Careful when ordering a munchie meal! They will try and hand you a regular small cup instead of the munchie cup. When I asked her (J****n)J for the right cup she looked at me with attitude, like, how dare you. The 1st time it happened I thought... honest mistake and didn't realize until I was driving away but this is the 2nd time with the same person. I sure hope she finds a Gold pin soon, so she can stop taking peoples cups. The service here used to be good but has really declined the last several months. read more

I had a great dining experience. I was greeted as soon as I stepped foot inside the restaurant. I observed the manager cleaning the tables and mopping the floors while placing the yellow "wet floor" signs. Great job! The male employee was very friendly and answered my question regarding the grilled chicken wrap. I placed my order for the grilled chicken wrap, two tacos, and a bottle of OJ. I took a seat while I waited for my order, and within four minutes, my number was called, signaling that my order was ready. My food was perfect and delicious. I left the restaurant feeling full and happy read more

Normallly!! I avoid going here.. I decided to give it another try today and all I can say is THANK YOU LEO the cashier at the drive thru!! Because tbh I went to del taco first, but the line was extremely long and I only had 30mins, jack didn't have a line, once before and they still took forever, but today my food was hot and fresh, they didn't take too long!! LEO was such a sweetie!! Loved his energy!! Again thank you!! read more

Food was okay, they took a long time and I actually hadn't came to Jack in the Box for a long time and my family decided they wanted some and I would always get curly fries from here cus they're soo good but when I got them it was kind of disappointing because I didn't have any that were actually curly, they just looked like regular fries :( read more

I visited today around 12;40pm and ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger meal and a Jr chicken sandwich meal . I was asked to park and ended up waiting 15-20 min until I walked inside to get an update on my order ...well they forgot about me . The girl that took my order and asked me to park got to doing something else and didn't communicate with other employees that I was a customer waiting for my order. After waiting out front , I had wait again for them to make my order I repeated what I ordered. One lady told me she out in a free cheesecake for me. I thank her but as patient as I was it was a great disappointment that I still received the wrong order ..two cheeseburgers no chicken sandwich . This was a long wait with poor communication and incorrect order. Unfortunately, this isn't my first issue at this location . read more

I would give it a zero, my son and I came to get some breakfast. When we wanted to order the lady told us to wait or order from the kiosks. I needed to wait cause it was a special order, I said Good Morning she didn't reply just "what do you want"? After I finish to order I ask her if she could unlock the restroom but told to wait. What kind of customer service is this, now I know why this Jack in the box is empty so they won't deal with people like her. After my son came out of the restroom, he asked the lady if this was his order, she didn't reply. How can you ignore a kid. Hopefully she's not the Manager cause they need to train her good customer service or get a new one. I normally don't say anything but when someone ignores my child that's when I step in. Right now she's talking in Spanish, giggling, with other customer she was nice.... Why are there people like her that treats people differently. Everyone should be treated the same. Service was awful. read more

You could improve the food and the service. It's already bad enough that you don't great ppl as they walk in but you get the food orders incorrect as well. I have included a picture of what I ordered vs what I got! I placed my order at the counter then handed the ticket over to the chasier and I be damned if she did serve me the wrong thing. So you looked at the ticket then charged me producing another ticket/receipt made me wait 15 min for some cold fries and what you wanted to give me. No wonder you have a1.6 star rating. These location should be in the minus FR read more

Damn things sure do change in a year. Was around the area so decided to get me some grub from " the box." People, never second guess your instincts nor your eyes. Firstly, the cashier had to be the most unfriendliest cashier in cashier history. But, ok, satan excepts all types. I ordered my usual. While ordering, one of the cooks came from the back with a water cup with ice and started wiping his face with his forearm. His hair was sweaty. I looked at his gloves that were pretty much glued to his hands. Hmm. But nope! That didn't deter me. O'l meany gave me my sandwich. No onions. I let her know. She went to a counter then gave me a small bag. I started to put the onions on. They were the center pieces and were slimy. Tossed them. Not deterred yet! I frowned at the mini slice of lettuce and thought " 50 cents for this sh$t. Long story short, took two bites and my stomach immediately started hurting. I felt like I was going to throw up!! Like WTF! A waste of 8 bucks! From top five to no longer on the list! Never going back there. This was about an hour ago and my stomach is still hurting! Worst two bites of my life!! read more

