I was nearing the point where I needed fuel in my vehicle, but more so fuel for myself. When I say fuel for myself when I'm at a Wawa, I mean sweet tea. I was going to hold on the fuel for my vehicle because there was another location up the road that I would be able to get my fuel at. I pulled in to this location, which was so confusing to get to, and ran inside. I needed to use the facilities on top of grabbing a drink. I don't know what it is about Wawa's and their bathrooms, but they are always the worst part of any location. It's like customers go in them and see if they can outdo one another in hopes of destroying the bathroom. Once I was done in there, I made my way out to the drink area only to find disappointment. This location did not have sweet tea for me to grab. I'm not sure what was going on, but I think that they were either replacing their dispenser or didn't have one at all. With that, I made my way back outside to continue on my way. That is once I was able to figure out how the hell to get out of there. read more

I always go to the Wawa's in Prince Frederick whenever I get a craving for something. I don't know if the barista is new or not but I ordered a Chai tea latte (hot) and she gave me coffee. I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Smoothie from the DoorDash app. Hopefully my smoothie will taste like pumpkin spice and not coffee. The food is delicious though. read more

This place is hopping busy in the morning with folks topping off gas tanks, getting coffee, getting smokes, getting food. It took me a few moments of standing off to one side to work out how to get a coffee, how to put the right stuff in it and then find a breakfast sandwich and finally pay for it all. The coffee is excellent and has a bunch of fixings including four different types of milk/cream, syrups, sugars and of course sizes from small to "WAKE UP!" Be very aware in the parking lot. With two entrances and a bunch of gas pumps, there will be cars coming at you from all sides. read more

I usually go to the wawa in Dunkirk but I happened to be in prince Frederick today and needed cigarettes decided to try a smoothie. The cashier was rude and carded me for cigarettes when I'm closer to death than birth but that's whatever, it was the fact of how the child being counter spoke to me when I told her it was in the car please finish ringing up the rest of my items so they will make my smoothies, she got an attitude and did it but had a horrible disposition. Upset, I go outside and contemplate leaving and getting my items from somewhere else, even though I had already paid. But I go back in with my ID and the girl never looks at it!! Hahahaha. My smoothie is ready and it's milk with whipped cream on top. It was thin as water had no ingredients that I expected in it. It tasted like sweet milk I threw it in the trash. I'm a WaWa fan, but this one is not as good as the WaWas in St. Mary's county. It is always crowded and hard to find a free gas pump. Parking lot is just plain dangerous with all the cars zipping around. Inside is kinda grimy, including the rest rooms. read more

I'm so tired of ordering food and it being wrong. I shouldn't have to watch them make everything I order and sometimes that can't be done because I'm standing in long lines to pay or shopping for other things in the store. Tonight we came in and ordered food, some hot and some cold. Get home to find no cheese on my flatbread sandwich. Last mess up (not too long ago) they forgot the damn meat on the sandwich. How the hell do you forget the meat. This is the fifth time in less than a year but it is the final time I will have food messed up there. We spend, well used to spend, a lot of money at Wawa. I love WaWa, don't get me wrong. However, this one in particular is absolutely horrid! I have had fraudulent charges on my card not once, but THREE times getting gas here. This morning it was 75.00! Seriously! I call to have it removed, and was told I would have to wait for it to fall off! Are you kidding me? This was extremely unprofessional of the employees behind the counter during my visit with my grandchildren today. We ordered frozen cappuccinos and smoothies. We ordered the Chocolate salted caramel mocha cappuccino with chocolate whipped cream among other things. They called our number and noticed there wasn't any whipping cream on two of the three. When I inquired, the YOUNG MAN behind the counter says .. this is how it comes... I'm like... Where is the the chocolate whipped cream that sold the cappuccino? He then states, this is what the ticket reads... So, no whipped cream???? He looks me in the face and says this is what the ticket says... I'm like that's not what I ordered! He then looks to his left and asked the employee standing next to him do we have any chocolate whipped cream. She says no we don't have any... he pushes the drinks forward and continues making other orders... I'm pissed because there is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'M NOT UPSET OVER THE FACT THERE'S NO WHIPPING CREAM! I'M UPSET OVER THE FACT THAT THE CUSTOMER WAS TREATED LIKE CRAP... He could have said prior to making it, that they were out of an ingredient or he could have offered regular whipping cream. A little bit of kindness goes a long way. read more

