Yelp Review: Super Chix I happened to ride past Super Chix and decided to give it a try--and I'm glad I did! When I walked in, the line was moving smoothly, and the staff was very helpful. I had some trouble reading the menu due to my eyesight, but the team kindly walked me through my options and made the ordering process easy. The ambiance was clean and modern, with a stylish decor that felt fresh and welcoming. The restaurant was bustling, but the environment was still friendly and pleasant. Super Chix focuses exclusively on chicken, and their menu reflects that--with a great variety of chicken sandwiches, tenders, salads, milkshakes, and custards. Sandwich options include: Simple Chicken Sandwich Deluxe Chicken Sandwich Nashville Hot Buffalo Ranch Cheesy BBQ Korean BBQ Bacon Avocado Ranch Crispy Avocado Blackened Cajun Cordon Bleu Chicken Sliders Tenders come in orders of 2 to 6 pieces. Salads include: Southwest Salad House Salad Asian Sesame Buffalo Ranch Salad Nashville Hot Salad Crispy Avocado Salad They also offer delicious sides, like: Hand-cut Fries Cheesy Fries Loaded Fries Fried Pickles Coleslaw Don't skip the custards and milkshakes, and there's also a selection of drinks and kid meals available. What stood out the most to me was their sauce variety--their Signature Sauce is sweet, smoky, and dang good! Other options include: Honey Mustard BBQ Buttermilk Ranch Buffalo Nashville Hot You can even buy full bottles of some sauces to take home. All in all, Super Chix is definitely a place I'll be visiting again. Friendly service, a clean and modern atmosphere, and tasty food make this spot worth a try!

Nashville Hot Blackened Cajun Hand-Cut Fries Fried Pickles

My boyfriend and I last minute decided to head here for date night as we are located near the area and have been eyeing this place for a while. The inside seating area was a super calm and casual environment which allowed us to seat comfortably to enjoy our meal. We ordered the Nashville Hot sandwich accompanied with fried pickles : This duo definitely exceeded expectations as the sourness of the pickles perfectly balanced the spiciness of the sandwich. Aside from this we also ordered the Blackened Cajun with the hand cut fries : The Filet for this sandwich , i felt, was a bit skimp. It visually looked smaller than the Nashville hit which was kind of underwhelming. The fries delivered a more crunch that soft approach making for a good pair to the grilled sandwich.

Came here on Tuesday (01/21/25) for lunch with my sister as she kept raving how good it was and we were both off for the day so off we went. It was pretty empty when we arrived around 12ish I think, we needed a few minutes to decide or should I say I needed a few minutes. I was debating between their Buffalo Ranch or their featured sandwich the Super Parm. I went with the Super Parm as it is a limited time only and figured I could get the other one next time. We sat by the sauce bar and as we waited for our food, I got the following sauces to try: Nashville Hot, Buffalo, Korean BBQ and Buttermilk Ranch. My sister had the Honey Mustard and Signature sauces. Loved the ranch and buffalo and Korean BBQ, the Nashville Hot was different but still enjoyed. Next came our sandwiches, I also got a regular side of fried pickles as well. Man that sandwich was huge or should I say the chicken it self was huge! I dont know what I was expecting but that sandwich was so good and the chicken filet was so tender and went so well with the melted provolone cheese and marinara. I thoroughly enjoyed this and the fried pickles were fried to perfection and oh so good. My sister enjoyed her Bacavo ranch sandwich she says its her favorite and she had their fries, I normally not a fresh cut fry fan but these were really good and had a nice slight crispy and not soggy at all. The workers came around and asked if we were ok and if we needed anything and the place got busy for the lunch time rush while we were there. I definitely want to come back and try the buffalo ranch!

I had the bacavo and added Nashville hot on it . WAS DELICIOUS AND FRESH. The ranch is actually good (I'm a huge ranch person) . All the sauces were good . My only complaint is the fries need to be thicker .

