I went to Panera in Cerritos to order my Grandson's food. The last time I went to get the same order I also ordered for me 1 coconut macaroon $1.99 which was not in the bag. I thought the next time I went I would let the staff know that maybe they would make up for it . I literally live across the street from this place, I come here frequently throughout the year on occasions with my son's. I would take my young sons here for their birthday breakfast to start off their day or for spring break. Every time that I've been here has been a good experience so far. The only concern that I have is that they're hazelnut coffee is really not that amazing and flavorful. When I tried returning the coffee and substituting it for another one, they gave me a caramel frappuccino in which it was overly too sweet to even ingest. Other than that I love their broccoli, cheddar soup and their goddess salad. My youngest son loves their oatmeal. Just don't get their drinks....too watered down and waste of money. read more

Yum! My husband and I came here spontaneously for lunch on a cold Thursday. I got half the chipotle chicken sandwich and he got the chicken mushroom soup bread bowl. I loved going to Panera Bread in college for its cozy cafe vibes and glad that things haven't changed. I've been getting iced coffee from various Panera Bread locations and have never been served an extremely watered down drink with grounds in it. It was so diluted, I thought I was being handed an iced tea at first. I questioned an employee about it and apparently this is normal for their iced coffee now. There is something to be measured if food is actually good. Is it consistent? I give the bread about a B+ rating. It isn't the best bread I have ever had like at a boulangerie, a.k.a french bakery, however the bread is fresh and most times when I order delivered as a sandwich which I devour graciously. With the unlimited Sip Club, I go in almost daily if not several times to get my beverage of my choice. There is always an option to get food with it as well. Panera is actually a pretty decent spot to study at! This particular location as 2-3 outlets (one in the back and 1 near the front) and people claim those quick. You don't even have to stand in line to order. They are 3-4 self serve kiosks...just order, pay, and get a number and they'll bring the food to you. I saw the employees bus the tables pretty quickly and everything seems to be done in a timely manner. I got a chai tea and a bread bowl with tomato oregano soup and a 1/2 side salad of roasted beet salad. They were both very delicious. It even came with a small bag of chips. The bread for the bread bowl isn't sourdough by the way. I'm not sure why I thought it was. The serving size was great and it actually filled 2 people up. I would definitely be back. I love love love their tomato bread. They use it in their Mediterranean veggie sandwich so give it a try! You can even buy a loaf. read more

I had started with coffee and a FREE bagel [as part of my Rewards] which is always awesome. I ordered right from my phone at my desk and asked for the bagel to be toasted and it came toasted [what a concept] .I was there early because I was going to have lunch with some vendors and I needed to catch up on some emails before they showed up. I know Panera offers FREE WiFi [although limited to a certain amount of time especially during lunch]. When my bagel and cream cheese was delivered to my table [I had already self served my coffee], the waiter asked if I wanted something else. I asked where I could get a water cup and he actually offered and went to get me water. Super great service is common at most Panera's and Cerritos is no different. I really like Panera bread for the food. Although I think its a little on the pricey side for what you get, the Mac N Cheese is one of my favorites. They also have some great salads and sandwiches. So today when my vendors showed up I had the "You Pick 2" with Mac N Cheese and the Spicy Thai salad. Both were super delicious and the service was very good. They ordered food at the Kiosk and were pretty impressed how easy and the service too. Everyone was happy with the quality of the food. One had soup, salad and a sandwich while the other got the Pick 2 as well. A salad and a soup but I cant remember what he had other than he really like it. The problem for me and why I cannot give Panera a 4 Stars is the fact that I was never able to get onto the WiFi. I have had problems at other Paneras too. In today's world it is super easy to get WiFi at almost any location, it would seem that Panera can get this issue resolved. I do believe that the dont want the people that are there for hours just using free WiFi but if you are going to offer the service then you better make sure that it works. I was there for about 2.1/2 hours but had breakfast and lunch. I really needed about an hour of WiFi and I think that is not unreasonable. My vendors and I had a discussion for about an hour and between the three of us we had about $40 in food. I actually had said to meet at Starbucks or a McDonalds/Chic-fil-A where I know the WiFi is good but they wanted to try the place. The prices to me are a bit on the high side. At over $10 for a Pick 2, i think its an expensive lunch but again, the quality and taste are very good. read more
