire about next steps. The manager, Dwayne (dark skinned short, male) stated over the phone that there was nothing that they could do about it. Therefore, I went back to the restaurant and asked them to replace this nasty shit with something that was fresh (two everfresh juices). The staff does not know what they are talking about and were unclear on what to do about this issue. The manager did not care and was very dismissive about the food quality and stated that "accidents happen" to which I replied, that the staff should be wearing hairnets and inspecting the food that they send out that people are spending their money on. DO NOT EAT HERE. VERY UNSANITARY PRACTICES. The bathroom and environment inside is disgusting and the food is even worse. This made my partner throw up. Never eating from here again. If I could give 0 stars, I genuinely would.

The steak has a good flavor, and even though there's no sauce on the cheesesteak, it still hits. I usually try to call my order in ahead of time so I can quickly run in and grab it, but just a heads up, they pretty much need to physically see you there before they start making the food. So if you have a larger order, it's probably best to go in, place the order, then either sit in your car or leave and come back. While waiting, I've seen people picking up huge party trays of wings, and they looked and smelled really good. I'll probably try those next. Another plus is that there's ample parking in the back, which makes pickup much easier. This definitely seems like one of those local neighborhood spots the community really enjoys because there's almost always a steady flow of customers and DoorDash drivers coming in and out. Overall, this is a legit spot with solid food that's worth checking out.

Now...I have been kind of lazy last year a little this year and have not actually went inside even though I live less than 10 minutes away from here. The sides plantains which are cooked so well, green beans are so damn good with the garlic and onions!! I've tried usually white rice and black beans or this time I tried the fried chicken rice and beans and things where I messed up. The chicken fried rice was so dry..uggggh they must use the breast meat because it was not good at all. So that was a one and done for me as a side because it sounds so good...but next time try thigh meat or something so it won't be so dry. I also tried the chicken wings and blue cheese which were very good as well. Besides the green beans which will be forever my side I'll try the mashed potatoes next time. And a side of plantains as well! Maybe I'll venture out and try a few other items one day. But for now I'll stick with what I know! A solids 3.75 stars!
