Sunday ordered food at this location curbside. Hot home tea was unsweetened, even through I requested sweet tea , but that not all ordered salad With chicken in it no chicken what so ever. Tried to call restaurant back no answer. By the way this was late in the afternoon when they weren't busy. I don't live close to this location either. Called customer service Monday was n hold for 45 minutes finally hung up. Send email as well got a reply Tuesday saying someone will get back to you. I still have not heard from them.? I ordered from here daily for lunch for just myself since it's so convenient and less than a mile up the road. I never complain but they've never gotten an order correct. And today not only was it over an hour to get my food but the ham on my sandwich was half gray. Like a grayish green. And it REEKED! It was rotten. They didn't put bacon or avocado on my salad...literally just pickled onions and chicken on my green goddess salad. And when I called to let them know he told me there were 26 orders ahead of me, so he just refunded me. I wasn't able to eat lunch today. And I will NEVER order from this location again read more

It seems like they don't train their employees at this location. I normally go here for oatmeal for my daughter and my order was wrong this time and it said parfait on the bag receipt. I'm not to picky and I don't want to fuss so I look in the bag for the parfait and it's not there. I told the lady putting the orders in bags the parfait is missing and she tells me the are out of parfaits. I asked if I can as charged which was a rhetorical question because it's in the receipt and she says, maybe, I mean no. I tell her I was charged so if you don't have parfaits can I get an oatmeal which about the same price. She says they don't have oatmeal and they never sold it only oatmeal cookies. I told her I buy oatmeal here all the time. She says, cookies and I say no Steele cut oatmeal it's on your menu. The she just gives me a blank stare. Not only did she lie to me or not know what's on "their" menu but she says we'll make the parfait now. I was like, the parfait you guys said you couldn't make anymore? The lady replies with, yes. This is now the third time she lied to me in less than 5 min. It's just so unnecessary because all these lies are obvious. You can't say I wasn't charged if it's on the receipt, you can't say you don't serve oatmeal when it's in the menu and it's 9am, you can't say your out of parfaits then go back there to tell them to make a parfait. read more

I've been to many Paneras many times. I just wanted to describe the good experience I had at this one today. I came with just myself and my infant son today. The girl that took my order was super pleasant (don't remember her name). And then when my food came I asked for a knife to cut up my apple for my son. Instead the gentleman that brought my food offered to get it cut up for me. This really simple favor really impressed me. It's really hard to go out to eat with a baby, especially when you do it by yourself. Even the smallest favors can help much more than people realize. This young man made it much easier for me to decide where to go next time. Also, the soup and lemonade were great today. read more

I ordered Panera delivery to be delivered to my job. It was just okay. The delivery driver was very nice it took about 45 minutes to get to me. When it came it was in a brown paper bag, my bread that goes to my soup was just thrown in the bag!, they could've at least wrapped it in a napkin! My food came with no napkins at all. The bread for my sandwich was hard and the sandwich just looked thrown together.y cheddar broccoli soup was warm and very good. I order from the location often, but today the restaurant wasn't clean, and I saw a bug crawling on the wall while I was eating. They seemed short staffed today, possibly due to it being a holiday, but that's no excuse for the condition of the restaurant. It could really use a deep cleaning. I've been eating at Panera for years now. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner the food is delicious. I've never had anything that was too salty, too sweet, too bland. Whatever I got always had the right amount of flavor to it. I never really had an issue with service. Food is usually ready soon after ordering. Though the last time I went, my friend heard the lady ringing us up complain about people coming in an hour before closing. If you're going to complain about your job, at least have the decency to not say it in front of customers. read more

The guy behind the counter preparing food is extremely rude. Our order was listed as "Ready" on the screen and when we went to go pick it up we were very rudely snapped at and told it wasn't ready. We visit Paneras all over the place, and a favorite when traveling. Wife and i went to lunch on a Thursday July 9th. at 2 pm not crowded at all. She ordered the Italian sandwich, looked good. i ordered the tomato and Mozzarella flat bread ordered the large (2 flat breads) . i am a big fan of Caprese (spelling?) salad.. Ok; the flat bread was at least 8 or 9 inches in diameter. one slice of tomato 2.5 to 3 inches in diameter. very very thin single slide of cheese. no basil, no balsamic. it had lettuce and some kind of oil. really really disapointing. and a rip off. I also ordered the iced coffee. i love Panera coffee. Well, this cold coffee, was coffee that had been sitting past its expiration time and reused. it tasted quite old. i expected to have fresh coffee cooled down. Nope! i took one of the tomato and Mozzarella sandwiches home to doctor up the next day. when i opened it ty to add some additional tomatoes and cheese and add basil , this one had no cheese at all. and the oil put onto the flat bread, made it soggy and unusable. Maybe this is why this Panera wasn't busy. read more

This Panera location is poorly managed by a guy named Joe. Several of the employees are just RUDE and a few weeks ago, I witnessed one of them make a face at a customer behind her back because she did not like the customer's question. I have seen rude employees in here more than once - that is why I am taking the time to write this. Wont be back to this location until Joe is gone and new batch of employees are hired. Panera Bread is a lovely place I like to go for a quick breakfast. The coffee is way better than Starbucks. Don't get me wrong, I love Starbucks too, but Panera Bread's coffee is delicious. Great quickie breakfast on your way to work. read more

