To start me and my 90 year old grandma went to chickfila and ordered 2 sausage and cheese biscuit with no egg we cannot eat egg. We get into the car and have a sausage and cheese biscuit with egg and a bacon cheese and egg biscuit. Words don't even begin to describe this chick fil a experience. Hungry? Come here. Sad? Come here. This is a peak experience and is truly magical. The waffle fries are a savory and salty time in my mouth. The chick fil a sauce to complement it is even better. All of the food here is clean, delicious, and well made. The employees are next level. Promote them all to corporate level jobs. All of these fake 1 star reviews are just haters. I have been coming here for 50++ years and I can full-heartedly say that this is a top notch 5 star Michelin establishment. The atmosphere is welcoming, family friendly, and fast paced. All of the tables are well cleaned and they even have a fancy trashcan. Overall, this has to be my favorite place in the world. I would like to thank all of the employees that have served me and have left me with many memorable times. This place is really going down, they have 30 workers in the restaurant why isn't the dining room clean? Again we stopped in for dinner and all the tables are filthy and the floor has food all over. Tonight's order was wrong ordered the Cobb salad with COLD grilled chicken and the person taking the order just shook her head she heard chicken and we were given hot nuggets. So they said to just throw away the salad. Why not just dump the salad in a new plastic container or wipe it off if they can't sell it because it was touched, the food inside wasn't touched. It's crazy how many workers just walking around not even trying to clean the tables or chair. This fast food outlet is very popular, and most locations are packed at lunchtime. This location was very efficient in the way they were handling traffic at the drive through. The line moved pretty quickly. They had two pleasant young men taking orders on tablets, and also taking the payments (no cash). The window where you pick up food was using a tray so there was no touching required. I give them points for keeping things moving efficiently under pandemic restrictions. read more

First, I order a gluten free bun and they give it to me frozen, I brought it back in and they said it would take 15-20 minutes for another bun. Im sorry I thought this was a fast food restaurant? 6:40pm on a Wednesday. Went inside to order my kids a milkshake. Walk right up to the register and girl says they aren't taking orders anymore because they are backed up. She didn't say, but I can only assume she meant the drive thru because there was hardly anyone inside. I was flabbergasted. Talk to an employee and they manage to find our order and eventually bring it to us. No apology offered. Tables, floors and windows are not cleaned nearly as often as they should be. Often plenty of young workers around, taking breaks amongst the customers in the booths or behind their partition. Years of no playground. Where is the army of CFA staff outside helping the drive thru line move? The effort witnessed at other locations far exceeds anything I've ever seen here. It's the only Chick-fil-A in the county, so naturally it's busy often. If you go during typical meal hours, you'll have long lines -- especially with the drive-thru. I typically do curbside pick up, and they have a dozen spaces and have always been prompt and friendly with their deliveries to my car. Ive driven pass this location many times on my way to visit family and on my way back home. Today was my first visit. Since I was hungry when I was driving through Prince Frederick today, I stopped. So...The drive-thru is a little slow. My sandwich was fresh. The fries could've been hotter but they were warm enough for me to eat. My half and half tasted mostly like tea but it was okay. They are generous with the sauces. I was happy that they were able to make my smokehouse bacon sandwich with the spicy filet instead of grilled. In my area they won't do it. This place gives Chicfila a bad name. The food is usually fine, but the dine-in experience is lousy. For starters, they keep condiments behind the counter, so if you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needed more ketchup, you have to go up and stand in the sea of people who are waiting on to-go or online orders. There are always a half dozen or so workers buzzing about, but they seem to intentionally avoid eye contact. If you need a refill on your drink, ditto on the above. Where this location really falls flat, though, is cleanliness. I've included a couple photos from a recent visit that is a typical experience. There is always at least one trash can that is overflowing. The trash compactor trash cans are usually so full that the doors won't shut. The dining area in general is just not kept very clean, at least not up to the standards set in other CFA locations. Part of the problem, honestly, is the location. Being in southern Maryland, they don't have the best and brightest work force to choose from. read more

I've never waited that long at a Chick-fil-A. I get my food, check it's all there and drive off. While eating it, the fries were soft, too soft. The semi uncooked soggy kind of soft. I couldn't even eat half of it. The chicken nuggets were mostly ok. A few pieces though seemed not cooked right because the texture was way off. I even had one piece that wasn't even chicken, it was just a big piece of fried breading. How does that even happen?? The only plus was the friendly staff. I am not a complainer, and the food and normal customer service are usually great. The only complaint I have is how they do not honor their breakfast hours. One time, I was in the drive-through placing my order, and it was about 10:22 am. By the time I reached the drive thru window , I was informed that they were no longer serving breakfast. Another time, I placed my curbside order online about 10:15 am, and got to the curbside at 10:25 am and when I put my number in, was told my order was canceled as breakfast is closed. Yesterday morning I went to this chick fil a location and ordered what I always order which was a number 1 chick fil a biscuit meal. I requested this meal to be a large, after requested I was told with a bit of attitude "our hash brown's only come in one size", I have previously a few time this month gotten a large side with my breakfast meal so I do know that they do come in a large. This is probably the WORST Chick-fil-A around. The service is horrible. Clearly the employees do not care or take their job serious. There have been several occasions where they have gotten my order wrong. I ask for simple things like bag the meals separate because they stuff an entire order in one bag and the bag rips or you can't look through the bag to ensure everything is there. I have given the PF store plenty of chances and I am now DONE after this last visit.