I go to this wawa every morning to get coffee. Friendly staff and food is always good but something needs to be done about the long lines. Lines are normally wrapped around the counter or through the store and it's 1 cashier working. They need to hire more people and leave at least 2 people on register in the morning. People are rushing to work in the morning and these lines are ridiculous. read more

This grade is for the store in Prince Frederick. I go to WaWa twice a day. I order the same thing every time I'm there. I order the 16 oz latte with an extra shot of espresso and I also order a double shot of espresso as well. Twice in the same week (last Saturday and yesterday my coffee tasted like it didn't have any espresso in it. The first time it happened I pointed this out to the young man behind the counter. I asked for them to remake it and he told me they were too busy and told me to deal with my drink, he had did it right (his words, not mine) and again he was too busy to remake it to my satisfaction! The next day I spoke with the manager and he the manager fixed it. So beef was over until...... Moving to yesterdays event! Like any true artist I suppose these barristers don't like it when a gen x'er tells them they didn't make it to my expectations. I'm pretty calm too, I know that it may seem like I'm a hard ass asking for extra espresso and very rarely do two drinks ever taste the same. But this my friends was not just an odd taste. One shot of espresso with the other 3 tastes like and looks like a regular coffee. Two shots makes it a rich darker Carmel coffee that still taste like a coffee with Carmel. Last nights Latte tasted like weak coffee. There really could not have been an extra shot let alone having 4!shots total. I waited 15 minutes for a drink I would NEVER ORDER OR DRINK LIKE THAT. When I was discussing it with the barista I called him "kiddo" not sonny or boy or anything that should have been taken as rude.! This young ginger--up and coming, mover and shaker, told me not to insult him....you know how awful it musta been for him to deal with such a terrible, bigoted name? I suspect he prefers his alter-ego name that has some Viking connotation to it but kiddo was too generic for how he self identifies!! For perspective on this kiddo thing- I couldn't see his name tag and I was fine when he very surly and snidely like called me ma'am. I kept my composure and didn't try to step on his ego as I had said kiddo friendly like one does when using the word to address someone close to their own kids ages. Turns out, my double shot of espresso didn't make it into order stub. I paid for one so I expected one but it never did show up on the print out as a double shot. It was most certainly hidden in the scan and I had seen it ring up as what I'm used to paying for a latte with a double shot. I actually ended up having to go pay for another double shot. Now again, I go to WaWa 2 times a day and spend 6$ for coffee each time. That's 12$ as we all know. That is no different than buying the same amount of Starbucks, where they do replace your drink right away, without being an ass about it. Without talking over me or interrupting me or yelling at me that they are right and won't fix my coffee. Where do they hire these people? They are total asses and it's a HUGE struggle to maintain my own temper as they tell me what they aren't going to do. How being called kiddo is insulting them. To be clear the man was quite young, younger than my oldest son, I couldn't see his name tag and I didn't think any other name I was think would've been a good choice for the conversation! That and he kept talking over me and I was late to the hospital so o was as stressed out as one person gets. I would talk, he'd speak over me! I'll never go here again. Not ever!!! Not to this WaWa, 15 minutes is TOO LONG to take on a drink, especially the wrong drink and then the kid who makes it wants to be a super special diva?? No diva, shut your mouth and stuff your pride and make the drink again when asked to do so!! Go to Dunkirk WaWa. I've never had a problem there!!! read more

What is not to love about WAWA?? Clean bathrooms, good deli food, cheap gas and free air for your tires???? Well I got a turkey sandwich and went down the road..... I took a bite and something wasn't rite. I opened up the sandwich and no turkey. Well I turned around and went back to the store and the manager had my sandwich remade, gave me a refund and a few coupons for free coffee and sugary juice drinks. wa wa stop making people pay twice and have to put prepare food in bag themselves just because you do not want to call the police of "white" people that walk out with their food tickets and food in their hands ( thieves) , if it was " African american" you would call the police on them and not make people have to walk 20 feet with a empty bag just to bag their own hot food up.
