Only the drive thru is open of course. They took my order when i reached the window I realized I forgot to add the black bean burrito. The cashier said he could add it but he looked nervous and he did not know what came on a black bean burrito. I told him what I wanted on it and it was ready within minutes. I don't do a lot of Fast Food but this was convenient and on the way home after a long day. The $5.00 box is actually $5.99 at this location for some reason. Why is it called a $5 box then? And what makes this location special to charge whatever they want with a national marketing campaign? Anyway.. Drink was wrong. They corrected it. Opened up the "Taco Supreme" and what you see is what I received. Barely a tablespoon of meat. No tomato's, sour cream, etc. Probably just a regular Taco, fine. But is that what you call a Taco?! And at the price you charge?! Lesson learned. Good help is hard to find in the area it would seem. Prince Frederick Taco Bell. Absolutely the worst I have ever been too. I'd rather go to giant and buy the meat/tacos and soda and cook myself then deal with this dirty, unprofessional place. We had a huge issue with our eat in order a few weeks ago and went to the counter to get 3 items corrected. This person from the back yells up "tell them to stop bringing sh@* up here and complaining. Funny thing was we showed our receipt and it was rung up correctly but they made it wrong. Not our fault. So after hearing this unprofessional employee mouthing off I asked to speak to the manager. Low and behold he was the manager. So in closing we will never go here again and to Taco Bell, you need to get rid of this ghetto manager and properly train and hire quality people. I would consider myself a taco bell connoisseur, not because of going to the same location all the time, but visiting many different locations over time, revisiting a few. I have been to this location a few times, as I frequently visit this area a lot. When it comes to ambience, it's not too different from more taco bell restaurants. But it does not look updated - old fixtures, old tables, and old colors. While people may call this rustic, I label this as being behind the times. Prince Frederick is an expanding city and people demand excellence from the variety of fast food eateries. Food-wise, I am not impressed with the quality. It isn't exceptionally bad, but also not exceptionally good. Service is a bit off, where the the cashier (old short lady with a slight tremor) is pretty good, but when it comes to timeliness of orders coming out, it's a bit slow. They may take you name about 75% of the time, but the other 25% is a number. Burritos may not be fully closed when you open the wrapper. The tomatoes less vivid in color. I still would visit this place, not because it's exceptional, but because taco bell itself is pushing the boundaries. If you expect the gold standard from here, you can - but you might be disappointed. read more

I came in today for lunch, and the place was fairly quiet. Upon entering, you'll notice that this restaurant hasn't been updated in a while. The decor is old, and could use with some repair/replacing. It was clean, just dated and a bit beat-up. I have been to many TBs over the years, and this was BY FAR, the best food I have ever had at one. The guy making the food was quick, yet attentive with how the food looked. It actually looked like he cared about it. When he gave it to me, he was very polite and friendly. The food tasted great, and everything was spread across the whole burrito and not packed in here in segments. I was very happy with the experience and will be coming back!! read more

It is not uncommon to spend over 30 minutes waiting to order and get your food, even in the drive through. Today is also the 5th visit in a row that they have forgotten an item from my order. When we started, there were only 4 cars in front of us yet we are still in line and are now up to 29 minutes of waiting. Never again! This was my second visit to this particular Taco Bell. The decor hasn't been updated since it opened. The customer service is way off from 100% but I went back this second time. Upon walking in a family let the door go and the door hit my 5 year old son. There were 2 employees, on the clock but appeared to be "hanging out" chatting instead of working. The one employee busted out laughing that my child was hit in the face. My child now embarrassed as an employee laughs at him. My husband confronts the employee and he brushes it off with attitude and says, oh sorry. My husband then tries to explain to this kid that you don't laugh at a child becuase he gets hurt. Again the employee really could care less. We speak to the manager on duty and he too really acted as if he could care less that his employee would behave the way he did. Customer service is not where it should be here. The employees and manager need to be trained in proper customer service. Needless to say we left and didn't purchase anything. I will never return to this Taco Bell and it's a shame that this store employs people that can't provide customer service. read more