The food was good, the facility needed a lot of work. The air conditioner was either off or not working at 1:30 in the afternoon. Very warm in the dining area. If i could give this store negative stars i would. the customer service was HORRIBLE. I had to repeat myself 5 times in the drive thru because the order taker was having a hard time multitasking while serving drinks from the machine. Because of that I received a small curly fry instead of a medium like i had ordered. When i went inside to correct my order i was not acknowledged by any employee, i had to get their attention myself. I believe the person that helped me was a shift lead and her name is Sophia, she was in leggings and a green crewneck sweatshirt. so unprofessional. She didn't even say hello she just asked for my receipt which her team did not give me. She walked away to confirm, corrected my order, gave me the bag, still she said nothing. When I called the store to complain Sophia answered the phone saying "yes?" the entire team needs to be retrained because as someone who works in customer service this was unacceptable behavior. read more

First of all the customer service SUCKS!!!! The cashier Alejandra has an attitude problem. She is rude and very unprofessional she seems as she hates what she does. No disrespect here but you have to treat people the same way you want to be treated. She hands customers orders as she is basically discarding in the trash she is tossing everything just like she is upset because she has to work. Smh because of all of us that keep this place going it is why you get a freaking paycheck. You rudeness just reveals who you really are in the inside. Food also was bad you can tell oil has never been changed since the fries tasted as the old oil and had particles of the dirty oil on them. Never will I ever come here. Thank you for GREAT SERVICE ALEJANDRA LOL YOU DESERVE A RAISE Lol!!! read more

Very very disappointed with this location. I had to leave the drive through because the lady over the speaker kept telling me to hold. Then I over heard her talking over the speaker to someone in Spanish about "Muchas Calorías" (too many calories) . Don't know what her problem was but I know for a fact I wasn't the only one who drove away. The car in front of me drove off and the person behind me also took off. If this establishment is 24 hours then why are you shutting down to give the cook a lunch break. You tell people to come back in 30 minutes and when we wait outside for 30 minutes you tell us 15 more minutes. Then I when we finally get to order our food, I take a bite of my jalepeno poppers and notice that they are no longer a full size pepper. These MF'S are still charging the same price but they cut the pepper in half. 4 out of the 7 peppers had no cheese because the cheese was exposed to the oil and not surrounded by the full pepper. I was there on Friday I watched the cook take old fries and recook them in the fryer. We beck coming to jack in the box for years. We were so disappointed in the sour dough jack. Overcooked meat, and pre-toasted bread that has been sitting for along time. No moisture anywhere! Our fries were lukewarm, and some were dehydrated. Meaning they had been sitting along time as well. The dining room had and odor. It was musky as well. Been coming here because I'm new to the app and enjoy the food and great deals. I have noticed at this location when I'm at the counter the employees completely ignore you and when they finally acknowledge you "girl with the bright red hair" slams food on the counter and I say thank you she doesn't say your welcome or have a nice day nothing what's so ever just turns around quick so left talking to yourself can't even get a chance to ask for any condiments. The times that we are all going through it would be nice to have a little common decency and good customer service. But not when my boyfriend and I went into THIS Jack in the Box. The moment we got there we were already given attitude. A lady in a black vest took our order. We told her exactly what we wanted. When we got our order we noticed that there were not given napkins or anything. She didn't even care to ask if we wanted any sauce. We had to ask for it. Mind you they wanted all walk in customers to take food out only. So with that in mind they should've given us the necessary things. When we were given the napkins and sauces after we asked, we noticed that we didn't have the tiny tacos we ordered. We told the lady and she said, "Oh, I didn't hear you say that." Then proceeds to walk away and take the next customer after us! As a person who works in customer service, the CORRECT thing she SHOULD have done was apologize , and tell the next customer, "I'm sorry sir, let me take this customer first because I forgot something of theirs." Another thing is that it was only my boyfriend and I and one other guy in the restaurant. But she proceeded to take the other guy. When she took the other guy's order she just told me boyfriend the amount and didn't still didn't even care to apologize. Talk about poor customer service and just RUDE! Unfortunately, Yelp won't let me select NO stars so 1 star it is even though they deserve one. read more