Super Chix was on my radar of new places to try. It's in the newer Town Center area of Chesapeake. We went on a good day because the line was moving quickly. You order up front then they call you to the counter to pickup your food. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. One thing that really caught my eye, was the sauce station. They offer ranch, Korean bbq, buffalo, house sauce, ketchup, and etc with condiments cups for no extra charge!! That's awesome to me!!! I ordered the chicken deluxe sandwich, loaded fries, and a vanilla custard for about $23. The price is definitely pricing, but the chicken was good quality and huge. The fries were a generous portion kinda like 5 guys, and they were tasty and fresh. The custard was creamy and pretty good. I did notice you get more cheese and toppings when you dine in. They give you a small cup for Togo toppings. Also the fries are in the bag in a open cardboard container, then they put my chicken sandwich container in the same bag. That would be fine but I don't like the idea of people touching all over the plastic containers then sitting it right on top of my fries. That's the only real issue I had. The staff was helpful. The food is pretty good, it's a good place for a family fun night out, and I'd definitely return. Check them out!!!

Gooey cheese filled avocado with chicken filet. Yum.

Best fries on the block. All of the food is made to order every single time busy or not. You are guaranteed at hot fresh mound of French fries every time. You can choose from 3 dry seasonings for your French fries. OR you can mix all three for a sweet spicy savory treat. The dry seasoning is also GREAT on the chicken. Super Ciix chicken tenders cannot be beat. The chicken is hot, tender, juicy and accompany the sauces very well. My favorite sauce by far is a mixture of BBQ and Nashville hot. This place is always clean or being cleaned. The staff does a fantastic job keeping up with the appearance of the place. There is ample seating and ample parking. Don't for get to try their avocado with a little Nashville hot you won't be disappointed. Happy Eating Yeeps!!!

Chicken Cordon Blu with regular order of fries.

Best chicken sandwiches in town! I've been here twice and each time has not been a disappointment. The chicken is so moist. Nothing chewy, grisly, or tough. I've had the Cheesy BBQ and the Cordon Blue (pictured). They offer a plethora os sauces for extra dipping deliciousness; Ketchup, Ranch, Korean BBQ, Honey Mustard, Nashville Hot, Buffalo, and their Signature (taste a bit like a spicy Yum Yum sauce). Staff is pleasant and a a couple of TV's as well as some great tunes playing overhead. A must try.

Korean BBQ sandwich with Cheese Fries

When my friend suggested we go to Super Chix for dinner on a Friday night, I was a little skeptical. The prices seemed high for what seemed like a regular chicken sandwich. However, we ended up going and my husband and I each got Korean BBQ chicken sandwiches and shared a large serving of cheese fries. My friend got the Nashville hot sandwich with loaded fries. It was about $20/person. We really enjoyed our sandwiches, and the fries were great too! They use queso blanco for their cheese, so the cheese fries didn't have that fake manufactured taste to them. Also, the large fries were more than enough for two people to share. Overall, I still believe it was a little too expensive for a fast-casual restaurant, but I'll go back there occasionally when I feel like treating myself!

My coworker the other day ran by here on our lunch break and was able to grab me a sandwich! I thought nothing of it just assuming it was going to taste like any regular chicken sandwich & boy was I happy to be WRONG!! This sandwich was so amazing, it retained its crispness, was juicy, and filled with so much flavor! I'm a stickler for seasonings and big flavor and this place did a fantastic job with both categories in my eyes. Let us have another day soon where we get a long lunch break I know where I'm going!