It's Panera-the food is the same in every Panera location. Speaking of location-this one makes a lot of money only because of the location. The service is horrible !! They either have one cashier and a line going out the door or multiple cashiers and a ton of people all standing around in the dining/common areas waiting for their food. ONE person is running around filling the orders.This is logical? 20 minuets to get a toasted bagel ( normally not even warm) and an orange juice-really ? And often times the orders are wrong. Food quality and quality control is suffering. For example, the cherry pastry was recently replaced with an inferior pastry. The chocolate croissant is too dry and becomes a pile of dry flakes. Bacon, when ordered with a sandwich, varies from crispy to underdone and chewy. read more

Panera is no longer very good for the disabled. I am so sorry to say that. Over the years I have found them extremely accommodating. When they saw me struggling they would volunteer to take my food to the table for me and tell me not to worry about cleaning off the table when I finished. Soooo nice! In recent years even standing to order has become difficult and I have stopped going to Panera alone. They always had a paper menu that I could review at the table and tell my friends what to order for me. Unfortunately, the paper menus have disappeared. The new do it yourself, handy dandy, quickly order computers must have encouraged someone's brain to think a way to save money is stop printing the paper menus. Well, that's great for some people but it's very, very bad for disabled people. Tonight, the only way I could view a menu so I could make a decision was to pull up the Panera website on my phone and look at the menu there. Now I'm all for technology but that is totally ridiculous. I will miss broccoli cheddar soup and cinnamon crunch bagels but, in the future, I will be spending my dollars at restaurants that value and accommodate their disabled customers. I want to start by saying that I absolutely love Panera Bread. I go there several times a week for lunch with my coworkers, and have rarely had any issues with them whatsoever. However, I was severely disappointed during my last visit to Panera. I ordered a bowl of broccoli and cheddar soup (usually so amazing!), and was saddened to find the soup seemingly watered down (not creamy) and with a stale, almost old taste. I returned to the counter and said to an employee, "I know this is an odd complaint, but the broccoli and cheddar soup is extremely watery...", but before I could finish my statement the employee cut me off and said let me get my manager. Okay, sounded good to me. The employee from the cash register walked over to another woman who was serving soup, the manager I'm assuming, and told her that something was wrong with the broccoli and cheddar soup. I overheard the manager mumble an obscenity before turning around and walking into the back room. She disappeared for several minutes, and walked back out with a bowl. She dished up another bowl of the soup and looked at me and said, "are you the one with the complaint?" I said "I'm very sorry, I don't mean to be a bother, but something wasn't right with the soup...". I was then cut off for a second time when the manager pushed the bowl to me from across the counter and said "here you go". I said thank you, but the manager didn't say anything else. I did not receive an apology or an explanation. I didn't even have a chance to ask for a different kind of soup in exchange. It was a very disappointing experience. Like I said, I haven't had any bad experiences with Panera, particularly at this location. However, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Figuratively and literally. The worst part? It was the exact same soup as before...she didn't even bother bringing out a fresh batch. I decided to cut my losses, just throw the soup away, and go down the street to Taste. Every time I have come to this Panera Bread, my order is always wrong. Either they give me something I, specifically, did not ask for or they just forgot to give me half of my order. It doesn't matter what time of day I come in either, thinking maybe it depends on who's on staff that day. If I go to any other Panera Bread I have no problem whatsoever. In fact, they are above satisfactory! In the end they did put a credit on my account but it's only for this location. Definitely will not be returning to this Panera Bread at all. read more

We heard they had a new sandwich at Panera so we stopped by to check it out. The new sandwich is a Cuban Chicken Panni. It's got chicken, ham, pickles, swiss, chipotle mayo, sun dried tomato and ale mustard on Focaccia bread. My wife actually got this one and paired it up with some black bean soup. I chose the the Frontega Chicken and the Cream of chicken and wild rice soup. I guess I was really wanting some chicken. I noticed along with all the other tempting baked items that they now have scones. Another new item I'm puttting on my wish list for another visit is the Spinach Power salad. Baby spinach, shrooms and onion blended together, diced egg, applewood bacon, frizzled onions and a Vidalia Onion vinaigrette dressing. That's a lot of oniion! I bet Popeye never had anything like that. I like that you can choose your extra item, bread, apple, or chips. Food was great; service fast and a nice atmosphere. read more

Went to panera for lunch today and lunch is always busy, but they have the easy ordering when you walk in which is very convenient. There wasn't any seating available after my friend and I ordered. We waited a few minutes after stalking ppl that were finished eating. Haha. I ordered the broccoli and cheddar soup with a frontega chicken panini. The soup was delicious and so was the sandwich although the chicken looked a little pink (maybe you should look into that). I would go here again, but maybe not during lunchtime and not sure I would get that chicken sandwich either. read more

Oddly enough, the hubbs and I have never eaten here, so we figured we would give it a try. We got two cups of soup, two sandwiches, and two sodas, and it was $40. No cookies, no cake. $40? And you don't bring me the sandwich, you don't give me any silverware, and you don't give me any butter? No thanks. I guess part of that was my husbands fault, as he saw signs everywhere advertising the lobster sandwich, "back for a limited time". He ordered that, and looked at the receipt and it was a $17 sandwich. Cold lobster meat, not much of it, no seasoning or lemon...a "weird, runny sauce" was what it was served with. I ordered a turkey sandwich which was supposed to come on sourdough, which they were out of, but the meat didn't even cover the bread. The broccoli cheese soup was the highlight of the meal. We would take away a star for the bratty kid that body checked both of out chairs whilst we were eating, but I guess Panera can't tape a kid to a chair, so they can keep the two stars. read more
