After returning, I stood at the counter waiting for assistance while multiple employees walked by without acknowledging me. The employee helping me seemed more interested in talking with coworkers than focusing on the customer. Communication throughout the process was poor. I booked a Mobil 1 Full Synthetic oil change, but later noticed on my paperwork that Quaker State Full Synthetic was used instead. I'm not upset about the oil itself, but no one explained the substitution or asked if it was okay beforehand. The service was completed and my car is fine, but between having to source my own filter, the lack of attention from staff, and the poor communication, the experience did not justify making an appointment.
