When we were giving her the cash gratuity, it would've been good if she would've notified us we were also going to be charged on my card for the gratuity I think saying that we only ate 25% of the food we took from the buffet and watching how many people were leaving was a clear indication. The quality of the buffet was not great and I standby many items were being left out much too long and not being covered and protected, including the hot entrées and the casseroles. The customer service was too notch from the time we walked in and out the door.
