12/8/24 Outdoor seating, looking from the inside ... craving Animal Double Double & fries!
    Jennifer W.

12/8/24 Trying to find another In & Out that does NOT suck, at this point, not sure if I am willing to keep looking. The one in Bellflower is hit or miss, the one in Lakewood doesn't have a big enough dine-in space, so we're here. Th parking lot is HUGE, & the drive thru snaked around., well, like a snake, about 18 cars deep. Whoa! This place is packed. Got in line & thought we wouldn't find seating, but we eventually did. The staff are friendly & efficient, courteous. We ordered our usual (animal double-double for Hubby, mine is protein style, fries, Diet Coke) The turnover of the table is pretty quick. Our food took about the usual 10 minutes. My burger looked anemic, had to call search & rescue for the beef!! The fries weren't the usual piping hot temperature & I was too hungry to wait another 10 minutes or so for a replacement. The burger was pretty good. Usually I would be full after eating both the fries & burger but I wanted to finally try their animal fries--had Hubby order one. When these arrived, I was surprised to see how small the portion was but even more surprised that these were barely lukewarm. Were these sitting on the counter too long? No, Hubby picked them up as soon as his number was called. Another disappointment. Is In & Out, just not cutting it any more? This is NOT "Quality you can Taste". Sadly.

Food is always the best ! But the service was not that great! Not sure if they were short staffed or what?? there was barely anyone inside waited 10 minutes just to take my order and there was only one person in front me ! So far this has to be the worst location I've been to... and to be honest it was pretty dirty in here. Sidenote ! I had to take back my french fries because they were hard and cold when I asked for fresh french fries she gave me an attitude CRAZY !!! definitely not coming back to this location!! and NORWALK is my hometown...

And I didn't ask for extra onion omfgggg

Yall broke my heart fr. That's messed up look at my food. Gas is too high to be playing with peoples money & food!

Never in my life have I had a bad experience at in n out till today , the burger was over cooked and fell apart , the bun hard and almost stale . Very disappointed in my favorite franchise

Doggy paddies for the baby. Her favorite place to eat. This location provided fast and professional service. Was pretty busy during rush hour, but they held down the fort like an elite squad.

In and out is in and out. Burgers and drinks are made the same. The review is on location. It is sketchy. There are cracks heads and homeless in this location. If you go late at night, keep in mind what you are walking into. Not the cleanest nor safest. The burgers are the same which is all that matters.

Solid Mid-rating, not the best but def not the worst. Did not try the chopped cheese samich, did not want to be more disappointed than what I already was.

Large Chili cheese fries costs $12.14 at the time of this writing. Chili and cheese make a perfect combo. Not too salty either. You can see some greasy layer on top, so dont expect anything healthy. The cheese hits different and isnt generic Kraft cheese you can get at the store in case you were wondering, "we have cheese at home." It's nothing like what you can buy at the grocery store. It is worth the extra dollar. Service was quick. Friendly cashier. Practically empty restaurant inside since most people use the drive thru or order to go. I would buy again. Their fries are peak.

It reminds me of my childhood in the best way. There's just something about a classic burger with that Thousand Island spread that you don't find everywhere anymore. My go-to order is the bacon cheeseburger with chili cheese fries, and it never disappoints. The flavors are exactly what you want, simple, satisfying, and consistently good. I always get a side of ranch too, which just takes everything up a notch. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. If I'm taking it to go, I like to get the lettuce and tomato on the side so the burger doesn't get soggy, I definitely recommend doing that. Price-wise, it is a little on the higher side for a burger and fries combo, but honestly, the quality and taste make it worth it. It's one of those spots you go to when you want something you know is going to be good every time.

I started with an Old Fashioned drink, which was solid - strong enough to pack a little punch but still taste good. We ordered a few appetizers - the Korean Beef Frachos were especially good and the Brussel sprouts were very solid. With so many appetizers, I went with a Caesar salad and two soft tacos (shrimp and fish). The Caesar salad was good and healthy sized, so I could share with others. It was a typical, but good, Caesar which didn't have anything fancy about it (no anchovies, egg yolk, etc), but nothing was really lacking either. Both soft/street tacos were good, respectable in size and very tasty. Other people in our party got burgers, goat cheese salad, chicken sandwiches, and everyone seemed very happy with their meals. Service was friendly and casual. Our server was the one who really recommenced the Frachos, which was a great call. I've been to Eurekas before and always been satisfied. I'd probably rate the typical location a 4-star experience, but this one seemed extra friendly and the food I enjoyed more than I expected, so a solid 5 star experience in my book.

Some of us had been to different Eureka! locations in Northern California and suggested to check this one, which was just across the parking lot from BJ's, out. I was glad we did. Not only was there no wait, they had a very chill covered outdoor patio as well. Their indoor area had more of a sports bar feel, which was cool, too. Staff were super friendly; our server told us about their loyalty program, and gave us some great recommendations on food and drinks. We're early enough to order quite a few things off the "Hoppy Hour" menu. I had the Wild Child cocktail, which had a pretty color, and was quite yummy. We shared 3 appetizers: Truffle Cheese Fries, Crispy Glazed Brussel Sprouts, Korean Beef Frachos. All 3 were delicious, and our favorite was the beef frachos, which was like an upgraded nachos, with very flavorful/tender ribeye steak pieces and mildly spicy seasonings with cheese over crispy potato wedges. It's truly the bomb! For my entree, I had the Al Pastor Fish Taco and the Blackened Shrimp Taco. Both were scrumptious, especially the shrimp one. My husband gave me some of his Caesar Salad, which was fresh and quite good. My sister-in-law shared some of her Napa Chicken Sandwich with me; it was delightful. Our daughter had the Goat Cheese Citrus Salad with added chicken and no pecans. She enjoyed it but said the amount of chicken she got wasn't worth the additional charge. Overall, we all enjoyed our food and had a great time. With the happy hour deals, I thought their prices were very reasonable. Would definitely consider coming here again for our next gathering.

My husband and I have been wanting to try the Ube sliders for a while, and we decided to get that. We also go the Panda Style fries with spam. When we got our food, everything looked so delicious. We've had the Panda Style Fries before. And it never disappoints. The fries have great taste from the seasoning to the sauce. And the spam brings out that saltiness the fries need. I love the grilled onions on top. We usually eat it from the top to the bottom, so we usually don't get much sauce or toppings when we get to the bottom. I think it's meant to be mixed, but we don't want it to get mushy. The be sliders were good. The patty, sauce, and grilled onions were good. The Ube bread didn't have much Ube taste to us (imo). And I felt like I was getting more bread than the actually patty and what was inside the burger. I felt like I could have used more sauce to soften up the dry texture I get from the bed. But overall it was good. This place is located inside the Steelcraft so it has a nice, chill ambiance. The place can get busy, especially when they are showing games. But a nice place to hang out and chill over some food and drinks.