Came here with my best friend because we've heard a lot of great things. Upon entry we were reviewed the menu and were greeted. The man assisting us with our order was super friendly and patient. He answered questions and the staff were accommodating. I ordered the Bacavo Ranch chicken sandwich which comes with bacon, sliced avocado, lettuce, tomato and buttermilk ranch. I also ordered a side of rosemary garlic fries. My bestie got 4 tenders and was able to get half regular and the other half Nashville hot upon request. She paired her tenders with Cajun fries. After receiving our order we went to get drinks. This restaurant offers only Pepsi products and I was not a fan of the selection so I just got a sweet tea and my friend got fruit punch. There is a sauce bar that I thought was pretty cool. You can try all of the sauces at a self serve station which is a great option if you don't want to get you tenders sauced and prefer to dip at your leisure. The sandwich off first bite was incredibly delicious. The ranch was light and flavorful, chicken crispy but not overbearing and the entire sandwich was well balanced. I cannot wait to have it again. The tenders were juicy and lightly crispy even while sauced. The Nashville hot sauce didn't taste as I'm particularly used to but it was flavorful and spicy so I enjoyed it on the tenders. After thought and comparison to other restaurants that serve tenders I can say these were easily the best chicken tenders I've ever had. I typically don't get tenders anywhere because they usually don't do it for me but I would order the tenders here again and again. The fries are served in abundance, hand cut, long and skinny. They were well seasoned and paired well with the rest of our meals. Before leaving we wanted to try the seasonal eggnog shake made with their frozen custard. It was creamy, had great flavor of eggnog and it and was topped with whipped cream and garnished with cinnamon. Overall I give this restaurant a 9/10. The location was clean and vibrant. The staff was nice, the food was yummy as well as the milkshake and I am super excited to come back!

This spicy chicken salad was amazing!!! Great flavor, and I added avocado too!

Great taste, good variety, fresh lettuce. Service isn't very welcoming when you pick up your food, but the spicy chicken salad makes up for that! I added avocado and that made a healthy addition to this salad!

Nashville Hot and BBQ Cheesy sandwich & fresh cut fries

I haven't been out in awhile due to being hospitalized twice and recovery time is slowing me down but when I saw this pop up in my IG feed I felt it warranted a trip out of the house. We arrived early on the 7th (before opening) and while waiting in the rain the manager let us come in early. Even at 11am, the folks were waiting. I knew a week ago that my 1st sandwich would be the BBQ Cheesy and the anticipation was worth it! It's always onion rings and BBQ sauce that calls my name. Like cupcakes, I am an onion ring snob and these were crunchy while still maintaining the sweetness and softness of the onion. I am alllll about the OR batter! I told hubby that I wished they had the rings on the menu as I surely would have ordered some. I am a crinkle cut fry woman but these fresh cut fries were quite delicious and crunchy. I chose salt and sweet and neither seasoning was overpowering or heavy handed. We both ordered a small but we could have shared an order. Simply put, my sandwich was perfect! It was as moist as I felt standing in the rain. First bite in, I could see the moisture in the chicken. The BBQ sauce was sweet and on point for me. I do not like everything spicy like alot of folks so I was pleasantly surprised that my sauce didn't have heat that everyone wants. The cheese was tasty and plentiful. It ran down my hand a bit and I am not the least bit ashamed to say I licked it right off my hand while holding fries in my other hand. The bun was soft and attached on one side. Initially I found that move irritating but the way the sandwich is enveloped in the wrapper it keeps all of your goodness from dripping out the back. I mentioned this place to my bestie and she commented it's a chain and that I don't normally do chain restaurants but let me tell you, I would eat at this spot every dang day if I lived closer. If only! Oh, everyone was super friendly. They had both bottled drinks and fountain (unlimited) ketchup both on tap and in packages. As well as other condiments. There was a lobby staff member keeping the tables cleaned and offering to pick up our trays. I'm still home recovering and may just try to hit them up a few more times during the work day. Our total for 2 combos was $37 and worth every cent. Y'all need to go!

We've been here quite a few times now and I get the same thing every time lol. My husband is the adventurous one and l'll get to try his while I get to enjoy old faithful. I am a sucker for their grilled Blackened Cajun. Honestly. The chicken is so juicy and tender. The bun is pillowy soft. The aioli could make a grown man cry. It is easily my favorite sandwich I've had here yet. We've also tried their Cajun fries and their sweet fries. I would say I prefer the sweet over Cajun. They also have a sauce bar and I've sampled them all. My favorite one is the Korean bbq. It packs a little heat but it doesn't have you frantically searching for a drink. Really pleasant. The staff is pretty friendly and the inside is spacious. There's plenty of seating, but we've always got it to go. I checked today and they actually have their online ordering up and running! So what're you waiting for? Try them out!

