I have never ever seen such a horrible pharmacy. I can't say it's a Walgreens' problem because I was out of town and went to the Frederick MD location and it was flawless. The lady at the drive through was absolutely horrible. She spoke down to me and was very dismissive. She asked for my last name and then went and grabbed a prescription. She was ready to give it to me and then I stopped her because it was the wrong prescription and not mine. After all that, they didn't even have my prescriptions. My doctor was immediately blamed. It was definitely not his fault and that was established. I called today and spoke with Octavia and she was able to fix everything. Turns out, even if there are still refills remaining, Walgreens policy is not to refill if the prescription is over 120 days!!! That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. The other problem is that they don't communicate this, they just don't fill it. When I called and spoke with the store manager about another issue, her response "You finally got your prescription so I don't know what you want me to do?" Well, I would want to know if my employees are not doing their job so that it can be addressed by YOU! read more

If you need medication and you are white don't go here. If you need medications in general you may not want to go here. Every time I or my family goes here they have issues running insurance, don't have the medication or just can't find the prescription. This last time I went in and they had issues running my insurance. I called my insurance company and got that all squared away. When I went back, the lady of color looked at me and under her breath I heard, "Oh God." and she gave me a dirty look. When I got up there I gave them my information they now could not find the script in their system even though my insurance company was on the phone with my looking right at it. The lady the. Said I would have to call the DR tomorrow to get it fixed. The fix will be that the prescription goes to the Giant pharmacy. read more

The attitude and telephone etiquette of the pharmacy staff is deplorable. Someone picked up the phone and hung up before I spoke. So naturally I call back in case it was an accident or mistake. The lady that answered told me that she could not tell me if they had a medicine in stock so I didn't drive 45 minutes if they didn't. As I asked for clarification, she hung up and cut me off in mid sentence. read more

I've had a number of interactions with the Pharmacist and the majority of them have not been very friendly. On one or two occasions downright rude. Can't wait for Walgreens to replace her because this is the most convenient pharmacy for me. read more

One star is generous. I want to give them a 1/4 star. Last night we left the ER across the street. They prescribed medications to assist my wife, who desperately needs them for a heart issue. They sent a "your prescription is ready for pickup," text to her phone, so we called to verify it was there. The pharmacist was INCREDIBLY rude and said she hadn't received it. We called the ER back, and they stated Walgreens needed to call them to have it coordinated and pushed through. I called back Walgreens and relayed this. After asking if she would call the ER, she emphatically refused. Words don't relay her level of rudeness and dismissiveness. Cannot stand these folks. Walgreens corporate needs to do a house cleaning on these people. read more

The worst Pharmacy ever. They were bad as Rite Aid and Continue to be bad as Walgreens. My husband needed insulin, I get a text a few hours later they are out and ordered it. The next day I go to pick it up and they tell me they only have 1 pen come back monday. Wait didn't you order it? They could have called across the street to the Walgreens at the hospital and found out they were stocked. No compassion nor do they go the extra mile. It's just a job. Horrible, pls go across the street they are a better Walgreens they care and are so friendly. Same happened with my sons Epilepsy medication. I'm finally done with this store read more

I pulled in after waiting 25 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me Began to get nervous cause we passed one o'clock and it closed down at 1:30 for a lunch break so I called the management well 25 minutes on hold before management picks up the phone and tells me sorry we only have 2 people working what I can clearly see there's 4 people in the pharmacy because now I moved up to the window and waited 10 minutes for a pharmacist to just walk to the window to see what I want Horrible service read more

Great location. If you are not using the pharmacy.... If you need them for prescriptions you will save time and aggravation even if going 30 - 40 minutes out of your way. They are out of my meds, EVEN AFTER CALLING TO SAY THEY ARE READY! Drive through you should anticipate 20-40 minutes per car. Seriously. I kept thinking it was an exception. 4 times in a row at different time slots has convinced me otherwise.. You can be at the window 20 + minutes without even being acknowledged. You can see them, but they don't say anything or even wave so you know they are aware of you being there. It was so absurd that I thought it was just me, but it's not. Our neighbors laughed and apologized for not warning us when we moved in. They had to change. read more
