My family loves this spot. The fries are always satisfying and it's a very good portion. We have tried just about every sandwich on the menu. The honey butter one is my daughter's favorite is absolute delicious. The medium Nashville sandwich is delicious. We've also tried the vegan mushroom burger, which is OK I would recommend some sauce maybe a little bit more flavor. It was OK not one of our favorites but also not a total loss. The milkshakes are delicious. My son loves the Oreo milkshake the half-and-half are also good. The ambiance in the restaurant is chill... I love honey and needed something quick to eat after a long unpredictable day; this was the only place nearest my direction that was localized business and not dine-in. The man at the counter was a very kind old man who greeted wonderfully, gave me a drink while I waited, and ensured my order accuracy. It was clean inside seemed new. I just ordered a sandwich quickly...I hated that it didn't come with lettuce and they charged just to add some, but I needed it. I love a breakfast biscuit sandwich and Roaming Rooster always hits the spot! I placed my order online for pick up. The inside of the restaurant is small with little seating but always feels welcoming. The sandwich is always a bit. Breakfast is only available until around 11:00. I always order the honey butter biscuit (medium or hot heat) with a side of tator tots. I don't care for the rooster sauce but I get it for the tots because why not? The biscuit is always soft and the chicken is always fried perfectly. Their honey butter isn't overpowering either. I haven't had the lunch/dinner menu at this location yet but Roaming Rooster's menu is consistent at all their locations, so I'm sure they won't disappoint. I highly recommend this chicken joint. The medium flavor of chicken nuggets and a sandwich is "KICKIN" hot and very tasty. I'm glad I had a bottle of water with me. There were tables outside but it was too hot on the day we went to sit outside. We were looking for a good place to eat on our way to the Entertainment and Sports Arena(ESA) to watch the WNBA Mystics. This place is about 1.5 miles away. I found parking in the neighborhood about a block away. It was a Sunday so finding a parking space was easy. During rush hour and mid-week parking has to be very challenging as the place in near a major intersection. You could order ahead though. There were several orders waiting for pickup. Absolutely the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. I have been eating at Roaming Rooster at their other locations for the past few years, this was my first time at this location and it is by far our favorite. We came in New Year's Eve with a party of 8 around 1 PM. We were able to order and find seats immediately. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The woman running the front was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The facility was very clean and well put together. The only issue we had was that there was no soap in the bathroom. I've dipped both my sandwich and fries in the white sauce. If you're with a groups of people, only 1 person needs to order fries, they give you a bag of fries to be able to feed 4 people. Parking at this location is not very convenient. You have to park in the parking garage or across the street at the McDonald's. This is a new location, and the service is horrible! The staff is racist and rude! having more diversity on their internal and lead team may be helpful. Also, having someone onsite on can communicate in English would be more effective. I arrived at this location on November 5th, just just before 3pm. I entered their lobby and waited about 15 minutes until some came to take my order. soon after having my order taken, I needed to rush out, and asked for a refund. The staff was confused and did not know how to handle this request. after offering my a cash refund on a credit card payment, they soon real that ooffering cash was incorrect. After, they offered me a recipt of a void transaction; instead of handing my a receipt showing a refund/credit. Usually you can guarantee a good sandwich when you come here but they have a new young lady on the register. When I visited a few weeks ago and she had an attitude as soon as we came in the door and my sandwich didn't taste as good. It wasn't spicy. This time she did smirk slightly so I thought she might be in a better mood but while taking my order she rushed me quickly asking "mild medium or hot." I said medium and mentioned that the last time I came my sandwich had no spice (I only order medium) so if she could please make sure they actually add spice this time. I didn't realize it until I got all home but the receipt on the bag noted that she rung up my order as MILD.
