Once I arrived home, I checked my food and noticed several pieces of short, black hair in my food. This immediately prompted me to call the restaurant and inquire about next steps. The manager, Dwayne (dark skinned short, male) stated over the phone that there was nothing that they could do about it. Therefore, I went back to the restaurant and asked them to replace this nasty shit with something that was fresh (two everfresh juices). The staff does not know what they are talking about and were unclear on what to do about this issue. The manager did not care and was very dismissive about the food quality and stated that "accidents happen" to which I replied, that the staff should be wearing hairnets and inspecting the food that they send out that people are spending their money on. DO NOT EAT HERE. VERY UNSANITARY PRACTICES. The bathroom and environment inside is disgusting and the food is even worse. This made my partner throw up. Never eating from here again. So if you have a larger order, it's probably best to go in, place the order, then either sit in your car or leave and come back. While waiting, I've seen people picking up huge party trays of wings, and they looked and smelled really good. I'll probably try those next. Another plus is that there's ample parking in the back, which makes pickup much easier.
