12/8/24 Trying to find another In & Out that does NOT suck, at this point, not sure if I am willing to keep looking. The one in Bellflower is hit or miss, the one in Lakewood doesn't have a big enough dine-in space, so we're here. Th parking lot is HUGE, & the drive thru snaked around., well, like a snake, about 18 cars deep. Whoa! This place is packed. Got in line & thought we wouldn't find seating, but we eventually did. The staff are friendly & efficient, courteous. We ordered our usual (animal double-double for Hubby, mine is protein style, fries, Diet Coke) The turnover of the table is pretty quick. Our food took about the usual 10 minutes. My burger looked anemic, had to call search & rescue for the beef!! The fries weren't the usual piping hot temperature & I was too hungry to wait another 10 minutes or so for a replacement. The burger was pretty good. Usually I would be full after eating both the fries & burger but I wanted to finally try their animal fries--had Hubby order one. When these arrived, I was surprised to see how small the portion was but even more surprised that these were barely lukewarm. Were these sitting on the counter too long? Came here for a bite around 4:30pm before Stray Kids in the evening. The food quality was top tier. I got the protein style double double with grilled onions and no tomato. Fries were light. The fries were perfect after I salted them with one packet. The burger was delicious. The lettuce does break off more as you eat more of the burger. The cashier taking our order seemed nervous but she was nice and smiley. We were able to get a booth near the trash and condiments counter. The women's restroom was clean. I was washing my hands next to an employee when she complimented my Leebit hair clips and I mentioned my Stray Kids concert after. I wished her a good shift. Friendly people here. 12/11/25 8:25pm Pulled up to the drive thru and the employee taking orders was really rude and short...with me. I drove up to get my food and my order was wrong. I asked for well done fries and they handed me soggy fries. I got my burgers and the meat was undercooked. I understand inn n out serves their burgers lightly pink but these were almost uncooked. From the ordering process, to the food quality, all in all if I could give zero stars I definitely would. The lady at the window was really friendly. So disappointing. read more

I know In-n-Out is notorious for their soggy fries but I normally scarf them down in a matter of seconds. I LOVE In-n-Out fries but this location gave me undercooked ones and I couldn't eat them. They weren't even golden, straight up white :( Animal style cheeseburger was good, although I got two tomato slices on mine and I unfortunately dislike tomatoes... I did not specify this to the staff, just thought it was funny that I don't like tomatoes and got extra. Line was long but went fast. Staff is friendly as per usual with In-n-Out. Chains vary, and I believe quality and consistency is different with every location, so I'd say this location was one of the weaker ones I've had. 06/01/2024, I like to give this particular In and Out location a 10 star rating to this being the very first location of all the In and Out restaurants that I have ever been to in Southern California and/or Las Vegas Nevada this has actually the first black employee that I have seen. Congratulations In and Out for hiring what appears to me to be your very first black employee, or someone who is actually not a light skinned black employee. A black male at that. My family and i always come to this In n out for our sunday night dinners. Today ( 6/29 5:25pm) we went through the drive thru and everything was amazing until the last window. We got all of our food, however when we asked for 2 cups of chilis, we quickly realized we needed 2 more cups for our meal. Breanna or Brianna had rolled her eyes when we asked for the 2 additional cups of chilis and had given us attitude. I hope she has a better day. read more

This in n out has the worst human being that waits at the drive thru. Is impossible to park because of the long ass line of drive thru people with no patience. If you park further then walk in to this in n out, you potentially risking your life because the people waiting at drive thru tailgate so tightly that if you try to cross between two cars, they will try to run you over because they don't want any space in between so no car can cut in front of them. I hope the cops here take notice to all these potential victims getting ran over because in n out didn't think about how to build this drive thru properly. read more

I come here all of the time and usually go through the drive thru where I never have to wait too long to get my burger. Sometimes the line looks really long but don't let that scare you because it goes by pretty quick. The most I've ever had to wait was probably 20 minutes, but it's always well worth the wait. The workers are always very nice too, no attitude or rudeness, just cordial and polite. I respect that. And the quality of the food is consistent and the cheeseburger i always get is always just as delicious. I don't go to too many other locations cause this one is closest to me and I feel lucky because I honestly feel out of all the ones I been to, this one is the best :) read more

The prices have always been very reasonable and I commend the company for the effort and quality of their product. Came here on a Saturday at 3 pm and the drive through line was super long, as to expected... but it went very fast. It didn't take anymore than 10 minutes for us to get our food. My girlfriend and I both ordered double double with grilled onions and we shared the fries. The food was well cooked it was hot when we received it. Hi, I recently visited this restaurant. and just wanted to give a point scale review on my experience. Also I would like to share some notes as well. 1 being needs improvement, 10 being excellent Parking: 7.9/10 great parking, gets busy and might be hard find a close spot. Outside appearance: 8.9 /10 clean and outside benches and seats were empty. Inside appearance: 7.8 /10 clean as any other busy in and out there is out there. Staff service: 9.5 /10 always good service and smiling faces. Food and restaurant experiance notes: in and out is the best. The long lines go by so fast and the food is worth the wait. I came here after a Home Depot errand, I was greeted by Tiana who took my order, great smile and customer service. A customer in the driveway was calling the employees "stupid" which is so inappropriate. Immediately the supervisor Jenny handled the situation with class. I ate my burger and observed this team, excellent team work! Nancy (a vintage woman like myself) was wiping off tables and sweeping, she greeted me with a smile and offered to take my trashed. Nancy shared with me she's been working there for 5 years and for the first time in her life she enjoys coming to work because of the people she works with. Her statement impressed me.