My visits to the Raising Cane's Chesapeake location were two different experiences. The first was…read morea solid 5. The second was rounded up to 4. The food was equally good both times. I chose the Chicken Tenders Box Combo both visits. It consists of 4 large pieces of tender juicy chicken & true Deep South Cole Slaw prepared with a light sauce, just like I grew up with. Also included were Crinkle Cut French Fries & awesome Texas Toast. I opted out of their Special Sauce, which I am told is delicious by those who like dipping Chicken Fingers. Lemonade, which is really good, was my drink choice. Perhaps the difference in the visits has to do with time of day. The first visit was mid afternoon, having had a doctor's appointment in close proximity. The personnel were friendly & welcoming. What must have been the manager told us we should come back the next week, on their First Anniversary. We decided to support the restaurant on their Anniversary, meeting friends who lived in Chesapeake. The drive from the Shore Dr corridor to Greenbrier at rush hour was much longer than anticipated. So it was in the midst of the dinner hour when we arrived. The restaurant was extremely busy. The staffing seemed similar to our mid afternoon visit, which wasn't quite adequate to handle the dinner hour level of business. It wasn't an Anniversary crowd. My Chesapeake friends indicated that the restaurant was always that busy. The food tray came so quickly that I was still talking to one of their pleasant personnel, maybe a manager. Although we were able to order quickly, very soon there was a long line snaking past our table towards the back of the store. I was shocked when we left the restaurant at the extremely long line of cars waiting to go through the drive thru. The parking lot of the restaurant didn't come close to containing it. Told that it was always like this, I understood that the staff must be struggling to handle that many customers at one time. One big complaint on my second visit is that one of their 2 unisex, spacious bathrooms was completely out of toilet paper & paper towels. The soap dispenser had the front taken off, obviously by a patron trying to find soap. The inside replaceable plastic bag of soap refills had been squeezed, obviously in an attempt to get the last of the soap remaining. I planned to tell an employee the state of that bathroom but they were so busy that I decided to just return to my table. Obviously this was a good location choice for a Raising Cane's. But I do think they should increase their staffing level during the busy dinner hours. The location was filled with framed Chesapeake History. It was fun to walk around and see the articles & pictures. One was even a page from the 1955 Oscar Smith High School Yearbook. I'll return to this location both for takeout after a doctor appointment or to meet my Chesapeake friends. But I'll definitely leave earlier or take a different route. And I look forward to the opening of their planned Lynnhaven location.

You have claw machines, a British telephone booth, a bear brick painting painted like Iron man next to a neon "good vibes" sign and a large comfy sofa in the front in case you want to take a nap after eating their delicious chicken. Placing all judgment aside based purely on the aesthetic environment, this place makes some slamming soy garlic chicken and some tasty fries! That's all you need to know. Service was pleasant and the one gentleman seemed to be hustling bringing out people's food to their tables or calling out their numbers. The lady at the register kept the line moving. It wasn't busy when we initially ordered, but then there was an influx of customers out of nowhere! Initially I thought the price was kind of steep for 6 pieces of chicken but then I saw the size and they are huge! I added a side of fries and a drink and it came to a total of $17 and some change. If you dine in there are free refills. One of my friends came back to our table with a mini cup of ice cream. Apparently they have a freezer of ice cream and popsicles that are complimentary! So that was a nice added touch! They offer military discounts! Just show your ID! I asked. Not too soon after, I heard a gentleman that had purchased food prior to me comment out loud that he wish he knew that earlier. I just always try to ask wherever I go, the worst they can say is no. ‍ I don't go to Chesapeake often, but if i'm ever out this way, I would definitely stop by again. The entrance is a bit confusing when driving up. While it faces the main street of Battlefield Blvd you have to turn at the traffic light and go behind another building that's adjacent to it, just make sure you don't overshoot and miss the turn. This place seemed to have a lot of not so great reviews or were a mixed bag, but I figured it was at the point of I'm just going to figure this out myself and experience it. I'm glad I did.

After the delivery I realize the wings weren't there. I called and spoke to whoever that "personally packed and cooked my food". They bluntly told me I ordered what I ordered and that I didn't order wings. Even after I questioned about the sauce the guy dismissed me and kept it pushing.
